planatory design using secondary time-series data obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of East Kalimantan. Path analysis was applied through two structural equations using SPSS 21, complemented by the Sobel test to examine the mediating role of GRDP. The results show that population and investment each have a positive and significant direct effect on GRDP, and jointly explain 97.4% of its variation. GRDP, in turn, has a negative and significant effect on unemployment, accounting for 76.3% of its variation. The Sobel test confirms that GRDP significantly mediates the indirect effects of both population (Z = 2.295) and investment (Z = 2.628) on unemployment. These findings indicate that economic growth, as reflected in GRDP, acts as a strategic transmission channel converting demographic potential and capital accumulation into employment opportunities, thereby reducing unemployment in the region.

The research uses the literature study research method, which involves a series of activities that focus on collecting data from literature studies. The research uses books about hadith as the main data source, this process includes reading, recording and managing the necessary data. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. Even though the Qur'an is considered a global revelation that requires interpretation, hadith have an important role in providing explanations of the concepts contained in the Qur'an, including in the educational context. Hadith also serve as examples and guidelines for individuals in living their lives according to Islamic teachings.

Data penelitian berupa tuturan dalam dialog Tilik the Series yang diperoleh melalui teknik simak, catat, serta dokumentasi dalam bentuk transkrip dialog. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi tuturan yang mengandung pelanggaran maksim, mengelompokkan data berdasarkan jenis maksim yang dilanggar, serta menafsirkan implikatur yang dihasilkan dari pelanggaran tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dialog dalam serial tersebut mengandung berbagai bentuk pelanggaran maksim, terutama pada maksim kuantitas, kualitas, relevansi, dan cara. Pelanggaran ini dimanfaatkan sebagai strategi komunikasi untuk menyampaikan makna tersirat, membangun karakter tokoh, serta menghadirkan unsur humor dan kritik sosial dalam percakapan. This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The activities conducted include: Students observing the learning process in the classroom, including analyzing the curriculum and students' learning needs. Students developing learning materials such as lesson plans/teaching modules and designing learning media. Students also actively participating in the adaptation of technology in learning.

na peningkatan jumlah lulusan perguruan tinggi tidak selalu diikuti dengan ketersediaan lapangan kerja yang memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif serta memanfaatkan data sekunder time series tahunan periode 2005-2024 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan didukung uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pengangguran lulusan universitas, yang berarti peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi mampu menurunkan tingkat pengangguran terdidik. Sementara itu, investasi dan jumlah industri secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kedua variabel tersebut belum sepenuhnya diikuti oleh penciptaan lapangan kerja bagi lulusan universitas. Namun demikian, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran lulusan universitas. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya kebijakan ekonomi yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pertumbuhan, tetapi juga pada penciptaan lapangan kerja yang sesuai dengan kompetensi tenaga kerja terdidik.

The research applies a quantitative design using secondary time series data obtained from official institutions, including export data from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and economic growth data from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis technique employed is the Vector Error Correction Model, which identifies short-run and long-run relationships between variables. The results show that in the short run, export value has a positive and significant influence on economic growth, while in the long run, it shows a positive but insignificant relationship.

whose are essential grammatical elements in complex sentence construction and play a vital role in producing cohesive writing. Through a methodological approach combining descriptive analysis, literature studies, and field research involving 100 English major students, this research investigates various aspects of relative pronoun usage, including grammatical functions, contexts of use, common error patterns, and effective learning strategies. Research findings reveal that 75% of learner difficulties are related to misunderstandings in distinguishing between the use of who and whom, as well as confusion in the placement of that and which. Further analysis shows a significant correlation between mastery of relative pronouns and academic writing ability. This research also identifies and proposes a series of innovative learning strategies, including contextual approaches and corpus-based learning, which have proven effective in improving the understanding and use of relative pronouns. These findings provide substantial contributions to the development of English language learning materials and offer practical implications for teachers in designing more effective teaching strategies for the topic of relative pronouns.
