from marine sponges of the genus Aaptos, have demonstrated potential as drug candidates; however, studies evaluating their drug-likeness, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties, and toxicity profiles remain limited. This study aimed to prioritize aaptamine, demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and isoaaptamine as potential antibacterial candidates through SwissADME and ProTox-II analyses using an in silico approach. The results demonstrated that all three compounds satisfied the Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria for drug-likeness, exhibited high gastrointestinal absorption, and achieved a bioavailability score of 0.55. All compounds were predicted to belong to toxicity class 4, with predicted LD₅₀ values of 1300 mg/kg for aaptamine, 500 mg/kg for demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and 1350 mg/kg for isoaaptamine, while none showed hepatotoxic or cytotoxic properties. The integrated analysis indicated that isoaaptamine exhibited the most balanced drug-likeness, ADME profile, and safety characteristics, making it the highest-priority antibacterial candidate. This study concludes that the integration of SwissADME and ProTox-II provides an effective preliminary approach for screening marine natural product-derived drug candidates. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated application of drug-likeness, ADME, and toxicity analyses to systematically prioritize three aaptamine derivatives, thereby providing a more comprehensive lead compound selection strategy for antibacterial drug discovery.

concept, implementation, and relevance of M. Quraish Shihab's inclusive thought in promoting religious moderation in Indonesia during the period of 1983-2025. The research employs a historical method with a qualitative approach through the stages of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography, focusing on M. Quraish Shihab's scholarly works and relevant academic literature. The findings reveal that M. Quraish Shihab's inclusive thought has developed consistently through a dialogue between the Qur'an, the tradition of Qur'anic exegesis, and the realities of Indonesia's pluralistic society. The concept of wasathiyyah is understood as a principle of balance grounded in justice, public benefit (maslahah), and respect for human dignity. Its implementation is reflected in Tafsir Al-Misbah and his other scholarly works, which contextualize Qur'anic teachings within the spheres of social life, education, and nation-building. This study concludes that M. Quraish Shihab's inclusive thought constitutes a significant intellectual foundation for strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia. The novelty of this research lies in its historical reconstruction, which comprehensively integrates the evolution of the concept, implementation, and contribution of M. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, with data analyzed through the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings indicate that the student digital card is easy to understand, operate, access, and learn, thereby accelerating transaction processes, improving service efficiency, and supporting more systematic financial record-keeping. The main obstacles identified include technical disruptions, network limitations, and the absence of independent features for checking account balances and transaction histories. The novelty of this study lies in its specific analysis of the ease of use of student digital cards within the context of an Islamic boarding school cooperative by emphasizing user experience as the primary basis for evaluating the implementation of a digital transaction system. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of digital transaction services in Islamic boarding school environments.

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies employed by Amanda Brownies Samarinda, their role in enhancing brand awareness, and the factors that support and hinder their effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this research. Data were collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings reveal that Amanda Brownies Samarinda implements an integrated digital marketing strategy through seven platforms, namely Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. These strategies contribute to enhancing brand awareness through four dimensions: recognition, recall, purchase, and consumption. Consistency in visual identity, promotional intensity, ease of access to information, transaction convenience, product quality, and consumer engagement were identified as the primary factors supporting the success of digital marketing implementation. Nevertheless, the utilization of TikTok has not yet been optimized compared to the other platforms. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive analysis of the role of integrating seven digital platforms in enhancing brand awareness through the dimensions of recognition, recall, purchase, and consumption, thereby providing a more holistic understanding of digital marketing effectiveness within the culinary industry, particularly at Amanda Brownies Samarinda.

et valuation, property, plant and equipment (PPE), goodwill, and research and development expenditure on bankruptcy risk, proxied by the Altman Z-score, among publicly listed companies in ASEAN countries. The study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from 1,354 non-financial firms listed in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines over the 2015–2023 period, yielding a total of 7,726 firm-year observations. Data were analyzed using a fixed-effects panel regression model. The findings reveal that asset growth and goodwill exert a positive and significant effect on the Altman Z-score, whereas research and development expenditure has a negative and significant effect. Revenue growth demonstrates a marginally positive influence, while market valuation and PPE do not exhibit a significant effect on bankruptcy risk. These results suggest that corporate financial stability is determined not only by financial factors but also by the quality of strategic resources and firms’ adaptive capabilities. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capabilities Theory perspectives into a bankruptcy prediction framework for publicly listed companies across ASEAN countries.

This study aims to identify the ethical challenges associated with school-based e-counseling, analyze the professional considerations required of counselors, and examine the interrelationship among ethics, professionalism, and institutional support in the implementation of e-counseling services. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework through a comprehensive search of articles indexed in Google Scholar, GARUDA, ERIC, Scopus, and ProQuest published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the primary challenges of e-counseling include data confidentiality, client privacy, digital information security, professional boundaries, and limitations in nonverbal communication. The results further indicate that digital competence, adherence to professional ethical standards, and institutional support from schools are critical factors influencing the effectiveness of e-counseling services. This study contributes a conceptual synthesis that positions ethics, counselors’ digital professionalism, and institutional governance as three interrelated pillars essential for the development of safe, ethical, and professional e-counseling practices within school settings.

professional communication skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of job interview simulations and examine their impact on the job readiness of Generation Z in Bandung City. The study employed a descriptive-evaluative method involving 45 Generation Z participants. Data were collected through observation, performance assessments, documentation, and participant feedback. The findings indicate that job interview simulations effectively enhanced participants’ readiness, as evidenced by 85% of participants reporting that they felt highly prepared and confident, while the remaining 15% reported feeling prepared and confident after completing the program. Interviewers’ evaluations revealed that 70% of participants demonstrated a very good improvement in their ability to respond to interview questions, 18% showed good improvement, and 12% exhibited fairly good improvement. Participant satisfaction with the program was also notably high, with 77% reporting being very satisfied, 15% satisfied, and 8% fairly satisfied with the implementation of the activity. The results confirm that job interview simulations are effective in improving participants’ self-confidence, communication competence, and overall job readiness. The novelty of this study lies in the application of interview simulations based on authentic recruitment scenarios, evaluated through the dimensions of job readiness, communication competence, and participant satisfaction, thereby offering a practical career development model for Generation Z.

This study aims to analyze the electrical installation condition of SDN 002 Bontang Utara through the evaluation of lighting systems, power requirements, conductors, protection systems, and air conditioning based on PUIL 2011 standards and DIALux simulation. The study employed a field research method with a quantitative descriptive approach through observation, technical measurements, documentation, and lighting simulation analysis. The findings indicate that the school’s electrical installation still exhibits several discrepancies with actual technical requirements, particularly regarding the number and capacity of lamps, air conditioner capacity, and electrical power demand. DIALux simulation revealed that several rooms have not yet met the required lighting standards, while power analysis demonstrated that the actual demand of 25,794 VA exceeds the installed capacity of 22,188.8 VA, thereby necessitating adjustments to the protection and conductor systems to enhance installation safety and efficiency. The study concludes that the electrical installation of SDN 002 Bontang Utara requires improvements in lighting, cooling systems, power capacity, and electrical protection. The novelty of this research lies in its integrated evaluation of elementary school electrical installations through field analysis, PUIL 2011 technical calculations, and DIALux simulations across rooms with diverse functions, thereby producing more comprehensive and applicable recommendations.

The findings indicate that AI functions as a collaborative partner that assists counselors in assessment processes, data analysis, emotion detection, service documentation, and the continuous monitoring of clients’ psychological conditions. The integration of AI has been shown to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of digital counseling services. However, its implementation continues to face significant challenges related to data privacy, information security, algorithmic bias, and limitations in understanding cultural contexts and human empathy.
