he farming programs that revives the people in the area. In Ulapato B Village, this corn commodity is very popular. However, corn production also produces waste, which if not managed properly can cause environmental problems. Stalks, seed coats, and cobs are some of the components of corn waste. Most people consider this waste as production residue that has no economic value. As a result, corn waste is often ignored or simply thrown away, which can harm the environment. Therefore, skills are needed to process corn waste into useful products. So the method used in this service activity is to carry out training in processing corn waste into handicraft products, briquettes and biochar. From this training activity, the community showed a positive response, where the training participants were enthusiastic about processing corn waste and increasing their knowledge about the use of corn waste so that corn waste would not become environmental waste.

Abstrak: Desa Ulapato B yang terletak di Kecamatan Telaga Biru, Kabupaten Gorontalo adalah salah satu sektor unggulan pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo. Pertanian adalah sumber penghidupan masyarakat di daerah ini. Jagung adalah salah satu program usahatani yang menghidupkan masyarakat di daerah tersebut. Di Desa Ulapato B, komoditas jagung ini sangat populer. Namun, produksi jagung juga menghasilkan limbah, yang jika tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menyebabkan masalah lingkungan. Tangkai, kulit biji, dan bonggol adalah beberapa komponen limbah jagung. Sebagian besar orang menganggap limbah ini sebagai sisa produksi yang tidak memiliki nilai ekonomi. Akibatnya, limbah jagung sering diabaikan atau dibuang begitu saja, yang dapat membahayakan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah jagung ini menjadi produk yang bermanfaat. Sehingga metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dengan melaksanakan pelatihan dalam pengolahan limbah jagung menjadi produk kerajinan tangan, briket, dan biochar. Dari kegiatan pelatihan ini masyarakat menunjukkan respon yang positif, dimana peserta pelatihan antusias dalam mengolah limbah jagung dan menambah pengetahuan mereka tentang pemanfaatan limbah jagung sehingga limbah jagung tidak akan menjadi sampah lingkungan.

The evaluation results show that although the introduction of technology has been in accordance with management needs, it is still necessary to improve digital literacy and develop a more attractive learning platform. This PKM program has a desire to carry out future cooperation in the form of knowledge exchange for the development of pesantren to become more modern, structured and advanced.

Abstrak: Dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan jumlah santri baru dan keinginan yayasan untuk modernisasi, program ini menyasar kendala-kendala seperti pembatasan penggunaan elektronik, keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, dan kemampuan teknis pendidik yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode pemaparan teoritis, dan diskusi interaktif untuk memberikan pandangan baru tentang transformasi pembelajaran dengan tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai kepesantrenan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa meski pengenalan teknologi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan manajemen, masih diperlukan peningkatan literasi digital dan pengembangan platform pembelajaran yang lebih atraktif. The purpose of Community Service activities is to provide understanding, knowledge, about agroecotourism and the management and development of agroecotourism in Pasar Rawa Village. The methods carried out are field surveys, socialization, training using refractometers and mangrove planting. The socialization activity was carried out with participants being members of the LPHD group totaling 27 people. In the socialization presentation, the community was very enthusiastic in exploring the existing potentials such as local culture and typical food of the region. Training on the use of refractometers was carried out so that group members could find out the exact value of the sweetness in melons that could be sold and used as an attraction for tourists to try melons that have a unique taste so that they became the selling point of ecotourism and agro-tourism. One of the conservation efforts is mangrove planting.

Potensi perlu diidentifikasi secara mendalam untuk menentukan pengembangan agroekowisata berkelanjutan. Permasalahan dalam mengelola potensi wisata mangrove yaitu pengelolaan, keterlibatan dan dukungan masyarakat lokal. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman, pengetahuan, tentang agroekowisata dan pengelolaan serta pengembangan menjadi agroekowisata di Desa Pasar Rawa. Metode yang dilakukan adalah survei lapangan, sosialisasi, pelatihan menggunakan refraktometer dan penanaman mangrove. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan peserta adalah anggota kelompok LPHD yang berjumlah 27 orang. Dalam presentasi sosialisasi, masyarakat sangat antusias dalam menggali potensi yang ada seperti budaya lokal dan makanan khas daerah tersebut. Pelatihan penggunaan refraktometer dilakukan agar anggota kelompok dapat mengetahui nilai pasti dari rasa manis pada melon dapat dijual dan dijadikan daya tarik bagi wisatawan mencoba melon yang memiliki rasa unik sehingga menjadi nilai jual ekowisata dan agrowisata. Salah satu kegiatan upaya konservasi adalah penanaman mangrove.

The methods used in this training are socialization, training or trials, and discussions or consultations. The purpose of this activity is to encourage creativity and provide knowledge in making dish soap, so that it can save expenses and open up new business opportunities. It can be concluded that the training activities have been successful and successfully carried out well. Villagers have mastered the material provided in the dish soap training activity.

Melihat situasi ini, kami merasa terdorong untuk melakukan pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci piring sebagai bentuk inovasi pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama ibu-ibu rumah tangga, dengan tujuan akhir meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menciptakan produk bernilai ekonomi serta meningkatkan anggaran keluarga dengan menghilangkan kebutuhan untuk membeli sabun cuci piring setiap hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah sosialisasi, Pelatihan atau uji coba, dan diskusi atau konsultasi. Adapun tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan ini adalah mendorong kreativitas dan memberikan pengetahuan dalam membuat sabun cuci piring, sehingga dapat menghemat pengeluaran serta membuka peluang usaha baru. Dapat disimpulakan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan telah sukses dan berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik. Warga desa telah menguasai materi yang diberikan dalam kegiatan pelatihan sabun cuci piring.

This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the students through training in processing coconut fiber waste into cocopeat using a chopping machine. This cocopeat product can be used as an organic planting medium. This training was held at the Al Mimbar boarding school in Jombang, East Java, which can create an alternative source of income for the boarding school and foster environmental awareness among students. The methods used in this training include socialization and hands-on practice in making cocopeat. The results of this activity show that the students are increasingly aware of the environment, are able to process coconut fiber waste into quality cocopeat, and understand the economic value of the product as well as the market potential that can be utilized by the pesantren to get additional sources of funding from the sales of cocopeat. Thus, this program can be the first step for pesantren in developing sustainable environment-based businesses, as well as making a positive contribution to improving the local economy.

Abstrak: Serabut kelapa atau sabut kelapa adalah bagian luar dari buah kelapa yang sering dianggap sebagai limbah setelah diambil daging dan airnya. Tanpa pengolahan yang tepat, serabut kelapa dibuang akan menumpuk di lingkungan sekitar sehingga menciptakan sejumlah masalah lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para santri melalui pelatihan pengolahan limbah serabut kelapa menjadi cocopeat dengan menggunakan mesin pencacah. Produk cocopeat ini dapat digunakan sebagai media tanam organik. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan di pondok pesantren Al Mimbar Jombang Jawa Timur yang dapat menciptakan sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi pesantren dan menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan santri. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi sosialisasi dan praktek langsung pembuatan cocopeat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa para santri semakin sadar akan lingkungan, mampu mengolah limbah serabut kelapa menjadi cocopeat berkualitas, dan memahami nilai ekonomis dari produk tersebut serta potensi pasar yang dapat dimanfaatkan pesantren mendapatkan tambahan sumber pendanaan dari pendapat penjualan cocopeat. Dengan demikian, program ini dapat menjadi langkah awal bagi pesantren dalam mengembangkan usaha berbasis lingkungan yang berkelanjutan, serta memberikan kontribusi positif bagi peningkatan perekonomian lokal.

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) merupakan minyak kelapa yang diekstraksi yang mengandung asam lemak yang memiliki rantai sedang yang telah dipercaya memiliki banyak fungsi untuk kesehatan. asam lemak tersebut mudah dicerna dan diserap oleh usus karena ukuran molekulnya relatif kecil sehingga dapat langsung dibakar oleh tubuh untuk memproduksi energi. Selain itu, VCO mengandung asam laurat yang dapat melarutkan membran virus berupa lipid sehingga akan mengganggu kekebalan virus, sehingga virus menjadi inaktif. VCO diproses tanpa pemanasan, tidak ada tambahan bahan kimia, pewarna, dan pengawet sehingga dapat bertahan sebagai minyak nabati murni sehingga tidak merubah komposisi atau karakteristik minyak. VCO mempunyai nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Proses pembuatannya mudah. Metode dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah Penyuluhan, langsung Praktek dan diskusi. Parents who are actively involved and open to effective communication help children develop empathy and feel supported, making them more likely to report or seek help in bullying situations. Parents need to understand the psychological and legal aspects of bullying and school violence prevention to protect their children's well-being. Psychological knowledge helps recognise early signs of trauma and provide emotional support, as well as establishing the values of empathy, tolerance and respect in children. Legal knowledge enables parents to take appropriate action if their child is victimised, liaise with schools and authorities, and ensure anti-bullying policies are implemented. This regulation creates a safe and supportive environment for children to grow. Strengthening parents' understanding and knowledge of bullying prevention and its psychological and legal impacts was done through counselling activities. This counselling presented material on the psychological impact of bullying on children and the legal consequences for perpetrators and omission of bullying activities for both children and schools and parents. The counselling sessions were attended by parents, teachers, and school committees. The counselling participants said that after attending the training, their knowledge about bullying, its impact, and preventive measures improved. The results of the questionnaire before and after attending the counselling showed increased participants' understanding.

Abstrak: Perundungan dan kekerasan di sekolah berdampak parah pada perkembangan mental dan emosional anak serta mengganggu proses belajar mengajar. Data FSGI, pada periode Januari-Juli 2023 terdapat 16 kasus perundungan dengan 43 korban. Jumlah ini meningkat menjadi 23 kasus pada periode Januari-September 2023, dengan tingkat perundungan tertinggi terjadi di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) yang mencapai 50%, bahkan 2 orang meninggal dunia selama periode tersebut SMP Muhammadiyah Kembaran juga menghadapi masalah ini. Untuk mencegah bullying dan kekerasan, diadakan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi guna memberikan pemahaman komprehensif dan praktis. Kegiatan ini melibatkan guru dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta tentang dampak negatif bullying dan kekerasan serta pentingnya peran setiap orang dalam pencegahannya, yang terbukti dari hasil kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah sesi penyuluhan.

S1 Nutrition Study Program STIK Sint Carolus together with Nutritionists from the Galur Supporting Community Health Center provided counseling to mothers of toddlers on the topic "Let's Check the Coins (Composition and Nutritional Value Information) on Food Packaging" to 20 mothers of toddlers who visited the Posyandu. Counseling participants are given an identity and pretest form to fill out. The first session included material on definitions and food labels, and the second session provided material on how to read composition and nutritional value information. The third session involved practicing reading packaged food and conducting questions and answers and filling in the posttest form. After 3 days of providing material, monitoring and evaluation was carried out via Whatsapp. Based on the results of statistical analysis, 55% of mothers were classified as lacking knowledge during the pretest. However, it increased after nutrition education was carried out to 95% of mothers who were classified as well informed. The results of the Wilcoxon analysis show that there is a difference in knowledge between before and after counseling with p-value = 0.007. The results of monitoring and evaluation from 5 mothers, 100% of mothers had paid attention to food labels on packaging, especially composition and nutritional information. There has been a change in practice in reading food labels.
