e, and organizational commitment are presumed to influence the quality of cadre performance and therefore require empirical investigation. This study aims to analyze the effects of training, work discipline, and organizational commitment on the performance of KSH in Medokan Ayu Sub-district, Surabaya. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design involving 30 cadres selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The findings reveal that training has a positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.312; p = 0.008), work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.354; p = 0.004), and organizational commitment exerts the strongest positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.421; p = 0.001). These results indicate that improving cadre performance requires the integrated enhancement of competencies, work discipline, and organizational commitment. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence demonstrating that organizational commitment is the most dominant factor in improving cadre performance within community-based public service organizations, thereby extending the human resource management literature in the context of grassroots public service delivery.

This study addresses the problem of low consumer protection literacy, as indicated by high levels of impulsive consumption behavior, limited understanding of consumer rights and obligations, and an imbalance between the intensity of technology use and the ability to evaluate information effectively. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of Social Studies education in enhancing consumer protection literacy, its integration into the learning process, and the effectiveness of its implementation in the digital era through a literature review approach. The findings reveal that consumer protection literacy remains at a moderate to low level, yet it has a significant relationship with rational economic decision-making and the ability to mitigate digital risks. Social Studies education has been proven effective in improving such literacy through contextual, interactive, and experience-based learning, which strengthens students’ understanding, attitudes, and skills as consumers. The novelty of this study lies in the conceptual and practical integration of consumer protection literacy into Social Studies learning, encompassing cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions, as well as emphasizing pedagogical strategies based on case studies and reflective discussions as effective approaches to shaping intelligent and responsible consumers in the digital era.

oblem focuses on the extent of e-counseling effectiveness, the level of service accessibility for the community, and the key challenges influencing its implementation. The study employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review method of 25 reputable scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025. The synthesis results indicate that e-counseling demonstrates a high level of effectiveness, reflected in service flexibility (92%), client openness (88%), cost efficiency (85%), satisfaction level (81%), and intervention success rate (76%), particularly for mild to moderate cases. The accessibility aspect also shows significant achievements, including ease of access (90%), expanded geographical reach (87%), and reduced social stigma (83%), thereby reinforcing the role of e-counseling as an inclusive alternative solution. Nevertheless, implementation still faces several challenges, such as limitations in nonverbal communication, data security risks, digital inequality, and low technological competence among counselors. The findings conclude that e-counseling is a strategic innovation that is both effective and adaptive; however, it requires adequate infrastructure support, improved digital literacy, and appropriate regulatory frameworks to ensure optimal and sustainable implementation. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative approach, which simultaneously examines effectiveness and accessibility alongside the technical, psychological, and structural factors influencing them, resulting in a more comprehensive analytical framework compared to previous studies that tend to be partial.

The research problem addresses how sports nutrition contributes effectively to improving the power and endurance of volleyball athletes based on recent scientific evidence. This study aims to systematically analyze the contribution of sports nutrition to enhancing the physical capacity of volleyball athletes through a scientific literature review approach. The research method employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA framework to examine articles indexed in Scopus and SINTA published between 2015 and 2024. The identification process yielded 312 articles, followed by a rigorous screening and eligibility assessment that resulted in 22 articles meeting the inclusion criteria, with 10 core studies analyzed in depth to obtain a synthesis of relevant scientific findings. The results indicate that carbohydrate periodization of 6-8 g/kg body weight per day contributes to an improvement in vertical jump performance by approximately 3-6%, while optimal protein intake of 1.6-2.2 g/kg body weight per day increases peak power by about 4-8%. Creatine monohydrate supplementation of 3-5 g per day has been shown to enhance explosive power by 5-12%, whereas beta-alanine supplementation improves anaerobic work capacity by 8-14%. Hydration strategies and carbohydrate regulation also contribute to an increase in VO₂max by 2-5% and reduce the fatigue index by 6-10%. The findings confirm that sports nutrition functions as an essential mediator between training stimuli and the neuromuscular as well as metabolic adaptation responses of athletes. The novelty of this study lies in its conceptual synthesis that positions nutritional periodization as an evidence-based integrative strategy for sustainably optimizing the power and endurance of volleyball athletes.

This phenomenon raises research questions regarding how cultural transformation and identity construction are influenced by the dominance of digital technology, as well as how social media and platform algorithms shape cultural visibility and digital identities. This study employs a qualitative approach through a critical narrative literature review, synthesizing theories of network society, mediatization, cultural globalization, digital capitalism, and digital identity. The analysis focuses on four key issues: cultural digitalization, the role of social media in identity formation, the emergence of hybrid identities, and platform power in determining cultural representation. Findings indicate that digital technology has ambivalent effects: it expands spaces for cultural expression, enhances public participation, and provides opportunities for marginalized groups to represent their identities; however, global platform dominance drives cultural homogenization, identity commodification, and inequitable symbolic representation. The novelty of this study lies in integrating a critical perspective on the influence of algorithms and digital capitalism in identity formation, which has rarely been addressed comprehensively in digital cultural studies. This study aims to analyze the relevance and contribution of the philosophical streams of Essentialism and Reconstructionism in the development of contemporary Christian Religious Education. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature review, using descriptive–interpretative analysis of relevant scientific, philosophical, and theological sources. The findings indicate that Essentialism makes a significant contribution to strengthening the foundations of faith, shaping Christian character, and internalizing core Christian values that are normative and sustainable. Conversely, Reconstructionism positions CRE as a means of social renewal that encourages learners to actively engage in justice, social responsibility, and societal transformation. The integration of these two philosophical approaches enables CRE to develop holistically by balancing spiritual, moral, and social dimensions within the educational process. The conclusion of this study affirms that Essentialism and Reconstructionism possess strategic relevance as a philosophical foundation for contextual and transformative Christian Religious Education. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative philosophical model that harmonizes the firmness of faith with an orientation toward social change, thereby offering a new conceptual framework for the development of Christian Religious Education that is adaptive to the challenges of modern education without losing its theological essence.

The research problem of this study focuses on how these three variables shape consumer purchasing decisions amid increasingly intense e-commerce competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion, and product quality on purchasing decisions in e-commerce by employing a qualitative approach through a literature review of various relevant scholarly sources, including both national and international journals. The findings indicate that competitive pricing aligned with consumers’ perceived value has a strong influence on attracting purchase intentions, while appropriate, sustainable, and communicative promotional strategies are able to enhance consumer awareness and purchase motivation. On the other hand, product quality is proven to be a key determinant in building trust, satisfaction, and consumer loyalty in online transactions. The conclusion of this study confirms that price, promotion, and product quality simultaneously contribute positively and significantly to e-commerce purchasing decisions. This study focuses on the role of the family, particularly pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers, in preventing stunting through adequate nutritional fulfillment during the first 1,000 days of life, with an emphasis on exclusive breastfeeding practices. The method employed is a conceptual review based on scientific literature and relevant health policies to analyze the relationship between early nutritional adequacy and the risk of stunting in children. The findings indicate that stunting not only results in children having a height below the age-standard norm, but also disrupts brain development, which in turn affects learning ability, productivity, creativity, and children’s readiness to face future educational and social challenges. Family-based approaches to stunting prevention have proven effective, as the family represents the primary and earliest environment for meeting children’s nutritional needs. Exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of life emerges as a key strategy, as it optimally fulfills infants’ nutritional requirements and reduces the risk of malnutrition. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that strengthening the role of the family through nutritional education for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers is a strategic step toward sustainable stunting prevention. This condition raises both conceptual and practical issues regarding how to design a model of Islamic Religious Education that systematically, applicatively, and contextually integrates scientific knowledge and spirituality within contemporary higher education. This study aims to formulate such an integrative framework through a qualitative approach based on an in-depth literature review of books, journal articles, and research findings, which are analyzed thematically and conceptually. The results identify three main strategies: the development of an interdisciplinary curriculum that internalizes ethical–tawhidic values within professional sciences, the implementation of value-based pedagogy that connects spiritual concepts such as as-sidq and al-amanah with real-life case studies, and the strengthening of campus culture that supports value internalization through co-curricular activities and community service. The synthesis of findings indicates that this integrative model has the potential to enhance students’ moral awareness, spiritual resilience, and ethical decision-making capacity in responding to the dynamics and complexities of modern life. The conclusion emphasizes that the integration of scientific knowledge and spirituality in Islamic Religious Education is not merely a curricular supplement, but a strategic necessity in higher education. The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention.
