Kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran berkaitan dengan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun Modul Ajar (RPP Plus dalam Kurikulum Merdeka) dan menyiapkan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Tujuan utama pengguanan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT ialah efisiensi waktu dan pemahaman siswa dalam memahami materi. Selain itu berkesinambungan dengan orientasi SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) dalam pendidikan yaitu “Tujuan 4: Pendidikan berkualitas (Quality education)-Memastikan pendidikan berkualitas yang layak dan inklusif serta mendorong kesempatan belajar seumur hidup bagi semua orang, dan mempromosikan pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan”. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran serta memberi pengalaman kepada guru dalam menyusun Modul Ajar berbasis ICT (E-Modul Ajar). Adapun metode kegiatan ini yaitu metode diskusi presentasi (sharing pengetahuan) dan simulasi penyusunan Modul Ajar dengan Canva dan FlipHTML5. Evaluasi keberhasilan dari program ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner setelah dilakukan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapat respons positif dari guru untuk melanjutkan kegiatan serupa serta kemampuan guru bertambah dengan adanya pelatihan penyusunan Modul Ajar.

System. This article details the design and development of the system using the waterfall method. The main objective of this system is to make it easier for administrative staff and students to process tuition payments. The research method used a needs analysis approach, consisting of observation and interviews. The waterfall approach was utilized for system implementation. The process involved requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and operation. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) served as an object-based system design visualization tool. The tuition payment information system provides login access with divided access rights for students, the Academic Administration Bureau, and the Financial Administration Bureau. The system includes features such as student data management, tuition payment verification, and report preparation. The results of implementation show positive changes in the efficiency and convenience of the tuition payment process for students and administrative staff. This article highlights the role of information systems in improving the efficiency of financial administration and services at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. By allowing students to monitor payments online, the system provides significant support for tuition payment management. Hopefully, this system will contribute positively to improving the quality of educational services at this university, creating efficiency in financial administration, and providing a basis for further development of the information system.
Perguruan tinggi semakin beradaptasi terhadap perubahan yang dibawa oleh kemajuan teknologi dan globalisasi. Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya juga menerapkan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Uang Kuliah yang efisien. Artikel ini merinci perancangan dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan staf administrasi dan mahasiswa dalam memproses pembayaran uang sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis kebutuhan yang terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara. Pendekatan waterfall digunakan untuk implementasi sistem. Prosesnya melibatkan analisis persyaratan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan operasi. Unified Modeling Language (UML) berfungsi sebagai alat visualisasi desain sistem berbasis objek. Sistem informasi pembayaran SPP menyediakan akses aktor login dengan hak akses terbagi untuk mahasiswa, Biro Administrasi Akademik, dan Biro Administrasi Keuangan. Sistem ini mencakup fitur-fitur seperti pengelolaan data siswa, verifikasi pembayaran SPP, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan perubahan positif pada efisiensi dan kenyamanan proses pembayaran SPP bagi mahasiswa dan tenaga administrasi. Artikel ini menyoroti peran sistem informasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan pelayanan keuangan di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Dengan memungkinkan siswa memantau pembayaran secara online, sistem ini memberikan dukungan yang signifikan untuk manajemen pembayaran uang sekolah. n Indonesia, this study was conducted to measure whether two books used in high school, "English for Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut" are correct or not. This research used Alan Cunningsworth's suggestion of an excellent text and tried to find the strengths and weaknesses of the two books based on the given styles. The study was conducted using an evaluation survey to evaluate two manuals in English used by some seminaries in Surakarta. The evaluation method involved sampling books to see if they met criteria for good textbooks developed by the experimenter based on Cunningsworth's framework. The study found that Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut fulfills the five objectives and approaches of standard, design and association, content, teacher's book and policy perspective. English For Critical Thinking Allowing completes four excellent texts on Cunningsworth's goals and approaches, design and association, a teacher's book, and political attention. Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut meets five principles of Cunningsworth's excellent example and styles, design and association, pieces, content and teacher's book. The experimenter also noticed that the strengths and weaknesses of "English For Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut". Based on the results, the experimenter recommends that the teacher use two manuals in the teaching-literacy process because two books meet the criteria of a good book.

The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. Kedua ketentuan tersebut secara normatif menjamin asas kesetaraan di hadapan hukum (equality before the law), namun dalam praktiknya, penerapan prinsip tersebut masih belum berjalan sesuai idealisme hukum Indonesia yang menempatkan keadilan sebagai tujuan utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif (doktrinal) dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif untuk menilai kesesuaian antara norma hukum dan realitas penerapannya di masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidaksetaraan hukum di Indonesia disebabkan oleh lemahnya independensi lembaga peradilan, pengaruh kekuasaan politik dan ekonomi, rendahnya integritas aparat penegak hukum, serta budaya hukum masyarakat yang masih feodal. Untuk mewujudkan kesetaraan hukum yang substantif, diperlukan reformasi struktural dan moral melalui penguatan independensi peradilan.
