Abstract:Signal interference or noise is one of the main problems in data transmission that can reduce information quality in both analog and digital systems. This study aims to visually analyze the effects of noise using audio software.…
oftware. The method used is simulation-based, where a pure signal is used as an initial reference before being subjected to various levels of interference. The analysis results show that in analog signals, noise causes permanent waveform distortion that is difficult to recover. In contrast, digital signals tend to maintain data integrity as long as the interference does not exceed a certain threshold. These differences in signal characteristics can be visually observed through waveform displays in the software. The results indicate that digital systems have advantages in maintaining signal quality in noisy environments and have the potential to be used as educational media for basic telecommunication and signal processing studies.
Abstract:This study examines the phenomenon of celebrity populism in the context of legislative candidacy in Indonesia, particularly during the 2024 General Election. Celebrity populism refers to a political strategy that relies…
on public popularity, personal image, and emotional proximity to gain electoral support. A qualitative approach was used to explore voter preferences, campaign strategies, the role of social media, and the challenges faced by celebrities entering the political arena. Data were collected through literature review, media documentation, and content analysis of social media platforms. The findings reveal that voters tend to support celebrity candidates not based on their political vision or programs, but due to symbolic closeness and personal appeal developed through entertainment media. Social media serves as the primary tool to construct a populist, “people-oriented” image, although often lacking substantive political content. On the other hand, limited political capacity, public skepticism, and the challenge of adapting to party structures are major obstacles faced by celebrity candidates. These findings suggest that while celebrity populism may broaden political participation, it also risks diminishing the quality of political representation. Therefore, strengthening political literacy and party-based political development is essential to safeguard the quality of democracy amid growing trends of political personalization.

Abstract:Principal academic supervision management is a crucial factor in improving elementary school teacher performance amid the increasing demands for educational quality and digital transformation in the Grogol District, Cilegon…
gon City. The background of the study indicates persistent issues in teacher performance, including suboptimal lesson planning, less innovative teaching methods, and limited integration of educational technology. The research problem is formulated as how principals manage academic supervision to enhance teacher performance through planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up processes. This study employs a qualitative case study approach involving eleven public elementary schools. The findings reveal that academic supervision is conducted systematically, collaboratively, and continuously through classroom observations, reflective discussions, workshops, and On-the-Job Training supported by the Academic Learning System. The results indicate a 15 percent improvement in teacher performance, increasing from 75 to 95, as well as an 80 percent improvement in school learning achievement. The study concludes that integrated, collaborative, and technology-based academic supervision management significantly enhances teacher professionalism. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a digital-collaborative supervision model that integrates teacher participation, continuous professional development, and real-time digital monitoring systems to ensure more effective, efficient, and measurable teacher performance management. Supporting factors include principal commitment, teacher openness, collaborative school culture, and technological support. In contrast, the main obstacles include time constraints, administrative workload, and variations in teacher competence. The findings imply that academic supervision should be managed as adaptive, participatory, and sustainable professional development oriented toward continuous improvement of learning quality in Indonesian elementary schools, serving as a reference for developing a more effective, systematic, and sustainable digital-collaborative supervision model.

equiring more adaptive and effective classroom management at SMAN 6 Sinjai. The research problem is how teachers’ classroom management strategies are implemented and the extent of their effectiveness in supporting the learning process under conditions of limited time, interaction, and facilities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of classroom management during PTMT using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that classroom management is categorized as highly effective, with 85% of learning activities implemented as planned, 88% of teachers applying active learning strategies, and 90% of classroom arrangements complying with health protocols, resulting in a 40% reduction in classroom disturbances. Furthermore, 78% of students reported greater comfort in a conducive learning environment, while the utilization of sanitation facilities consistently reached 95%. Although 82% of teachers experienced an increased workload, learning stability was maintained through adaptive strategies and collaboration. The study concludes that the effectiveness of classroom management is determined by the integration of instructional planning, environmental management, and students’ psychosocial adaptation. The novelty of this study lies in the concept of crisis-based adaptive classroom management that simultaneously integrates pedagogical, health, and character-building dimensions, while emphasizing teachers’ dual roles as facilitators and risk managers in the PTMT context. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing classroom management practices in secondary schools during crisis and educational transition situations, as well as strengthening more responsive, flexible, and sustainable learning policies aimed at improving student learning outcomes in the current Indonesian educational context.
Abstract:The shift in educational paradigms driven by advancements in digital technology has had a significant impact on Social Studies (IPS) learning at the Junior High School (SMP) level. This study aims to examine how digital…
technology can enhance student interest and engagement in IPS learning through a literature review approach. This study includes scientific articles published between 2023 and 2025 as primary references. The research findings indicate that the use of digital technology, such as flipped classroom models, interactive learning materials, and digital platforms, can encourage increased motivation and participation among students in IPS learning. However, the success of implementing this technology is highly influenced by several factors, including infrastructure readiness, teachers' competencies in integrating technology, and equitable access to technology. Adequate infrastructure readiness and teachers' ability to effectively utilize technology are key factors in creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences. hesizing information from diverse references, including books, journals, and previous research. The findings of this study reveal that the education budget encompasses the allocation of funds used to facilitate educational services. Whether for public schools or governmental entities (at both central and regional levels), the authority for budget utilization is governed by legal frameworks. Nationally, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) and the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristek Dikti) play pivotal roles in determining the education budget, specifying its sources and objectives. At the regional level, Provincial, District, and City governments, through the Education Service Unit (Satker Dinas Pendidikan), are accountable for planning and overseeing the utilization of education budgets in line with their respective jurisdictions and discretion. Simultaneously, at the school level, active involvement in planning and executing agreed-upon school programs funded by the budget is undertaken by the school principal in collaboration with the school community.
