Pelatihan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis AI Untuk Guru UPTD SDN 010106 Sei Silau Barat

Abstract: Abstract: This community service describes the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI)-based learning media training for elementary school teachers at the UPTD SDN 010106 Sei Silau Barat, Setia Janji. The background… nd of the activity is the limited understanding and skills of teachers in utilizing AI applications (e.g., ImageFX, Canva AI, and ChatGPT) to create interesting, interactive, and student-specific learning media. The implementation method includes three stages: preparation (interviews & needs observations), implementation (face-to-face workshops, demonstrations, and supervised independent practice), and evaluation (pre-post surveys and work assessments). This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test conducted at the beginning and end of the training, from 31% pre-test to 88% post-test showing a significant difference. The results of this training showed a 57% increase in teachers' practical understanding, the development of AI-based teaching media in core subjects, and plans for sustainable adoption in the classroom. This activity contributes to improving educators' ICT competencies and encouraging the integration of modern technology in elementary schools. Keywords: artificial intelligence; community service; elementary school teachers; imageFX; learning media; training.   Abstrak: Pengabdian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) bagi guru sekolah dasar di UPTD SDN 010106 Sei Silau Barat, Setia Janji. Latar belakang kegiatan adalah masih terbatasnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi AI (misalnya ImageFX, Canva AI, dan ChatGPT) untuk membuat media ajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai karakteristik siswa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahap: persiapan (wawancara & observasi kebutuhan), pelaksanaan (workshop tatap muka, demo, dan praktik mandiri tersupervisi), serta evaluasi (pre–post survey dan penilaian karya). Hal ini dapat diliat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan di awal dan di akhir pelatihan, dari 31% pre-test ke angka 88% post-test menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 57% pada pemahaman praktis guru, penyusunan media ajar berbasis AI pada mata pelajaran inti, serta rencana adopsi berkelanjutan di kelas. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kompetensi TIK pendidik dan mendorong integrasi teknologi modern di sekolah dasar. Workshop Penggunaan Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru Dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran Pada SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam

This aims to ensure that principals, teachers, and students at SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam can understand the objective teacher rating system, which in turn will facilitate effective decision-making. The methods applied in this activity are description and practice. The speaker will explain the features of the Teacher Performance Evaluation Application in Learning Supervision and then involve participants in direct practice. Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AHP METHOD TO DETERMINE PRIORITIES IN PUBLIC COMPLAINT HANDLING

Abstract:   Abstract: The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia is an institution tasked with supervising the administration of public services and handling community complaint reports related to allegations of maladministration.… on. The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which facilitates the determination of priority handling of community complaint reports at the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Bengkulu Representation. This decision support system is built on a web-based platform using PHP programming language with a MySQL database that can be accessed offline by the admin of the Ombudsman. With the existence of this priority recommendation, it is expected that work will become more effective and efficient, as resources can be focused on reports that most need attention. Based on the test data used, which consists of 12 Community Complaint Reports from July 2024, it was found that the priority handling recommendations for community complaint reports were derived from 3 reports with the highest final AHP values. The recommended priority handling reports are registration number 0021/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 2.074, registration number 0020/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 1.964, and registration number 0018/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 1.866. AUTOMATIC INDICATOR SYSTEM FOR WSN UTILIZATION IOT STUFFING MACHINE INFUSION WATER VOLUME DETECTOR

The urgency expected to be madeone of the effective and efficient solutions in the automation system for detecting the volume of infusion water and this innovation is expected to help nurses in monitoring intravenous fluid replacement, reducing the risk of delays in replacing intravenous fluids for patients and the public to know the system is running out of infusion water with the sound of an alarm/buzzer. The purpose of this study was to design an infusion control device by detecting the volume of infusion water based on the weight of the infusion using a Wireless Sensor Network. The Wireless Sensor Network used by the load cell sensor functions to detect the weight value of the infusion water in the infusion bag. The buzzer becomes an indicator indicating that the infusion bag is ready to be replaced and also through the Stuffing Machine the Internet of Things will inform the nurse via the Telegram application to inform that the infusion bag is worth replacing. So that nurses can monitor the process of detecting the volume of infused water remotely. Keywords: Arduino, Blind Detector, Indicator system, Prototype    Abstrak: Penggunaan infus set intravena sangat meningkat, namun ada beberapa masalah yang disebabkan oleh berbagai penyebab yaitu kelalaian oleh perawat, kurangnya pengawasan oleh keluarga pasien dan dari tindakan pasien yang dapat menghambat sistem kerja pada infus. Urgensi yang diharapkan agar dapat dijadikan salah satu solusi yang efektif dan efisien dalam sistem otomatisasi pendeteksian volume air infus dan inovasi ini diharapkan bisa membantu perawat dalam pemantauan penggantian cairan intravena, mengurangi resiko keterlambatan penggantian cairan intravena bagi pasien dan masyarakatpun mengetahui sistem habisnya air infus dengan bunyinya alarm/buzzer. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan alat pengontrolan infus dengan cara mendeteksi volume air infus berdasarkan berat dari air infus dengan menggunakan Wireless Sensor Network. Wireless Sensor Network yang digunakan sensor load cell berfungsi untuk mendeteksi nilai berat air infus yang ada pada kantung infus. Buzzer menjadi sebuah indikator yang menandakan bahwa kantung airinfus sudah layak diganti dan juga melalui Stuffing Machine Internet Of Things akan menginformasikan ke perawat melalui aplikasi Telegram menginformasikan kantung air infus sudah layak diganti.  Sehingga perawat dapat memonitoring proses pendeteksi volume air infus dari jarak jauh..   Kata kunci: Infused Water; Load Cells; Prototypes; Stuffing Machine Internet Of Things;                  Volume

IMPLEMENTASI MODEL RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PADA SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN BARANG DENGAN METODE FIFO

By applying the FIFO (First In First Out) method of stock… k inventory that comes first, it will be sold or utilized first by the company itself. This means that the goods (same form, type, and name) are first purchased, the item will be sold first. This aims to avoid the expired of these items. The target of the results of this study will be to review the extent of existing procedures and can present information as well as to produce an up-to-date information system to achieve work efficiency. With the application of the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model to the computerized inventory system and also which is equipped with the 2010 visual basic programming language and crystal report reports can help in quick decision making. Implementation with the RAD system to realize inventory information systems has been able to produce products with qualified results. The designed application has been able to complete transaction requirements and manage inventory information with the FIFO method.   Keywords: FIFO (first out); Inventory; RAD (application Development)           Abstrak: Pengawasan terhadap persediaan barang sangat mendesak untuk dilakukan oleh pengusaha yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan perusahaan sehingga didapatkan persediaan yang ideal. Dengan menerapkan metode FIFO (First In First Out) stok persediaan yang datang pertama kali maka akan dijualkan atau dimanfaatkan terlebih dahulu oleh perusahaan itu sendiri. Artinya bahwa barang (bentuk, tipe dan nama yang sama) yang pertama dibeli maka barang tersebut akan pertama dijualkan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menghindari expired dari barang-barang tersebut. Sasaran dari hasil penelitian ini nantinya untuk meninjau sejauh mana prosedur-prosedur yang ada dan dapat menyajikan informasi sekaligus untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang mutakhir sehingga tercapainya efisiensi kerja. Dengan penerapan model RAD (Rapid Application Development) pada sistem persedian barang yang terkomputerisasi dan juga yang dilengkapi dengan bahasa pemrograman visual basic 2010 dan laporan crystal report dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat. Implementasi dengan sistem RAD untuk mewujudkan sistem informasi persediaan barang telah mampu menghasilkan produk dengan hasil yang mumpuni. Aplikasi yang dirancang telah dapat melengkapi keperluan transaksi dan mengelola informasi persediaan barang dengan metode FIFO. . ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN DRIVER MINI VICTOR L298N TERHADAP MOBIL ROBOT DENGAN DUA PERINTAH ANDROID DAN ARDUINO NANO

The work system of the robot car design is designed, when the robot car commands, the command will be juxtaposed or compared, and when the data is compared according to the data being controlled, the system will run according to the data or command earlier. For each module, it uses a voltage of 5V, while for a DC motor, it uses an external voltage of 7.4 VDC. Keyword: Robot car, Arduino controller, Google voice.   Abstrak: Robot merupakan seperangkat alat mekanik atau berbentuk kendaraan yang bisa melakukan tugas fisik, baik dengan pengawasan dan kontrol manusia, berupa program yang telah didefisinikan terlebih dahulu. Mobil robot yang dirancang peneliti, menggunakan dua perintah untuk melakukan tugas fisik. Pertama menggunakan perintah dari google voice, yaitu perintah dengan suara, dan yang kedua menggunakan perintah menggunakan tombol button android, sehingga akses untuk memerinta robot dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja dan dimana saja. Sistem kerja dari rancangan mobil robot yang dirancang, ketika mobil robot memberi perintah, maka perintah tersebut akan disandingkan atau dibandingkan, dan ketika data yang dibandingkan sesuai dengan data yang dicontroller, maka sistem akan berjalan sesuai dengan data atau perintah tadi. Untuk setiap modul, menggunakan tegangan 5V, sedangkan untuk motor DC, menggunakan tegangan eksternal sebesar 7.4 VDC.   Kata Kunci: Mobil robot, controller arduino, google voice.

Legal Protection For Consumers In Digital Transactions: Case Study And Analysis

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for consumers in digital transactions in Indonesia. The method used is library research with a normative juridical approach. The results of the study indicate… ate that Indonesia actually has an adequate legal basis to protect digital consumers, which is primarily sourced from Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. These regulations have set out basic principles such as the obligation of business actors to provide honest information, consumer rights to security, and the recognition of electronic evidence. However, its implementation in the field encounters various significant obstacles. Case studies on e-commerce and fintech platforms reveal that consumer losses still often occur, such as products that do not match the description, difficulties with refunds, and the vulnerability of personal data. The key finding of this study is that the main challenge lies not in the legal vacuum, but in three aspects: (1) low digital literacy and consumer law so that they are not optimal in fighting for their rights; (2) alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as BPSK and ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) which are not yet effective, fast, and easily accessible; and (3) weak supervision and law enforcement against unscrupulous business actors in the digital space. Therefore, it is concluded that digital consumer protection efforts require a holistic approach that relies not only on regulations, but also through massive public education, strengthening dispute resolution institutions, and closer synergy between the government, business actors, and the community.

Comprehensive Analysis of Osh Implementation in Community Health Center Based on Permenkes No. 52 of 2018 in Supporting Accreditation Achievement (A Case Study of Padangsari Community Health Center)

Abstract: Health workers are 1.5 times higher risk of work accidents compared to other professions, with 90% of incidents occurring in developing countries. WHO noted that 3 million out of 35 million health workers are exposed to… blood pathogens, increasing the risk of HIV (0.4%), HBV (27-37%), and HCV (3-10%). One of Health center accreditation purpose is to makesure safety to both health workers and patient. In 2023, out of 37 health centers in Semarang, 36 health centers (97.3%) achieved “Plenary” accreditation and 1 Health Center (2.7%) achieved “Main” accreditation. The purpous of this study are to To determine the current OSH practice and determine OSH aspect that needs improvement based on Health Ministry Regulation No.52 of 2018. qualitative methods with a case study design. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management at Padangsari Health Center was evaluated based on 92 indicators from three main aspects. In the OHS management criteria, 14 out of 23 indicators (60.9%) have been met. For OSH standards, 45 out of 61 indicators (73.8%) have been met. Meanwhile, 8 indicators related to OSH training, reporting, and recording have all been met. Although Padangsari Health Center has achieved "Main" accreditation with an achievement of 72.8%, further efforts are still needed to meet at least 80% of the assessment indicators in order to obtain the highest accreditation, namely "Plenary". It is recommended to improve indicators, especially in improving OHS planning, strengthening supervision, ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, and evaluating the effectiveness of OSH implementation in the future.

Manajemen Mutu Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Siswa SMK Darunnajah 2 Cipining

Abstract: Pendidikan merupakan investasi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan mengukur kemajuan masyarakat. Penerapan manajemen mutu pendidikan di sekolah dapat membantu mencapai hasil yang optimal dalam pembelajaran.… belajaran. Gangge (1997) mendefinisikan belajar sebagai perubahan perilaku yang berbeda antara kondisi sebelum dan sesudah proses pembelajaran. Di SMK Darunnajah, terdapat masalah dalam pemahaman materi oleh siswa yang perlu diatasi melalui penelitian tentang manajemen penjamin mutu untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, berlandaskan filsafat positivisme menurut Sugiono. Metode ini bertujuan menginterpretasikan fenomena dalam kondisi alami dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive dan snowball, serta pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif untuk menekankan makna daripada generalisasi. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, SMK Darunnajah memerlukan kerjasama jangka panjang dengan lembaga terkait bidang TKJ (Teknologi Jaringan Komputer), bukan hanya selama praktik kerja industri (prakerin), tetapi untuk periode yang lebih lama, seperti lima tahun. Langkah-langkah yang diterapkan termasuk MGMP, Bimtek, Tafsify I’gdad, Ta’hil, In House Training (IHT) dan Khutbatul ‘Arsy, serta supervisi guru. Namun, ada beberapa faktor penghambat seperti rendahnya kesadaran siswa, jumlah mata pelajaran kejuruan yang sedikit, kurangnya dana, dan gangguan fasilitas. Kerja sama jangka panjang antara SMK Darunnajah dan lembaga terkait sangat penting untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung seperti tim pengawas dan evaluasi rutin berkontribusi pada perbaikan, sementara penghambat seperti kesadaran siswa yang rendah, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan dukungan dana yang masih bergantung pada pesantren perlu diatasi. Dengan implementasi langkah-langkah perbaikan dan dukungan berkelanjutan, kualitas pembelajaran di SMK Darunnajah diharapkan dapat meningkat secara signifikan.

Qualitative Study: Compliance with the Implementation of Covid-19 Health Protocols at Jambi City Tourist Attractions

Abstract: The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic was first known to have appeared in Wuhan City, China in December 2019 and was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 12 2020. This virus… rus has spread very quickly to several countries in the world, including Indonesia where the Covid-19 pandemic has been designated as a type of disease that causes a Public Health Emergency on March 31 2020. With this determination, mitigation efforts must be carried out in accordance with statutory regulations in emergency response period for handling Covid-19. Tourist attractions have the potential to become a locus for the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, causing the need for health protocols in carrying out activities at that location. This research uses qualitative research which aims to gather information about the compliance of people at tourist attractions with the health protocols implemented in Jambi City. The results of this research show that the implementation of the health protocol, namely 5M (wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds and reducing mobility) is carried out well and is carried out directly by the government and tourist attraction owners through CHSE (Clean Health Safety and Environment). And the community has good knowledge, attitudes and behavior in complying with the health protocols implemented. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of health protocols at various tourist attractions in Jambi City has gone well with supervision carried out by the government and tourist owners.
