It is one way for hotel staff to provide optimal service and assist in driving business success in the hospitality sector. Many studies show that operating hotel room reservation applications can increase customer satisfaction and efficiency in the hotel business. However, proper and systematic training is necessary to maintain competitiveness. The stages of this activity include observation, interviews, sharing knowledge, training in application use, and evaluation. The simulation results show that participants can use the reservation application in a structured and systematic manner with a significant level of user acceptance of applications.

Based on empirical findings, engaging in direct interaction with mathematical puzzles has been found to enhance hand-motor coordination, finger dexterity, and precision control during object manipulation. Ninety-five percent of students were extremely interested in this educational game; eighty-five percent felt that math puzzle games improved their fine motor skills (hand and finger movements); and ninety-two percent intend to continue playing math puzzles on other materials in the future, according to the results of the questionnaire assessing the experience of playing with math puzzles. Students' fine motor skills improved significantly as a result of the implementation of this game, it was concluded.

The method used in this mentoring activity is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This mentoring activity will be carried out in September-October 2023 and consists of 5 stages of mentoring, namely coordination, socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation. After completing the mentoring activities, the results of the mentoring can be seen directly on the village website and show that there has been an improvement in website management, such as an increase in the number of news/activities in Sumber Baru Village that are reported on the website. It is hoped that mentoring activities like this will be further increased to improve the quality of village human resources which will have an impact on improving public communication by the village government.

Abstrak: Desa ini terkenal dengan Desa Kampung Pancasila. Namun yang menjadi permasalahan di Desa ini adalah rendahnya tingkat kesadaran tentang betapa pentingnya pendidikan di masa depan. Hal ini disebabkan karena padatnya aktivitas orang tua sehari penuh dan setiba di rumah sudah kelelahan membuat kurangnya perhatian terhadap anaknya sehingga terkadang meminta anaknya untuk bekerja bersama mencari penghasilan tambahan keluarga. Maka untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, Tim pengabdi PPK Ormawa UNA menyediakan layanan pengetahuan serta informasi pada pembelajaran non-formal berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat berbentuk buku ataupun non- buku yang ada di pojok- pojok literasi, yang dilengkapi dengan perangkat teknologi informasi, menyediakan layanan informasi dari sumber akses informasi kepada masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan 6 literasi dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah melakukan survei awal, mengidentifikasi potensi daerah dan masalah, menganalisis kebutuhan masyarakat, pembentukan program bersama masyarakat, menetapkan khalayak sasaran, merumuskan indikator keberhasilan program, melaksanakan program, mensosialisasikan dan mempublikasi kepada masyarakat, menyediakan bahan pustaka dan pojok literasi dan mengadakan perlengkapan fasilitas layanan pendidikan non-formal. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menghasilkan 9 pojok literasi di Desa Air Genting yang mengembangkan pembelajaran non-formal berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat serta beroperasinya pojok-pojok literasi dengan program dan kepengurusan yang berbeda-beda.

The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan agar web profile organisasi KOWAPI dapat terus diupdate, sehingga dapat membantu untuk perkembangan organisasi tersebut. ntrolling the temperature of the cage as well as monitoring the ammonia gas produced by chicken droppings. Temperature and ammonia gas levels have a major impact on chicken growth and health. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers.
