ehavior that stretches family interactions. Communication contributes significantly to the development of teenage behavior; it can be explored based on the mother's experience as a caregiver. This study examines in-depth mothers' experiences in communicating with their adolescent children. Participants in this qualitative study using a phenomenological approach were mothers who lived with their teenage children, a total of 11 participants. The determination of participants was done by applying a purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of the number of samples is based on the saturation of the results of in-depth interviews conducted using video call technology. The Colaizzi method with the Haase adaptation was applied in analyzing the results of in-depth interviews that had been recorded to make it easier when compiling the transcript. Four themes have been generated in this study: The fabric of family love as a communication goal, undeniable dependence on communication, Vulnerability to give each other space to face communication challenges and the need for space and time to explore the importance of good communication. To ensure the trustworthiness of the research results, peer debriefing and member checking are carried out. It is necessary to have a common perception between mothers and adolescents in understanding the importance of Communication and instilling family commitments consistently by paying attention to the youth's freedom of opinion which must be optimally utilized according to the developmental tasks of adolescence.

The findings of this research reveal that the principles of law enforcement and human rights, which include the principles of legality, necessity, and proportionality, are essentially general principles that can be used to determine whether state actions that interfere with citizens' rights and freedoms violate or do not violate human rights. The legal provisions concerning arrest and detention did not fit the human rights standpoint particularly in the context of procedure and the length of detention. The proportionality and the necessity principle have not been fully considered as the ethical basis for arresting the perpetrator of a crime. Hence, what is needed is to amend the Criminal Procedure Code considering the adoption of both necessity and proportionality principle in the arrest and detention.

As the only research design, the ethnographic method is the method in this research with descriptive analysis writing techniques, where ethnography itself provides a tool that allows the research process to take place better. The results of this study are from two sources of law, namely Islamic Law and Domestic Violence Law which can be used as a legal basis to punish and limit the arbitrariness of a husband against his wife and family members. In addition, the two sources of law view the need for formal juridical protection of a person's human rights and freedoms, preventing arbitrary acts of violating other people's laws without clear or justified reasons. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between Islamic Law and the Domestic Violence Law, including 1) The views of Islamic law and positive law view that domestic violence or violence against wives is a despicable and promiscuous behavior; 2) Correlation about the purpose of punishment; 3) In terms of punishment, it can be said that punishment in the form of imprisonment is a form of takfir punishment in Islamic criminal law.

i. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alternatif suplemen alami yang lebih nyaman dan mudah diterima masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kapsul herbal antianemia berbahan dasar stroberi lokal Sumatera Barat (Fragaria × ananassa) serta mengevaluasi potensi awalnya dalam meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. Penelitian menggunakan metode research and development yang meliputi pengolahan stroberi menjadi bubuk melalui metode freeze drying, analisis kandungan zat besi menggunakan Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry, formulasi dosis, dan uji awal efektivitas produk dengan desain pretest-posttest pada lima responden selama tujuh hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bubuk stroberi mengandung zat besi sebesar 372,94 mg/kg. Produk yang dihasilkan diberi nama Hemavita dan diformulasikan sebagai suplemen pemeliharaan yang menyediakan sekitar 20% kebutuhan zat besi harian. Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin meningkat dari 12,36 ± 1,64 g/dL sebelum intervensi menjadi 13,74 ± 2,05 g/dL setelah intervensi, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 1,38 ± 0,68 g/dL. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kapsul stroberi berpotensi menjadi alternatif suplemen herbal untuk membantu meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. Penelitian lanjutan dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar diperlukan untuk mengonfirmasi efektivitas produk.

menjadi sarana pembelajaran politik bagi mahasiswa Generasi Z. Namun, kajian yang secara khusus membahas akses terhadap konten edukasi politik di media sosial dan pengetahuan politik mahasiswa dalam konteks perguruan tinggi lokal masih relatif terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan akses terhadap konten edukasi politik di media sosial dan pengetahuan politik mahasiswa Generasi Z di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner terstruktur kepada 25 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan responden adalah Instagram (96%) dan TikTok (4%), dengan durasi penggunaan yang didominasi 1 jam per hari (72%). Namun, seluruh responden (100%) menyatakan sangat jarang atau tidak pernah mengakses konten edukasi politik di media sosial. Meskipun demikian, pengetahuan politik responden tampak relatif memadai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya akses terhadap konten edukasi politik di media sosial tidak selalu diikuti oleh rendahnya pengetahuan politik mahasiswa, sehingga pengetahuan politik mahasiswa diduga juga dipengaruhi oleh sumber pembelajaran lain di luar media sosial
