of product quality, marketing strategy, and external institutional support on export performance. A quantitative research design was adopted, utilizing structured questionnaires distributed to 60 consumers of Plered ceramics. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the influence and significance of each independent variable on export outcomes. Findings indicate that product quality exerts a significant and positive effect on export success, particularly through attributes such as design innovation, material strength, aesthetic value, and compliance with international standards. Conversely, marketing strategy and external support did not demonstrate statistically significant effects, suggesting the need for strategic realignment and more targeted institutional engagement. These results highlight the dominant role of internal capabilities, especially quality control and product development, over external promotional or governmental interventions in driving export readiness and sustainability. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on micro and small enterprises in developing economies by offering empirical evidence on export determinants in cultural and creative industries. Practically, the findings recommend prioritizing product excellence as a core strategy for global market penetration, while simultaneously improving the effectiveness of marketing channels and policy support mechanisms. Future research should explore digital transformation, international consumer preferences, and long-term impacts of policy shifts on export growth in artisanal sectors.

Despite operating independently and with high levels of flexibility, these freelance workers remain subject to complex psychosocial work dynamics, including job stress, rewards, motivation, and job satisfaction. This study aims to empirically investigate the influence of job stress and rewards on job satisfaction, while examining the mediating role of motivation within the context of digital freelancers. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 220 Gen Z freelance content creators in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, facilitated by the SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that job stress exerts a significantly negative effect on both motivation and job satisfaction, whereas rewards have a significantly positive effect on these variables. Furthermore, motivation was found to partially and significantly mediate the relationship between job stress, rewards, and job satisfaction. These findings underscore the critical importance of affective dimensions in shaping the occupational well-being of freelancers in the digital era. The main contribution of this study lies in its extension of the theoretical framework surrounding non-traditional work dynamics, as well as its practical implications for the development of career management and well-being strategies tailored to platform-based freelance workers.

osophical ideas. The research question of this paper is whether 5 Seconds of Summer’s song lyrics entitled Good Girl can be analyzed through Hegelian Dialectics. Through qualitative method, this paper shows how the situation of the girl is covered by old and new knowledge in the scheme of thesis-antithesis-synthesis as theorized by G. W. F. Hegel. This approach emphasizes how traditional and modern understandings interact, highlighting how dynamic identity building is. Using explorative approach, the components of the song lyrics are discussed through subtextual understandings that Hegelian Dialectics may erode such stereotype and later shape another stigma as well. It is analyzed that the girl lives the stigma that a good girl is a nerd and should not have fun outside the house. The song lyrics then accentuate that a smart girl could also be a bad girl and it indeed breaks the stigma of a clever girl is always a good girl. In conclusion, the song lyrics show how ideas of a good and a bad girl are not that simple since those reflect complex situation between common, social, and even academic norms. By stating so, the novelty of this article is evident; such new literary works may still always contain certain philosophical presuppositions.

to get healing instructions. This research aims to uncover the ritual communication contained in Balian Bawo, which is communication between ancestors and the Balian Bawo. Researchers used hermeneutical phenomenology methodology by taking 6 people as sources. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that Balian Bawo ritual communication is seen in three ways, namely 1. Communication is with communicators, namely Balian and ancestors as communicants to convey messages about healing instructions through the intermediary of sowing rice which then includes dance and the sounds of bracelets as a connecting frequency amplifier; 2. Communion in the Balian Bawo Ritual in traditional medicine occurs not because of periodic activities every year, but is present when people need treatment; and 3. Common means that the local community can help the family prepare for the Balian Bawo Ritual activities and the Balian Bawo ritual procession can be followed by the local community as long as they comply with the existing regulations during the activity procession which is a form of community awareness of the existence of the Balian Bawo healing ritual.

llenges, such as limited resources, a lack of community capacity in management, and dependence on external parties. This study aims to analyze community empowerment based on local participation through the management of the tourism village, using the community empowerment theory proposed by Jim Ife. The study emphasizes the importance of resource, opportunity, knowledge, and skill indicators in supporting the success of community empowerment. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The primary informants of the study include community leaders, local business actors, and tourism village managers. The findings reveal that empowerment through resource indicators has increased the income of craft businesses by 150%, from IDR 2 million to IDR 5 million per month. Furthermore, the opportunity indicator successfully opened avenues for the community to manage homestays, increasing income by up to 70% compared to previous levels. The knowledge and skill indicators also proved significant, with more than 90% of the community actively participating in training, which supports the sustainable economy of the tourism village. The conclusion of this study highlights that community empowerment based on local participation has a positive impact on the economic independence of the Panglipuran Village community. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of community empowerment elements with local wisdom values, such as mutual cooperation and cultural preservation. This model contributes not only to economic development but also serves as a best practice example in sustainable local participation-based tourism village management.

Modern markets, with more organized management and better facilities, often attract consumer attention away from traditional markets, despite offering higher prices. This research employs a qualitative method with an interactive approach, where the researcher directly interacts with the subjects of the study. The findings indicate that 75% of traditional market traders do not feel threatened by modern markets, as they can still attract customers with lower prices and negotiation flexibility. However, 25% of traders experience negative impacts due to decreased income, with an average decline ranging from 10% to 15%. This study highlights the necessity for traditional market traders to adapt to changes and seek new strategies to sustain their businesses amidst increasing competition. The findings aim to provide a deeper understanding of market dynamics in Gumawang City and support the development of better policies for traditional markets.

Changes in people’s attitudes and mindsets, urbanization, and doubts about traditional values are some of the main challenges. Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Thus, the wetonan tradition can continue to live and develop as an integral part of the cultural identity of Javanese society. The preservation of this tradition not only ensures the continuity of a rich cultural heritage, but also strengthens solidarity and togetherness in Javanese indigenous communities. tourism diversity. One of the cultural and tourism diversity is the Uma Lengge Maria Cultural Reserve which is located in Maria Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. Uma Lengge is a traditional house of the Bima people which has existed for a long time and must be maintained in its existence and beauty so that it remains intact and its beauty can be enjoyed for the future. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. A descriptive approach is an approach that aims to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in a particular field factually and carefully. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The existence of uma lengge must be maintained so that its existence remains well into the future. there are sanctions and criminal liability for tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Wawo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.
