absence of a periodic monitoring mechanism for certificate validity periods and personal protective equipment usage, while all record keeping remained paper-based and spreadsheet-driven. This condition creates a compliance risk against Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 9 of 2016, as expired certificates may go undetected before employees are assigned to work at height. This community service program aims to strengthen the partner's occupational safety competency certification governance through the design, implementation, and mentoring of a web-based information system. The implementation method consists of six stages: situation analysis, requirements analysis, system design, construction, socialisation and training, and operational mentoring. The system was developed using a three-tier architecture and comprises four core modules: certificate record management, automated validity notification, divisional recapitulation dashboard, and digital document archiving. Program effectiveness was measured using a pre-test and post-test design with a 20-item instrument covering four knowledge domains, analysed using normalized gain. Functional testing was conducted using the black box method, while user acceptance was measured using the System Usability Scale. The results show that participants' average knowledge score increased from 51.4 in the pre-test to 86.4 in the post-test, with a normalized gain of 0.72 categorised as high. Black box testing achieved a 90 percent success rate and the System Usability Scale score reached 82.5, indicating good user acceptance.

any. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by describing and analyzing problems related to digital archive management. Primary and secondary data form the basis of qualitative research. The primary data of this research was obtained through documentation, observation, and interviews, while secondary data was obtained from books, research and related articles. From the results of this study, it is known that PT. Cakra Putra Parahyangan Tasikmalaya is still in the process of implementing digital archive management. The initial step taken is to carry out manual archive management habits and then input them into the digital archive, Sicakra. There are still many obstacles in the implementation process, one of which is the factor of human resources who are still reluctant to work double in archiving. Nevertheless, the company will still make a gradual transition from manual to digital archive management, through Sicakra. The background to this change is that there are more benefits when the company implements Sicakra, starting to facilitate and speed up the process of sending, sharing and searching, saving physical storage space, as well as providing more efficient access. Thus, this research shows that digital archive management can benefit companies, such as improving operational efficiency and resource management.

In detecting and analyzing fraud in company financial statements, this study uses secondary data that can be obtained from the IDX website or company website. The results of the analysis show that there are indications that PT Cakra Mineral Tbk has fake cash flows because the company consolidated its financial statements with two companies that had not been legally acquired. This can lead to an increase in revenue as shown in the 2016 report. This significant increase in sales can also be caused by an acquisition agreement that has beautified its financial statements. Apart from that, this company can also be said to be a red flag of selling receivables due to a drastic decrease of receivables in 2016, while in previous years there was no decrease as much. Obesity is associated with lipoprotein, decreased High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), and increased triglycerides and LDL, especially in central obesity. People who have a high percentage of body fat tend to have higher total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides compared to people who have normal weight. Nutrition counseling activities are carried out at the Johar Baru District Health Center which will be held on November 7, 2022. Respondents will be given a pre-test form containing 10 true and false statements for 10-15 minutes and then counseling will be carried out through poster media. After that, the respondent was given a post-test form. After 3 days of giving the material, monitoring, and evaluation were carried out on 5 respondents. This Monitoring and Evaluation will be carried out via telephone or the Whatsapp app. Based on the results of bivariate analysis, the results of knowledge obtained were p-value = 0.055 (p-value <0.05) so that it could be concluded that there was no difference in knowledge before and after nutritional education counseling using poster media in PTM patients at the Johar Baru District Health Center, Central Jakarta.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar Nasional pada tahun 2018 menurut proporsi kadar kolesterol total pada penduduk umur ≥45 tahun, 5 menyebutkan bahwa sebanyak ≥10,5% masyarakat memiliki kadar kolesterol tinggi. Adapun faktor penyebab hiperkolesterolemia adalah status gizi terutama obesitas. Terdapat keterkaitan antara obesitas dengan lipoprotein, peningkatan trigliserida dan LDL, penurunan High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), terutama pada obesitas sentral. Individu dengan persen lemak tubuh yang tinggi cenderung memiliki total kolesterol, LDL dan trigliserida yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan individu dengan berat badan normal. Kegiatan penyuluhan gizi dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan johar Baru yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 November 2022. Responden akan diberikan form pre test yang berisikan 10 pernyataan benar dan salah selama 10-15 menit dan selanjutnya akan dilakukan penyuluhan melalui media poster. Setelah itu responden diberikan form post test. Setelah 3 hari pemberian materi dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kepada 5 responden. Monitoring dan Evaluasi ini akan dilakukan melalui telepon ataupun app Whatsapp. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat, didapatkan hasil pengetahuan nilai p value = 0.055 (p-value < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan edukasi gizi menggunakan media poster pada pasien PTM di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat.

Apalagi sekarang lagi hangat-hangatnya memperbincangkan tentang pemilihan kepala daerah, oleh karena itu penyuluhan tentang kepemimpinan dianggap perlu untuk di sosialisasikan kepada masyarakat. Harapan kedepannya adalah masyarakat mampu memilih pemimpin yang dapat menjadi contoh baik dalam setiap tindakan dan perkataannnya. Masyarakat diharapkan lebih hati-hati dalam memilih calon kepala daerah, tidak mudah terpengaruh citra dan kekuasaan yang dapat mendatangkan kerudian dalam masyarakat itu nantinya. Selain itu masyarakat tidak perlu takut terhadap tekanan yang mungkin saja datang untuk memaksa memilih jagoan mereka, masyarakat harus mendapatkan pencerahan tentang bagaimana hukum itu berlaku di kalangan masyarakat. Untuk itu selain membahas masalah kepemimpinan Universitas asahan juga bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum – Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia untuk memberi pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang hukum, apa yang harus dilakukan masyarakat apabila tersangkut permasalahan hukum di lingkungannya, mengetahui hak dan kewajibannya dalam mentaati hukum tersebut. Harapan terbesarnya masyarakat di desa antara tidak tabu lagi terhadap permasalahan hukum, masyarakat desa antara berani untuk menghadapai permasalahan hukum yang mereka hadapi, masyarakat desa antara mampu memilih pemimpin yang tepat untuk memimpin daerah mereka.

Abstract: The application form of a series of educational theories that have been studied on campus will certainly be more useful if the theories of science are shared for the community. This activity is called our devotion to the community. As an academic both lecturers and students should be able to work together in realizing Tri Darma college where we share and gain knowledge. Community service is a real action that we can do to increase society's insight into the information we will share, thus bringing a positive contribution to society. Especially now more warmly discussed about the election of regional heads, therefore counseling about leadership is considered necessary for the socialization to the community. The future expectation is that people are able to choose leaders who can be good examples in every action and perfomance. The community is expected to be more careful in choosing candidates for regional heads, not easily influenced by the image and power that can bring in the society later. In addition people should not be afraid of the pressures that might come to force their heroes, the public should get an enlightenment about how the law applies to the public. In addition to discussing the issue of leadership, the University of Asahan also cooperates with the Legal Aid Foundation - Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia to provide an understanding to the public about the law, what should the community do when it comes to legal issues in its environment, knowing its rights and obligations in complying with the law. The greatest hope of the community in the village between no longer taboo on legal issues, the villagers between daring to face the legal problems they face, the villagers between able to choose the right leader to lead their area.
