saster risks and the impacts of climate change. Buntu Kunyi Village has a relatively high level of vulnerability to disasters such as landslides and floods, thus requiring a systematic and sustainable empowerment approach. This KKN program applied the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which emphasizes the utilization of local potential and community participation. The stages implemented included discovery, design, define, and reflection, resulting in village asset mapping, needs-based program planning, and a comprehensive evaluation of program implementation. Three main programs were carried out: the preparation of evacuation maps, the development of disaster education modules, and the documentation of environmental action activities. The results of the program showed a significant increase in disaster literacy, community preparedness, and citizen participation in environmental conservation as a form of adaptation to climate change. Overall, this KKN program contributed to strengthening the resilience of Buntu Kunyi Village through collaboration between students and the community in building independent and sustainable disaster risk mitigation.

The discussions and interactive sessions highlighted the urgent need to harmonize and update the substance of the current regulation to align with good governance principles and ensure clear and proportional enforcement. Key challenges identified included weak regulatory structure, lack of technical guidelines, and limited objection mechanisms for affected citizens. The activity also produced normative recommendations in the form of a draft regulatory formulation, covering violation classification, types of administrative sanctions, sanction procedures, and appeal mechanisms. Through social media observation, narrative interviews, and the tracing of urban locations featured in visual representation, the study finds that influencer marketing does not merely sell products—it also reproduces social hierarchies through aesthetic spatiality and the logic of visibility.
Yet, amid such exclusions, marginalized communities deploy diverse tactics of resistance, including visual reengineering, the use of alternative locations, and digital irony that disrupt dominant narratives. These findings suggest that digital identity is not passively consumed but actively negotiated through concrete and often unexpected spatial relations. Drawing on Lefebvre’s theory of the production of space, Urry’s concept of digital mobilities, and Gandy’s politics of infrastructure, the study shows how cities and digital spaces co-constitute a contested symbolic terrain.
The article’s main contribution lies in advancing a Global South perspective, where digital technologies and aesthetics are practiced contextually and do not always conform to the logics of global capitalism. This research underscores that urban—and digital—space is not solely produced from above, but also from below, through the everyday agency of ordinary citizens.

ravel rhythms—have become contested arenas where technocratic planning collides with residents’ everyday realities. This study aims to examine how mobility spaces in Makassar are produced, negotiated, and lived by urban dwellers amid infrastructural dysfunction and unequal access.
Using a qualitative, city-based ethnographic approach, the research was conducted across key mobility corridors and densely populated neighborhoods. Conceptually, this study draws on the frameworks of spatial anarchy (Castells & Smith), temporal disorientation (Zerubavel), and the politics of infrastructure (Larkin) to analyze how disorganized space and time shape citizens’ mobility experiences.
Findings reveal that Makassar’s mobility space is marked by spatial fragmentation, erratic urban rhythms, and various forms of micro-resistance—such as the use of informal routes, modifications to pete-pete (minibus) trajectories, and the occupation of street space by informal economic activities.
This research contributes theoretically to urban anthropology and the discourse on mobility justice by foregrounding the need to understand cities from below—through the lived experiences of residents who continuously adapt within unruly and unstable urban environments

The purpose of this study is to show data regarding the Synergy of Pancasila and Politics on Ecological Citizenship Education in Puay Village, Papua Province. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach, while the type of research used is a case study. The results of this study show data that efforts to protect the environment which is part of the ecological citizenship carried out by the Puay Village community are by planting trees, cleaning the banks of Lake Sentani in Puay Village when commemorating the entry of the Gospel in Puay Village, and introducing the nature around Lake Sentani to students of SDN 5 Puay Village. The conclusion of this study is that the Puay Village community has contributed to protecting nature, especially the environment around Lake Sentani, which is the lifeblood of the Puay Village community.

PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk introduced the WiGo Savings product, specifically designed for South Korean citizens who plan to live or work in Indonesia through a pre-account opening scheme. This research aims to analyze the role of WiGo Savings in enhancing the bank's competitiveness, particularly in terms of product differentiation and the potential strengthening of low-cost funds (CASA). The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, using literature review and secondary data analysis from bank reports, media publications, and academic references related to banking innovation. The findings indicate that the pre-arrival account opening mechanism reduces administrative barriers, accelerates service activation, and creates early customer engagement. The product also shows the potential to increase CASA composition, leading to lower cost of funds and greater flexibility in credit pricing. Furthermore, WiGo enhances product differentiation and institutional branding as a bank responsive to cross-border transaction needs. However, its effectiveness depends on successful market education, cross-jurisdiction regulatory compliance, and technological system integration.

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria, the social dimension, particularly DEI, is recognized as a strategic driver of sustainability. While prior research indicates positive links between DEI and social performance, and between DEI and employee engagement, the specific mechanism connecting these variables remains underexplored. This study synthesizes existing literature to propose and analyze a conceptual model where employee engagement acts as a key mediator. Grounded in Social Exchange Theory and the Job Demands-Resources model, the review finds that inclusive environments foster psychological safety, a sense of belonging, and empowerment, which significantly enhance employee engagement. This heightened engagement, in turn, motivates prosocial behaviors such as Organizational Citizenship Behavior, internal advocacy, and proactive innovation that directly improve measurable Social-ESG outcomes. The analysis concludes that the effect of DEI on Social-ESG performance is not merely direct but is substantially transmitted and amplified through the psychological state and subsequent behaviors of engaged employees. The study highlights the necessity for organizations to integrate DEI strategies with employee engagement initiatives to fully realize their social sustainability goals and provides a foundation for future empirical testing of this mediating relationship.

Although these symbols may provide women with access and acceptance in political spaces, they often limit the meaning of women’s participation by emphasizing symbolic representation rather than substantive capability and political ideas. This analysis employs a qualitative approach based on a literature review of academic studies on political representation, identity politics, patriarchy, and citizenship. The findings indicate that maternalism and the hijab reflect the persistent dominance of patriarchal culture in Indonesian politics, resulting in gender-biased forms of female citizenship. Therefore, critical awareness and deeper reflection are needed to ensure that women’s representation in politics does not remain merely symbolic but instead fosters substantive participation for a more inclusive democracy.

s known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to analyze the effect of Psychological Capital (PsyCap), which comprises hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism, on nurses' OCB in regional hospitals and to identify the most dominant dimension influencing OCB. Employing a quantitative correlational approach, this research collected primary data through structured questionnaires distributed to nurses as respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis to test variable relationships and the moderating effects of demographic factors. The results indicate that the levels of PsyCap and OCB among nurses are relatively high, with resilience emerging as the most significant predictor of OCB. These findings strengthen the position of PsyCap as an essential psychological resource that fosters prosocial behaviors among nurses, especially in regional hospitals often challenged by limited human resources. The implications suggest that hospital management should design PsyCap enhancement programs, focusing particularly on strengthening nurses' mental resilience to sustainably improve healthcare service quality. This study also contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on organizational behavior within the Indonesian healthcare sector.
