s require hospitals to adopt environmental management practices that extend beyond regulatory compliance and strengthen environmental awareness. This study aims to analyze the role of green accounting in fostering environmental awareness and supporting organizational sustainability at a specialized hospital (RSK X) in East Java, Indonesia. The study employed a qualitative approach within an interpretive paradigm using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving informants engaged in environmental management and hospital operations. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and thematic analysis using NVivo 14 Pro. The findings indicate that green accounting practices at RSK X are reflected in medical and hazardous waste management, wastewater treatment plant operations, environmental monitoring, resource efficiency, environmental reporting, and environmental cost recording. These practices function not only as mechanisms for administrative compliance and cost control but also as instruments for fostering employees' environmental awareness through socialization, monitoring, habituation, and behavioral change. Green accounting implementation is supported by management commitment, government regulations, accreditation requirements, and organizational culture. However, constraints remain, particularly the absence of a dedicated green accounting report, limited integration of environmental information into the hospital information system, and varying employee understanding of green accounting. The study concludes that green accounting serves managerial and behavioral functions by improving environmental accountability, strengthening environmental awareness, and contributing to hospital sustainability.

The study employed a quantitative associative approach using secondary data obtained from annual reports, sustainability reports, and financial statements. Purposive sampling produced 65 observations that met the research criteria. Data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), supported by classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that ESG disclosure does not significantly affect firm value. In contrast, green investment and sustainability reporting quality have positive and significant effects on firm value. Firm size also has a positive and significant direct effect on firm value. However, firm size does not moderate the relationship between ESG disclosure, green investment, or sustainability reporting quality and firm value. Simultaneously, ESG disclosure, green investment, and sustainability reporting quality significantly affect firm value. The first regression model explains 36.0% of the variation in firm value, while the moderation model explains 74.4%. These findings imply that energy sector companies should prioritize concrete green investment initiatives and improve the quality, completeness, and credibility of sustainability reporting to strengthen market value and stakeholder confidence.

Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2026 bertempat di Pantai Bosowa Makassar, dengan metode workshop dan sesi tanya-jawab yang dipandu oleh dosen senior sebagai pemateri. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi format penulisan, sistematika bab, dan berbagai ketentuan teknis lain yang berkaitan dengan penulisan tugas akhir. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pedoman baru penulisan tugas akhir, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung konsistensi dan kualitas bimbingan tugas akhir di lingkungan Jurusan Ilmu Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26 through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that all research instruments are valid and reliable. Partially, Instagram Content has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention with a t-value of 7.273 and a significance of 0.000. Posting Frequency has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention with a t-value of 3.970 and a significance of 0.000. Simultaneously, Instagram Content and Posting Frequency have a significant effect on Purchase Intention with an F-value of 82.834 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.530 indicates that 53.0% of Purchase Intention can be explained by Instagram Content and Posting Frequency, while the remaining 47.0% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

Data were processed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression to assess the cooperative's financial balance and factors influencing business growth. The classical assumption test showed that the regression model met the feasibility criteria, both in terms of normality and autocorrelation, thus the analysis results were reliable. The t-test results proved that working capital had a positive and significant effect on cooperative business growth with a significance value <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.887) confirmed that 88.7% of the variation in business growth was explained by working capital management. This means that the more optimal the management of working capital—including current assets, short-term liabilities, and member loans—the higher the cooperative's chances of growth and development. In addition to strengthening the existing literature, this study is consistent with the findings of Winata et al. (2023) on manufacturing companies and Herawati (2023) on savings and loan cooperatives, both demonstrated the importance of working capital management to financial performance. However, these results differ from the research of Rezki Erdian et al. (2022) on the retail sector, which found that receivables had no significant effect on profitability. This difference indicates that the relevance of working capital is highly dependent on the institutional context. Overall, this study confirms that optimal working capital management is not merely an administrative issue, but a strategic factor determining cooperative business growth and improving welfare. member.

The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of creative MSMEs in Ulunoyo, identify the obstacles faced, and analyze the development strategies implemented by business actors to increase competitiveness. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, field observations, and documentation of 21 MSME actors in five villages. Data analysis was carried out through reduction, presentation, and verification of findings. The results show that the development of creative MSMEs in Ulunoyo is supported by the potential of community creativity, strategic location, and the existence of traditional markets as distribution centers. Development strategies include improving product quality, business diversification, design innovation, and the use of digital technology for promotion and marketing. However, a number of major obstacles are still encountered, including limited business capital, rising raw material prices, low managerial skills, lack of product innovation, limited market access, and high levels of competition. To overcome these obstacles, business actors carry out creative promotions, expand their collaboration networks, and utilize social media to reach a wider consumer base.

Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut , pemerintah memperkenalkan Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pentingnya pemikiran mendalam , pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa, pembelajaran yang disesuaikan , serta pembentukan karakter berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini didedikasikan untuk mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka pada jenjang sekolah dasar melalui wawasan literatur . Kajian ini akan membedah cara penerapannya , faktor -faktor penentu keberhasilan, serta kendala-kendala yang mungkin dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka membawa dampak yang baik, termasuk kemajuan yang lebih pesat dalam pembelajaran , pemanfaatan cara yang lebih sesuai dengan keadaan , serta peningkatan keterlibatan dan semangat belajar siswa. Guru pun mendapatkan ruang lebih luas untuk berkreasi dalam merencanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Namun demikian, penerapan kurikulum ini masih terkendala oleh beberapa hal , seperti pemahaman guru yang belum menyeluruh , tantangan dalam melakukan asesmen awal dan pembelajaran yang beragam , serta keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana di beberapa sekolah. Keberhasilan Kurikulum Merdeka sangat bergantung pada kemampuan guru, dukungan dari pimpinan sekolah, dan ketersediaan sumber daya yang cukup . y is based on traffic problems such as congestion and accidents that are increasing along with the growth of motorized vehicles that are not balanced by adequate road infrastructure. The Pekanbaru City Government through the Transportation Agency has implemented various traffic engineering policies, including the one-way system and the closure of U-Turns at certain points. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implemented policies have had a positive impact, but their implementation still faces obstacles such as lack of public awareness, limited infrastructure, and less than optimal coordination between institutions. This study recommends the need for more massive socialization and increased synergy between institutions to support the successful implementation of traffic engineering policies.

al needs (CSN) into formal schooling, BLC implements an intensive one-to-one accompaniment system. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation of accompaniment activities, and document review. The findings indicate that shadow teachers at BLC fulfill multifunctional roles, including identifying each child's specific needs, designing intervention programmes, developing basic independence skills, and providing evaluations and progress reports to parents and classroom teachers. The professionalism of shadow teachers is demonstrated through their ability to adapt instructional strategies in accordance with each child's concentration level, as well as their physical and cognitive limitations. Furthermore, teachers engage in ongoing collaboration with parents to monitor and evaluate children's progress through regular daily reports. This study concludes that the competence and dedication of shadow teachers are critical factors in the successful transition of children with special needs into broader educational settings. An effective shadow teacher does not only focus on academic readiness, but also place equal emphasis on developing independence as a necessary foundation for children's social integration in the future.

a crucial factor determining service effectiveness, clinical decision quality, and operational efficiency in modern healthcare organizations. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital health competence on healthcare service performance at King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC), Saudi Arabia, with work engagement as a mediating variable and organizational support as a moderating factor. This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 312 healthcare professionals at KAMC selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire ranging from 1 to 5 and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings revealed that digital health competence had a positive and significant effect on healthcare service performance (β = 0.412; p < 0.001). Digital competence also significantly influenced work engagement (β = 0.528; p < 0.001), while work engagement mediated the relationship between digital competence and healthcare service performance (β = 0.216; p < 0.001). Furthermore, organizational support strengthened the relationship between digital competence and work engagement. These findings indicate that digital competence not only improves service efficiency and quality but also functions as a psychological resource that enhances healthcare professionals’ motivation and dedication. Practically, the study provides important implications for hospitals in improving healthcare professionals’ digital competence through continuous training, the development of user-friendly digital systems, and adaptive organizational support.
