Abstract:The flood disaster that occurred in Ketambe District, Southeast Aceh Regency, at the end of 2025 caused significant impacts on local communities, including damage to housing, disruption of economic activities, and increased…
sed demand for basic necessities. These conditions required a rapid, targeted, and well-coordinated humanitarian response. This community service program aimed to provide clothing and food assistance to flood victims while developing a cross-border university collaboration model for disaster response. The program was implemented through a partnership involving Universitas Gunung Leuser (UGL), Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM), and Insan Cakna. The implementation stages included needs assessment, institutional coordination, aid procurement, aid distribution, and program evaluation. UGL was responsible for needs assessment, local coordination, and aid distribution, while UPTM served as the primary donor providing financial assistance, clothing, and food supplies. Insan Cakna acted as the liaison and coordination facilitator between both institutions. The results demonstrated that the collaboration model improved the effectiveness and accuracy of aid distribution while strengthening institutional synergy in disaster response efforts. Beyond providing direct benefits to affected communities, the program generated a cross-border university collaboration model that can be replicated in future humanitarian and disaster management initiatives. The findings highlight that the success of humanitarian programs depends not only on the availability of aid but also on effective coordination, clear division of responsibilities, and sustainable institutional partnerships.
Abstract:The increased integration of operational technology (OT), Internet of Things (IoT), and business IT systems has allowed sophisticated attackers to circumvent isolated security features and launch cross-platform assaults.…
Current fragmented techniques, with discrete detectors monitoring Modbus, Kubernetes, MQTT, or other domain-specific protocols, cannot handle cross-system risks. These methodologies overlook 68% of multi-vector marketing that uses both physical and digital channels. This study introduces a transfer learning architecture to integrate detection capabilities by correlating threats across protocols, devices, and settings. The architecture generates a unified feature space that extracts behavioral semantics from industrial control system logs, cloud telemetry, network traffic, and device-level signals to produce protocol-agnostic threat representations. Adversarial domain adaptation and semantic graph embeddings enable cross-domain knowledge transfer with minimum retraining. Security teams may now discover kill chains like infected cloud containers preceding illegal PLC command execution every 23 minutes. Validated against real-world attack datasets from water treatment facilities (OT) and cloud infrastructure (IT), the system achieved 93.4% cross-platform attack recall, a 41.3 percentage point improvement over prior methodologies. It reduced OT data labeling by 89% and false positives by 93.5%. This paradigm shift transforms threat correlation from a reactive, domain-specific process to adaptive intelligence, boosting resilience for critical infrastructure, industrial ecosystems, and smart environments facing cyber-physical hazards. The framework's practical validation in energy, industry, and vital infrastructure shows its importance in protecting an increasingly linked world.
Abstract:The problem of national food security is something that needs to be addressed sustainably by society and the government, especially in rural areas. To support food availability for the community, land is needed that can…
be used for food development. One alternative is to use the yard of the house. Home gardens not only function as areas that provide beauty and coolness, but also as productive land that supports national food security by empowering local potential, both in rural and urban areas. Apart from that, the use of the yard also contributes to improving the family's economy. This research aims to examine the characteristics of residents regarding the use of homestead land in rural areas, analyze their utilization patterns, and assess the effectiveness of using homestead land in supporting food availability. The data in this research were analyzed using an experimental method, which involved initial measurements (pre-test), providing treatment in the form of guidance or direction regarding land use, and follow-up measurements (post-test). The research sample was selected using the snowball sampling method, namely a sampling technique based on individual networks. The research results show that the use of yard land is effective in supporting food availability. This is shown by the respondent's answer score on the program effectiveness variable, which is in the range of 50-100%, so it is included in the effective category

Abstract:Islamic Education and Colonial Education are two methods to educate the Indonesian people, especially in Java. Islamic Education and Colonial Education have their own advantages for society. Islamic Education tends to be…
more religious, while Colonial Education tends to be secular and liberal. Each education has a different teaching system because it has different goals and targets according to the interests of the government in power at that time. This research method uses a historical method that is based on four things as usual, namely: heuristics, criticism, verification and historiography. Because this event is a political history, the researcher uses a socio-political approach to analyze it. On the other hand, assisted by the challenge and response theory developed by Arnold Toynbe. According to this theory, culture occurs because of challenges and answers between humans and their surroundings. The results of this study indicate that the existence of racial and discriminatory Dutch colonial government education resulted in the emergence of forms of resistance in the field of education. This phenomenon results in the birth of Islamic boarding schools and private schools such as: Tebu Ireng Islamic Boarding School (1899), Tambak Beras Islamic Boarding School (1919) East Java, Krapyak Islamic Boarding School, Yogyakarta (1911), Sukamanah Islamic Boarding School, Cipasung Tasikmalaya, West Java (1930). As for private schools (private) namely Muhammadiyah School (1912), Taman Siswa (1922) and Nahdlatul Ulama (1926).
