DEFAULT IN THE SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT OF A SHOPHOUSE IN NON-CASH AND ITS CONSEQUENCES ON HEIRS

Abstract: In binding the sale and purchase agreement between two parties must be carried out and obeyed in accordance with Article 1338 paragraph (1) of the Civil Code states that an agreement made legally will bind the parties as… binding as the law and become law for them. The agreed agreement will give birth to obligations that must be carried out by the parties, if not carried out, there will be default due to breach of the agreed agreement. As happened between Baniyamin as the buyer and the late Muhammad Husen as the seller in the binding of the shophouse sale and purchase agreement, there was a default due to the seller not delivering the object of sale and purchase, the buyer had fully paid the price of the shophouse but did not get his rights so that the buyer was disadvantaged in the sale and purchase agreement. The results showed that the buyer made several efforts to obtain his compensation rights for defaults made by the heirs starting from family settlements, giving warning letters twice but there was still no response, and filing a default lawsuit to the Court. The heirs' responsibility for the testator's debt initially planned to pay Rp. 50,000,000. This amount is insufficient from the total loss suffered by the buyer, so that at the time of mediation in the Court the buyer gave the option to the heirs to be able to make payments in stages with a minimum of paying half of the total loss suffered, but the heirs were not able to do so.

Abstract: This research delves into the prohibition of idol worship in the Bible, especially the Old Testament, with an emphasis on the role of the prophets who emphasized this prohibition. The aim is to gain a deeper understanding… g of the concept of idol worship prohibition through the qualitative research method of Literature Review. The Bible, particularly the Old Testament, consistently conveys the prohibition of bowing down to worship idols. This activity is considered serious and carries severe consequences, especially for the people of Israel. Violating this prohibition is seen as betrayal to God and has the potential to trigger divine punishment. The theological basis for this prohibition lies in the jealousy of God, which arises when offerings are given to idols. Idol worship is equated with the practices of pagan nations and reflects unfaithfulness to God. This research also describes the history and theology behind this prohibition. Through the perspectives of Brian S. Rosner, E. L. Carlson, and Christie Kusnandar, the research demonstrates how idol worship triggers God's jealous reaction and disrupts the human relationship with Him. This message is strong in the Bible and integrated into Jewish religious teachings. In conclusion, the prohibition of idol worship serves as an important warning to maintain loyalty to God and avoid practices that are inconsistent with faith.

Penerapan Computer Vision Menggunakan Model Yolov8 Untuk Monitoring Kepadatan Pengunjung Ruang Rawat Inap Di Rumah Sakit

Abstract: Abstract: Hospitals, as healthcare facilities, have a high level of visitor mobility, particularly in inpatient wards. Therefore, visitor control is necessary to maintain patient comfort, safety, and service quality. Manual… ual visitor monitoring is considered ineffective and prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement an artificial intelligence-based visitor monitoring system for hospital inpatient wards using computer vision technology. The developed system utilizes the YOLOv8 model as an object detection algorithm to automatically detect and count visitors through a camera. Visitor information is displayed through a desktop-based monitoring interface and is equipped with warning notifications via the Telegram application and an automatic alarm if the number of visitors exceeds the limit set by hospital policy. Test results show that the system is capable of performing well in detecting and counting visitors in real time, as well as sending information and warnings responsively. Thus, this system is considered effective as a technology-based hospital management support solution in controlling inpatient ward density and making decisions more quickly and accurately.        Keywords: hospital; inpatient ward; computer vision; yolov8; visitor monitoring Abstrak: Rumah sakit sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan memiliki tingkat mobilitas pengunjung yang tinggi, khususnya pada ruang rawat inap, sehingga diperlukan pengendalian jumlah pengunjung untuk menjaga kenyamanan, keselamatan pasien, dan kualitas pelayanan. Pemantauan jumlah pengunjung secara manual dinilai kurang efektif dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan jumlah pengunjung ruang rawat inap rumah sakit berbasis kecerdasan buatan menggunakan teknologi computer vision. Sistem yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan model YOLOv8 sebagai algoritma object detection untuk mendeteksi dan menghitung jumlah pengunjung secara otomatis melalui kamera. Informasi jumlah pengunjung ditampilkan melalui antarmuka pemantauan berbasis desktop dan dilengkapi dengan notifikasi peringatan melalui aplikasi Telegram serta alarm otomatis apabila jumlah pengunjung melebihi batas yang ditetapkan sesuai kebijakan rumah sakit. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja dengan baik dalam mendeteksi dan menghitung jumlah pengunjung secara real-time, serta mengirimkan informasi dan peringatan secara responsif. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dinilai efektif sebagai solusi pendukung manajemen rumah sakit berbasis teknologi dalam pengendalian kepadatan ruang rawat inap dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Perancangan Pengisian Pada Dispenser Dengan Memanfaatkan Sensor Dan Embedded System

But behind that there are several things that make the dispenser less efficient when taking drinking water from the glass, because the… user has to press or turn the water tap in the dispenser. The working system of this tool is where the machine will run according to the commands obtained from the laser diode and the LDR sensor, the laser diode will reflect light that leads to the LDR. when the light reflected by the laser diode to the LDR is cut, it can be interpreted that the LDR and the laser diode detect or read the presence of an object in the form of a glass, automatically the two sensors instruct the controller to activate the water pump and the water pump will work to remove the water which will be filled in the glass that is placed in the dispenser with the volume of the glass used, the filling process and the end of filling will be displayed by the LCD and when filling the water the glass is full there will be a warning from the buzzer in the form of a sound. Users no longer need to press or turn the water tap when taking water from the dispenser using a glass.   Keywords: Dispensers;LDR Sensor;Diode Laser and Tools     Abstrak: Pada saat ini masyarakat sekarang sudah hampir semuanya menggunakan dispenser, karena kepraktisan. Namun dibalik itu semua ada beberapa hal yang membuat dispenser kurang efisien saat mengambil air minum pada gelas, karena pengguna harus menekan atau memutar keran air yang ada pada dispenser. Sistem kerja dari alat ini ialah dimana mesin akan berjalan sesuai dengan perintah yang didapat dari Dioda laser dan sensor LDR, Dioda laser akan memantulkan cahaya yang mengarah pada LDR, pada saat cahaya yang dipantulkan Dioda laser ke LDR terpotong maka dapat diartikan LDR dan Dioda laser mendeteksi atau membaca adanya benda berupa gelas, secara otomatis kedua sensor tersebut memerintahkan controller mengaktifkan pompa air dan pompa air akan bekerja mengeluarkan air yang akan diisikan pada gelas yang diletakkan pada dispenser dengan volume gelas yang digunakan, proses pengisian dan akhir pengisian akan ditampilkan oleh LCD dan saat pengisian air pada gelas penuh akan ada peringatan dari buzzer berupa bunyi. The installation of traffic signs is one of the public services that the… e government must carry out by the relevant agencies for the convenience of road users and reduce the number of traffic accidents. Aside from being a guide, the signs also functioned as a warning for road users about the conditions and situation of the road to be passed. For this reason, road users must understand and understand the meaning of the signs installed. But for various reasons, many people have not had the opportunity to learn and understand the meaning and purpose of signs of traffic signs. With the development of computer technology and video animation, learning methods about understanding the meaning and purpose of traffic signs can be made easier and more efficient to attract the public's interest in understanding them. Because it takes the form of animated videos and tutorials, so it's easy to display and play back if the learning participants don't understand. With the community service from STMIK Royal to Porsea Sector Police, we are trying to help the police station to introduce traffic signs to the community using the animated video tutorial method. This animated video tutorial uses Adobe Flash.  Keywords: Adobe Flash, Animation, Traffic Signs               Abstrak: Rambu-rambu lalu lintas yang dipasang pada kanan kiri jalan yang sering kita lihat saat berkendara dijalan raya memiliki arti dan tujuan tertentu. Pemasangan rambu-rambu lalulintas adalah salah satu dari pelayanan publik yang wajib diadakan pemerintah oleh dinas terkait demi kenyamanan  pengguna jalan dan mengurangi angka kecelakaan lalulintas. Selain sebagai penunjuk jalan, rambu tersebut juga difungsikan untuk peringatan untuk pengguna jalan tentang kondisi dan situasi jalan yang akan dilalui. Untuk hal tersebut maka pengguna jalan harus mengerti dan memahami arti dari rambu-rambu yang terpasang. Namun dengan berbagai sebab, banyak masyarakat yang belum  berkesempatan belajar dan memahami tentang arti dan maksud dari tanda rambu lalu lintas. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi komputer dan video animasi, metode pembelajran tentang pemahaman arti dan maksud dari rambu lalulintas dapat dibuat semakin mudah dan efisien untuk menarik minat masyarakat dalam memahaminya. Karena berbentuk video  animasi dan tutorial, sehingga mudah ditampilkan dan putar ulang jika peserta pemebelajaran belum paham. Dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat  dari STMIK Royal ke Polsek Porsea ini, kami berusaha membantu polsek untuk mengenalkan rambu lalulintas kepada masyarakat dengan metode video tutorial animasi. IOT BASED HYDROPONIC WATER QUALITY CONTROL INTEGRATED WITH WEBSITE AND EARLY WARNING

One of the technologies widely applied is the Internet of Things (IoT), which… hich enables devices to be interconnected through the internet to perform monitoring and data exchange in real time. In hydroponic cultivation, water quality stability is a crucial factor that affects plant growth. The main parameters that need to be monitored include water acidity level (pH), water temperature, and dissolved nutrient concentration measured using Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). However, water quality monitoring is still commonly conducted manually, making it less efficient and potentially causing delays in detecting changes in water conditions. This study aims to design an IoT-based water quality monitoring system for hydroponic cultivation using an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with pH, temperature, and TDS sensors. The collected data are sent to a server and displayed on a web dashboard in real time, equipped with automatic notification features. The proposed system is expected to improve monitoring efficiency and increase the productivity of hydroponic cultivation       Keywords: esp32; hydroponics; internet of things; real-time monitoring; water quality.   Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong transformasi digital dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk pertanian. Salah satu teknologi yang banyak diterapkan adalah Internet of Things (IoT) yang memungkinkan perangkat saling terhubung melalui jaringan internet untuk melakukan pemantauan dan pertukaran data secara real-time. Pada budidaya hidroponik, kestabilan kualitas air menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman. Parameter utama yang perlu diperhatikan meliputi tingkat keasaman air (pH), suhu air, serta konsentrasi nutrisi terlarut yang diukur menggunakan Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). Namun, pemantauan kualitas air masih banyak dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien dan berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan dalam mendeteksi perubahan kondisi air. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pemantauan kualitas air hidroponik berbasis IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor pH, suhu, dan TDS. Data dikirim ke server dan ditampilkan pada web dashboard secara real-time serta dilengkapi notifikasi otomatis. GRAFANA-BASED DOMAIN EXPIRATION AND SSL CERTIFICATE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR PREVENTIVE SECURITY

Abstract: Abstract: Manual management of domain validity periods and SSL certificates is prone to human error and can cause service disruptions, as was the case at PT XYZ. A reactive approach that relies on vendor notifications has… s proven to be insufficient to ensure operational continuity. This research aims to design and implement an automated monitoring system to transform this manual approach into a preventive and proactive security framework. The method used is the implementation of an open-source stack consisting of Prometheus to collect metrics from specialized exporters (Blackbox and Domain Exporter), and Grafana for informative centralized dashboard visualization. The system is also integrated with early warning notifications via Telegram for rapid incident response. The result is a functional system with a centralized dashboard that visually displays the remaining validity period of assets using color markers (green for safe status, yellow for early warning, and red for critical status). System testing showed very high accuracy, reaching 100% for domains (MAE 0 days) and 99.45% for SSL certificates (MAE 1.0 days). This system has successfully transformed manual processes into automated and preventive ones, significantly mitigating the risk of human error and ensuring the reliability of digital services.             Keywords: domain; grafana; monitoring; prometheus; SSL certificate.     Abstrak: Pengelolaan manual masa berlaku domain dan sertifikat SSL rentan terhadap human error dan dapat menyebabkan gangguan layanan, seperti yang pernah terjadi di PT XYZ. Pendekatan reaktif yang mengandalkan notifikasi vendor terbukti tidak lagi memadai untuk menjamin kontinuitas operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan otomatis untuk mentransformasi pendekatan manual tersebut menjadi kerangka kerja keamanan yang preventif dan proaktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah implementasi stack open-source yang terdiri dari Prometheus untuk mengumpulkan metrik dari exporter spesialis (Blackbox dan Domain Exporter), serta Grafana untuk visualisasi dasbor terpusat yang informatif. Sistem ini juga diintegrasikan dengan notifikasi peringatan dini melalui Telegram untuk respons insiden yang cepat. Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem fungsional dengan dashboard terpusat yang menampilkan sisa masa berlaku aset secara visual menggunakan penanda warna (hijau untuk status aman, kuning untuk peringatan dini, dan merah untuk status kritis). Pengujian sistem menunjukkan akurasi yang sangat tinggi, mencapai 100% untuk domain (MAE 0 hari) dan 99.45% untuk sertifikat SSL (MAE 1.0 hari). Sistem ini berhasil mengubah proses manual menjadi otomatis dan preventif, secara signifikan memitigasi risiko human error dan menjamin keandalan layanan digital.   Kata kunci: domain; grafana; pemantauan; prometheus; sertifikat SSL.

THE SYSTEM TO PREDICT VOLCANIC ERUPTIONS WITH BACKPROPAGATION METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: This system for predicting volcanic eruptions will produce information that can help BMKG in making decisions to provide warnings to residents around the mountain. This will also help in mitigating volcanic eruptions,… ptions, evacuating residents in volcanic eruptions. By using artificial neural networks with the backpropagation method, it can be used to predict volcanic eruptions. To conduct this test, criteria and factors that influence this volcanic eruption are needed. This method is tested using Matlab 6.1 software. In this test, various patterns will be carried out to compare the results of the network. From the various patterns tested, it can be seen that the number of epochs used affects the test results and will achieve the desired goal. The more epochs used, the faster the goal will be achieved. Where in the 4-2-1 pattern the goal was found in the 7th epoch with an error value of 0.0987135. This 4-2-1 pattern states that this network is tested with 4 input layers, 2 hidden layers and 1 output layer. The α value (α = learning rate) used is the Default value of 0.1. With this backpropagation method, you get more accurate results by getting smaller error values.            Keywords: backpropagation, matlab 6.1, layer, epoch, goal   Abstrak: Sistem untuk memprediksi gunung meletus ini akan menghasilkan informasi yang bisa membantu BMKG dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memberikan peringatan kepada warga sekitar gunung. Hal ini juga akan membantu dalam mitigasi bencana gunung meletus , evakuasi warga sekitar dalam bencana gunung meletus. Dengan menggunakan jaringan saraf tiruan dengan metode backpropagation bisa digunakan untuk memprediksi gunung meletus. Untuk melakukan pengujian ini dibutuhkan kriteria dan faktor yang mempengaruhi gunung meletus ini. Metode ini diuji dengan menggunakan software Matlab 6.1. Pada pengujian ini akan dilakukan dengan berbagai pola untuk membandingkan hasil dari jaringan tersebut. Dari berbagai pola yang diuji dapat dilihat bahwa jumlah epoch yang dipakai mempengaruhi hasil pengujian dan akan mencapai goal yang diinginkan. Semakin banyak epoch yang dipakai maka akan semakin cepat goal tersebut dicapai. Dimana pada pola 4-2-1 goal ditemukan pada epoch ke 7 dengan nilai eror 0,0987135. Pola 4-2-1 ini menyatakan bahwa jaringan ini diuji dengan 4 jumlah input layer, 2 hidden layer dan 1 output layer. Nilai α  (α = learning rate) yang digunakan adalah nilai Default yaitu 0.1. PENANGGULANGAN PATOLOGI BIROKRASI DI KANTOR KECAMATAN LAPPARIAJA KABUPATEN BONE

Abstract: The conclusion of this study indicates that the implementation of offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office has proceeded adequately. Evaluation of offensive strategy indicators, such as the approach… among colleagues, shows a significant improvement. Although it is already quite good, further improvement is necessary, especially in terms of employees giving warnings to colleagues who violate rules. The family approach has also positively contributed to efforts to prevent bureaucratic pathologies. The weekly evaluations conducted by the section head with the team can be seen as a proactive step in maintaining performance quality. Although it is already quite good, there is a need for improvement to make these evaluations more effective in preventing and addressing violations. On the defensive strategy side, implementing mild sanctions in the form of written warnings has been effective. These sanctions are given to employees who violate rules, such as being absent without notice for 6 to 10 days. Moderate and severe sanctions have also been well implemented when needed, indicating readiness to respond to more serious violations. Overall, offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office of Pitumpanua are already quite good, but continuous improvement is needed to ensure their effectiveness in dealing with various situations and cases of bureaucratic pathologies in the future.

Hubungan Tingkat Beban Kerja Perawat dengan Kepatuhan Pengisian Early Warning System (EWS) di RSUP Surakarta

Apabila perawat mengalami beban kerja yang tinggi, maka tingkat kepatuhan dalam pengisian early warning system di dalam rumah sakit.&#8230; kit. Objek yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah RSUP Surakarta yang difokuskan pada perawat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui tingkat Beban Kerja Perawat dengan Kepatuhan Pengisian Early Warning System (EWS) di RSUP Surakarta, (2) mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan pengisian Early Warning System (EWS)  di RSUP Surakarta dan (3) menganalisis hubungan tingkat Beban Kerja Perawat dengan Kepatuhan Pengisian Early Warning System (EWS) di RSUP Surakarta.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional.penelitian dilakukan di RSUP Surakarta dengan subjek penelitian adalah perawat pelaksana. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 36 perawat. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkat beban kerja perawat dan lembar observasi untuk menilai kepatuhan pengisian Early Warning System (EWS). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, dengan uji statistik korelasi Kendall Tau untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat beban kerja perawat dan kepatuhan pengisian EWS. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kepatuhan pengisian early warning system dimana nilai p-value adalah 0.035 < 0.05 dan nilai r sebesar 0.277. Maka, disimpulkan bahwa hubungan yang terbentuk antara beban kerja dengan kepatuhan pengisian early warning system memiliki kategori yang rendah.
