s context, children with mild intellectual disabilities present unique challenges, particularly related to limitations in cognitive aspects, social adaptation, and self-regulation. The main issue addressed in this study is how structured individual learning strategies can be effectively implemented to support the achievement of competencies for students with mild intellectual disabilities in inclusive elementary school settings. The aim of this research is to conduct a theoretical review of the effectiveness of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) as a pedagogical approach based on individual needs, responsive to the unique characteristics of learners. The method used is a systematic literature review with a qualitative-descriptive approach through the examination of scientific publications, academic books, and national policies related to inclusive education and differentiated learning services. The analysis results show that the IEP plays a strategic role in optimally accommodating the learning needs of students with mild intellectual disabilities, emphasizing flexible planning, realistic goals, and progress-oriented evaluation. The effectiveness of the IEP increases significantly when it is designed through cross-professional collaboration among general education teachers, special education teachers, and parents. The conclusion of this study affirms that the implementation of IEP not only strengthens the pedagogical dimension of inclusive education but also promotes a paradigm shift towards more adaptive and humanistic education. The novelty of this study lies in the conceptual integration and practical implementation of the IEP for students with mild intellectual disabilities in elementary schools, which remains limited within the scope of national research.

One prominent manifestation of this progress is the rise of social media platforms, including YouTube Shorts, which offer short-form videos in an engaging and fast-paced format. This platform has gained immense popularity, not only among adults but also among children and adolescents. While YouTube Shorts can serve as a source of education and entertainment, its unrestricted access regardless of age raises serious concerns. Children are particularly vulnerable to exposure to content that is inappropriate for their psychological development, such as verbal violence, consumerist lifestyles, deviant behavior, and misleading information. This situation prompts a fundamental question: to what extent do digital broadcasts influence students’ mindset and behavior? This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the impact of YouTube Shorts consumption on students. The findings reveal a duality of influence: on one hand, appropriate content can enhance literacy, creativity, and language proficiency. On the other hand, without proper supervision, this platform may lead to addiction, weaken social interaction, and normalize behaviors that contradict educational values. Therefore, collaboration between parents and educators is essential. Active supervision at home and digital ethics education at school are crucial to shaping a generation that is both critical and wise in navigating the digital information landscape.

This study aims to describe how single parents play a role in fostering their children's religious character and to identify the various obstacles they encounter in the process. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was then analyzed through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that single parents in Talang Balai Baru II Village have carried out their role quite well in instilling religious character in their children. This is done through the cultivation of faith, the practice of worship, and the formation of noble morals. They also strive to be good role models, offer constructive advice, and continuously pray for their children to stay on the right path. However, there are significant challenges, such as the limited time and energy of single parents in balancing work and educating their children. In addition, emotional pressure arises from concerns about the negative influences of the social environment and technological developments, particularly those coming from peers and social media.

Additionally, the development of relevant and flexible curricula is also an important factor in supporting character education. Although the challenges are considerable, character education in elementary schools can be optimized by implementing innovative strategies, strengthening collaboration among various stakeholders, and wisely utilizing technology. As a result, there are five points of Islamic education in the implementation of aqiqah, namely the value of faith education which shows that aqiqah as a form of obedience in religion, the value of worship education which shows that aqiqah as a form of self-sacrifice to Allah, the value of moral education which shows that aqiqah as an effort to form morality, the value of social education which shows that aqiqah can strengthen the bonds of friendship, and the value of health education which shows that aqiqah is carried out by slaughtering healthy animals and not defective, and halal for consumption. Although physical attendance is maintained, the apparent spiritual absence, reflected in passive behavior or the departure of congregants during crucial liturgical moments, reveals a management failure to holistically integrate liturgical, theological, and pastoral aspects. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews to examine the role of management in designing, implementing, and evaluating worship services that facilitate meaningful spiritual engagement. The analysis confirms that weak liturgical formation, the absence of a structured participatory evaluation system, and a less dialogical pastoral approach are dominant factors contributing to low congregation participation. Worship management that is purely administrative and procedural without reinforcement of the spiritual dimension contributes to a less transformative worship atmosphere. This study recommends reforming worship management through strengthening liturgical education, innovating more participatory and contextual forms of worship, and establishing worship evaluation teams involving leadership and congregants collaboratively and sustainably. The novelty of this research lies in emphasizing worship management not merely as a technical-administrative process but as a means of dynamically and contextually shaping the congregation’s spirituality, thereby providing a conceptual contribution to developing an adaptive and transformative worship management model within the modern church environment.

These conditions highlight the need to reconstruct the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents so that the family may once again serve as the primary center of faith formation. This study aims to analyze the essence of Christian parents' spiritual responsibility from theological and pedagogical perspectives, explain its implementation in Christian Religious Education within the family, and examine its implications for the development of children's faith, character, and spirituality. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method. The findings reveal that parents' spiritual responsibility is manifested through exemplary living, faith-based communication, spiritual discipline, and sustainable family relationships. The study also proposes a conceptual model consisting of four main components: theological foundation, pedagogical relationship, family spiritual practices, and children's character transformation. It is concluded that reconstructing parents' spiritual responsibility strengthens the family as the primary context of Christian Religious Education while fostering synergy among families, churches, and educational institutions. The novelty of this study lies in integrating theological and pedagogical perspectives into a contextual, dialogical, participatory, and transformative model for reconstructing the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents.

This study aims to analyze the effect of baby massage on sleep quality among infants aged 3-6 months at Babycare Bondowoso and to identify differences in sleep quality before and after the intervention. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design involving 40 infants selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that prior to the intervention, 87.5% of infants experienced poor sleep quality, whereas after the intervention, all infants (100%) demonstrated improvement to good sleep quality. Statistical analysis indicated a p-value of 0.00, which is lower than 0.05, confirming a significant effect of baby massage on infant sleep quality. These findings demonstrate that baby massage effectively improves sleep duration, comfort, and stability through physiological relaxation mechanisms. The novelty of this study lies in providing empirical evidence of the effectiveness of baby massage as a non-pharmacological intervention that is simple, safe, and can be independently applied by parents while offering holistic benefits for infants. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for developing health education and improving infant care practices.

The aim of this study is to analyze this relationship among children at PAUD Anggrek, Tamansari Village, Bondowoso Regency, in 2025. The research employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving the entire population of 30 parents as the sample using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test at a 5% significance level. The results revealed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated chi-square value of 22.502, which is greater than the chi-square table value of 3.481, indicating a significant relationship between smartphone addiction and sleep quality in preschool children. The findings conclude that higher levels of smartphone addiction are associated with poorer sleep quality in children. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on preschool children within early childhood education settings using a behavioral approach to technology use, which remains relatively underexplored in the local context. These findings provide important implications for parents and educators to regulate smartphone use in order to support optimal sleep quality in children.

This study aims to implement color block media as an innovative learning method to effectively improve early childhood abilities in color recognition. Early childhood is a stage of exploration, where the learning process must be concrete, engaging, and enjoyable. Color block media combines visual and manipulative approaches that can foster curiosity and active involvement in the learning process. This learning-through-play activity encourages children to naturally identify, differentiate, and name colors. The study used a quantitative method with a pretest-posttest design to determine the effectiveness of the media. The research was conducted at KB Adduriyah 3 on October 29, 2024, and data analysis was performed using a t-test through SPSS 18 for Windows. The results showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.00. Since this value is smaller than the significance level (α = 0.05), the null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The results of the study demonstrate that color block media has a significant impact on improving children's color recognition skills. Additionally, the media also enhances children's active participation in learning activities. Therefore, color block media is highly recommended as a creative and effective learning strategy for educators and parents in supporting the cognitive development of early childhood.
