Tujuan : Pembuatan makalah ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) diagnosa yang muncul pada kasus ini antara lain pola napas tidak efektif, hipervolemia, gangguan perpusi serebral, dimana intervensi yg dilakukan antara lain: manajemen pola napas, manajemen hipervolemia, dan perawatan sirkulasi. Metode : Cara pengambilan data pada pasien yaitu dengan melakukan pengkajian primer dan sekunder pada pasien. Hasil : dari implementasi yang dilakukan antara lain, frekuensi napas membaik, edema menurun, tekanan darah menurun, tingkat kesadaran meningkat. Kesimpulan : dari hasil didapatkan 3 diagnosa keperawatan 3 luaran keperawatan dan 3 implementasi keperawatan.

KAM was initiated by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) as an international auditing standard setting body, which aims to increase the transparency of audited financial reports. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods which use secondary data sources. The secondary data used in this study is in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) via the internet. Based on the results of data analysis of the financial statements of PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk Q2 of 2022, in the independent auditor's report, the main audit item disclosed is the allowance for impairment losses on loans. Based on data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the share price per share at the end of the fourth quarter of 2021 and the share price on June 30, 2022, has fluctuated. It was concluded that in the period following the issuance of the Q2 2022 financial statements with the existence of an independent auditor's report disclosing key audit matters facilitated the flow of company-specific information to the market.

The investment performance of a region can be reflected in the Capital Output Ratio (COR) and Incremental Output Ratio (ICOR). The development of the availability of investment in an area can be measured from the Capital Output Ratio (COR) which is the ratio between realized investment and the income of a region or GRDP. Meanwhile, the amount of investment capacity of a region in increasing any increase in regional income can be measured from the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR). If you look at the development of ICOR in Pekanbaru City, it has fluctuated, in 2016 it rose to 15.62 then in 2017 it decreased to 14.27, then in 2018 it became 15.57 and in 2019 it increased to 13.27 and in 2020 it decreased to -17.33 this is influenced by the Covid 19 Pandemic factor which causes all business sectors to slow down, in 2021 with a value of 15.87.
