In this study, the author conducted a comprehensive literature review of relevant literature, including textbooks, research journals, articles, and education policies related to English language teaching in Indonesia. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively to identify curriculum approaches commonly used in the context of English language teaching in Indonesia. The results of this study show that some curriculum approaches commonly used in English teaching in Indonesia include content-based approaches, communicative approaches, task-based approaches, and grammar-based approaches. The selection of this curriculum approach is based on the goals and objectives of the program, as well as the needs and interests of learners. In conclusion, in Indonesia, English teaching is influenced by various curriculum approaches, which shape the methods and strategies applied in language classes. The choice of curriculum approach in English language teaching depends on the goals and objectives of the program, as well as the needs and interests of learners. Different approaches can be used in combination to create a comprehensive and effective language learning experience so that language learners can easily master the language in a formal setting.

KAM was initiated by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) as an international auditing standard setting body, which aims to increase the transparency of audited financial reports. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods which use secondary data sources. The secondary data used in this study is in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) via the internet. Based on the results of data analysis of the financial statements of PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk Q2 of 2022, in the independent auditor's report, the main audit item disclosed is the allowance for impairment losses on loans. Based on data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the share price per share at the end of the fourth quarter of 2021 and the share price on June 30, 2022, has fluctuated. It was concluded that in the period following the issuance of the Q2 2022 financial statements with the existence of an independent auditor's report disclosing key audit matters facilitated the flow of company-specific information to the market.

The population in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. TtechniqueSampling in this study using purposive sampling. Based on the predetermined criteria, the researchers determined 14 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were processed using SPSS version 25. The results show that Days of Inventory Outstanding (DIO), Days of Sale Outstanding (DSO), Days of Payable Outstanding (DPO) and DER have a simultaneous effect. On Profitability, shows that DIO, DSO, DPO and DER together are able to increase profitability, DIO has an effect on profitability, DSO has a negative effect on profitability. DPO has no effect on profitability.

Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Perencanaan prasarana di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya dilakukan dengan rapat kegiatan, dan dilakukan setiap seminggu sekali pada hari kamis, guna memantapkan perencanaan yang dirancang untuk kebutuhan pondok pesantren, dan dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan keperluan santri, unsur yang terlibat dalam perencanaan yakni pihak madrasah dan pihak yayasan. (2) Pengadaan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan santri, apa yang diperlukan akan dibangun dengan melakukan diskusi bersama pihak yayasan dan pihak madrasah. Pengadaan prasarana juga menyesuaikan dengan dana yang dimiliki, yang berasal dari sisa uang infaq bulanan, bantuan dari donatur maupun keluarga yayasan, dan usaha kantin dari Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah sendiri. (3) Penggunaan Prasarana Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah diharuskan terpisah antara santri putra dan santri putri. (4) Pemeliharaan Prasarana Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah meliputi pembersihan di area pondok pesantren mengandalkan tenaga santri terutama untuk bagian dalam seperti mesjid dan ruang kamar pribadi. Selain itu, untuk pembersihan area luar pondok pesantren memerlukan petugas khusus.
