Church leaders play a crucial role in the effective growth of the church, and leadership management is key to achieving the church's vision and mission. The research methodology employed is a qualitative descriptive approach with literature review. In-depth analysis of the concept of leadership management in the church is conducted by connecting information from various sources, including books, journals, articles, and relevant websites. The findings indicate that the understanding of the church involves spiritual and organizational dimensions, necessitating effective leadership management. Leadership centered on biblical values, resource management, and the empowerment of congregation members becomes crucial in attaining church goals. The differences and uniqueness of the church demand leaders to implement suitable leadership styles, such as democracy, to support the potential of each member. From this research, it can be observed that effective leadership management in the church plays a crucial role in achieving spiritual and organizational objectives. Church leaders need to develop strategies in line with the church's characteristics and leverage the potential of congregation members for sustainable growth.

Since March 2022, the poverty rate in Indonesia has increased by 9.54%, and the government is trying to create many programs to eradicate it. This research answers the question: what is meant by poverty? What are the impacts of living in poverty? What is the solution to God’s protection in the post-pandemic extreme poverty phenomenon in Indonesia? The outcomes of using the literature investigate method are listed below: (1) Poverty as a disadvantage to citizens measured in terms of a certain standard of living, which refers to relative poverty designs that carry out similar analyzes in many poor countries. The Bible, particularly the Old Testament, consistently conveys the prohibition of bowing down to worship idols. This activity is considered serious and carries severe consequences, especially for the people of Israel. Violating this prohibition is seen as betrayal to God and has the potential to trigger divine punishment. The theological basis for this prohibition lies in the jealousy of God, which arises when offerings are given to idols. Idol worship is equated with the practices of pagan nations and reflects unfaithfulness to God. This research also describes the history and theology behind this prohibition. Through the perspectives of Brian S. Rosner, E. L. Carlson, and Christie Kusnandar, the research demonstrates how idol worship triggers God's jealous reaction and disrupts the human relationship with Him. This message is strong in the Bible and integrated into Jewish religious teachings. In conclusion, the prohibition of idol worship serves as an important warning to maintain loyalty to God and avoid practices that are inconsistent with faith.

Through analysis of religious, theological, and leadership literature, this study reveals that Joshua, an ancient leader in the Bible story, represents a spiritual role model in leadership roles. Joshua's leadership characteristics that reflected spiritual values, such as integrity, firm faith, and commitment to moral goals, had a positive impact in guiding the Israelites and strengthening spiritual perseverance in the face of challenges. This study describes how Joshua's spiritual example inspires and guides community members to follow the spiritual values he exhibits. Furthermore, the implication of the concept of spiritual example in leadership is the potential to strengthen the moral and ethical foundations in leadership roles. This research also shows the importance of the spiritual dimension in forming meaningful and authentic leadership characters in dealing with modern dynamics. The results of this study have significant practical implications for contemporary leaders. enAI as an adaptive learning medium, its effect on improving digital literacy, and Information Systems students' perceptions of its use. This research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The results showed that the average digital literacy score increased from 68.8 to 85.0, representing an improvement of 16.2 points after the implementation of GenAI. The highest improvement was found in the Digital Safety and Ethics dimension with 19 points, followed by Digital Content Creation with 17 points, Information Literacy and Digital Technology Utilization with 16 points each, and Digital Communication and Collaboration with 13 points. The paired sample t-test produced a t-value of 8.45 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating that the implementation of GenAI had a statistically significant effect on improving students' digital literacy. The students also expressed positive perceptions of GenAI because it facilitated their understanding of learning materials, increased learning motivation, and supported more effective completion of academic tasks. This study concludes that GenAI is an effective adaptive learning medium for improving students' digital literacy. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a GenAI implementation model that integrates adaptive learning with the five dimensions of digital literacy among Information Systems students in a comprehensive manner.

ancial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan—OJK) as the institution authorized to regulate and supervise capital market activities. This study aims to analyze the legal framework governing OJK's supervision of market manipulation practices, assess the effectiveness of its implementation, and identify the factors influencing the success of such supervision. This study employed a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research and analyzed qualitatively. The findings indicate that OJK's supervisory authority is supported by a strong legal framework under Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market and Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of supervision continues to face challenges arising from technological developments, the increasing complexity of market manipulation schemes, and limitations in supervisory capacity. This study concludes that strengthening institutional capacity, optimizing the use of technology, and enhancing inter-agency coordination are essential to improving investor protection and maintaining the integrity of the capital market. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the legal framework, supervisory effectiveness, and technology-based market manipulation challenges within a single analytical framework.

These conditions highlight the need to reconstruct the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents so that the family may once again serve as the primary center of faith formation. This study aims to analyze the essence of Christian parents' spiritual responsibility from theological and pedagogical perspectives, explain its implementation in Christian Religious Education within the family, and examine its implications for the development of children's faith, character, and spirituality. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method. The findings reveal that parents' spiritual responsibility is manifested through exemplary living, faith-based communication, spiritual discipline, and sustainable family relationships. The study also proposes a conceptual model consisting of four main components: theological foundation, pedagogical relationship, family spiritual practices, and children's character transformation. It is concluded that reconstructing parents' spiritual responsibility strengthens the family as the primary context of Christian Religious Education while fostering synergy among families, churches, and educational institutions. The novelty of this study lies in integrating theological and pedagogical perspectives into a contextual, dialogical, participatory, and transformative model for reconstructing the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents.
