Therefore, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness have the right to receive protection and guarantees from the government and employers. However, in practice, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness often experience difficulties in submitting claims. The research entitled "Recognition of Mental Illness as a Consequence of Medical Personnel in Work Accident Insurance Claim Procedures in Indonesia" is normative-qualitative research. Medical workers face a lot of stress and workload, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and mental illness is one of the consequences. Mental illness can impair their performance, health, and well-being, and place them at risk to patients and their work environment. With the recognition of mental illness as a consequence of medical personnel in the JKK claim procedure in Indonesia, JKK is a social security program organized by BPJS Employment. This program provides guarantees to workers or laborers to receive health services and cash compensation due to work accidents or work-related illnesses. So it is hoped that it can provide benefits for medical personnel in the form of getting proper protection, increasing the productivity of medical personnel and improving the quality of health services.

Methods: Qualitative research by understanding the phenomenon of what the research subjects experienced, In this study, the authors used a descriptive method, which aims to describe the facts of the Indonesian government's policy and the Thai government's policy in tackling HIV AIDS cases in each country. Results: People diagnosed with HIV should be offered and associated with antiretroviral treatment (ART) as soon as possible after diagnosis and monitored periodically using clinical and laboratory parameters, including tests to measure the virus in the blood (viral load). The target of this activity was the staff of the Pharmacy Installation at RSUD Latemmamala, who experienced a decline in overall trust due to leadership perceived as lacking firmness in directing the team. The methods employed included direct observation through workplace interactions, interviews with the head and staff of the Pharmacy Installation, and direct observation of real working conditions within the hospital environment. The proposed activities consisted of obtaining permission to conduct the program, organizing workshops or socialization sessions on the application of visionary leadership to support improvements in pharmaceutical service quality, documenting all stages of the activity, and preparing a comprehensive report containing observations, analysis, constraints, and recommendations for future activities. Overall, the results indicate that visionary leadership is highly effective in a dynamic work environment such as the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Soppeng. The findings reveal a strong relationship between the implementation of visionary leadership and improvements in staff discipline, responsibility, and professionalism. Thus, the leader’s ability to clearly communicate a shared vision and inspire subordinates is a key factor in building a solid pharmacy team that is adaptive to change and oriented toward improving the quality of patient services at RSUD Soppeng.

Reksodiwiryo Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 341 orang dengan jumlah sampel 77 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik proposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan kecemasan dengan Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HARS) dan untuk tekanan darah menggunakan Sphygmomanometer dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square p-value ≤ 0,05. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan data lebih dari separoh 50 (64.9%) responden mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah, dan 35 (45.5%) responden memiliki tingkat kecemasan sedang pada pasien pre operasi. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan peningkatan tekanan darah (p-value = 0,000). Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan Ada Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan Dengan Peningkatan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Pre Operasi Terjadwal Diruangan Imam Bonjol Rumah Sakit Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang.
Increased blood pressure in patients before surgery is caused by psychological disorders, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety in preoperative patients can increase blood pressure. Elevated blood pressure if left untreated can lead to complications during and after surgery. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between anxiety level and increased blood pressure in scheduled pre-surgery patients in the room of Imam Bonjol Hospital Tk. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. This study is aquantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population in this study is 341 people with a sample of 77 people. The sampling technique is the proposive sampling technique. The instrument used anxiety with the Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HARS) and for blood pressure using a Sphygmomanometer using an observation sheet, then analyzed univariate and bivariate with the Chi-Square p-value test ≤ 0.05. The results of the univariate analysis obtained data from more than half of 50 (64.9%) respondents experienced an increase in blood pressure, and 35 (45.5%) respondents had moderate levels of anxiety in preoperative patients. The results of the Chi-Square test showed a significant association between anxiety levels and increased blood pressure (p-value = 0.000). The results of this study can be concluded that there is a relationship between anxiety level and increased blood pressure in scheduled pre-surgery patients in the Imam Bonjol room, Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital Padang.
