s often questioned due to various technical, procedural, and legal challenges. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to the failure of digital forensic evidence in legal proceedings and to formulate recommendations for improving its validity. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining various academic sources that discuss issues of digital evidence validity, forensic standards, and emerging legal challenges. The results of the study indicate that the failure of digital evidence generally stems from non-compliance in the processes of data collection and preservation with chain of custody standards, insufficient competence of law enforcement officers in digital technical aspects, and conflicts between legal requirements and data privacy regulations, such as the GDPR and CCPA. The case study of online gambling 2020, at the South Jakarta District Court confirms that the absence of forensic verification and chain of custody documentation caused the digital evidence to lose its probative value. Therefore, it is necessary to establish standardized forensic procedures, provide training and certification for law enforcement officials and forensic experts, and develop national guidelines for managing digital evidence aligned with international standards. This research is expected to contribute to strengthening the integrity and validity of digital evidence, thereby enhancing the enforcement of justice in the digital era.

ggalangan dana wakaf digital telah digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan, Kota Medan, untuk menentukan variabel apa yang memengaruhi pilihan masyarakat, dan untuk memetakan kesulitan praktis yang telah dihadapi.
Studi ini menggunakan strategi penelitian deskriptif metode campuran, mengumpulkan data kuantitatif dari 15 responden yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan data kualitatif dari 5 informan kunci melalui wawancara mendalam yang dipilih menggunakan prosedur sampel bertujuan. Mayoritas masyarakat bereaksi positif terhadap perubahan digitalisasi wakaf, menurut studi deskriptif. Sembilan puluh tiga persen dari mereka yang disurvei mengatakan teknologi dapat membuat lebih banyak orang terlibat dengan wakaf, dan delapan puluh tujuh persen berpikir platform digital jauh lebih baik daripada cara lama. Kualitas iklan media sosial, kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan, atau literasi wakaf digital semuanya berperan dalam tingkat keterlibatan aktual yang rendah (53,3% telah melakukan transaksi). Namun, tantangan utama terhadap penetrasi wakaf digital secara komprehensif meliputi kepercayaan publik terhadap privasi dan keamanan data (60%) atau akuntabilitas dan keterbukaan dalam pelaporan dana (53,3%). Untuk mengubah kesan positif menjadi janji kontribusi berkelanjutan, penelitian ini menyarankan agar nazhir memperluas lingkungan digital terintegrasi mereka melalui kemajuan sistem siber, hubungan strategis dengan organisasi keagamaan lokal, dan pendidikan publik yang terorganisir.

The research methods include system design and fabrication, functional testing, operator training, and performance evaluation. The results demonstrate a 35% increase in production capacity and stable temperature control within a ±2°C range during the distillation process. These findings indicate that the developed system effectively enhances production efficiency and product consistency. Furthermore, the proposed technology is affordable, easy to operate, and has strong potential for implementation and replication among similar MSMEs.

bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam peran, mekanisme, peluang, serta tantangan pemanfaatan aplikasi wakaf digital dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap keuangan syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini mengkaji platform aplikasi wakaf digital yang bermitra dengan lembaga keuangan syariah dan nazhir tersertifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam semiterstruktur, observasi nonpartisipan terhadap antarmuka aplikasi, serta studi pustaka terhadap regulasi dan literatur ilmiah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi wakaf digital berfungsi ganda sebagai alat transaksi sekaligus kanal edukasi interaktif. Fitur-fitur seperti modul singkat, simulasi keuangan, dan laporan akuntabilitas real-time berhasil menurunkan hambatan psikologis, meningkatkan kepercayaan publik, serta memperluas basis wakif di kalangan generasi muda yang akrab teknologi. Lebih lanjut, inovasi ini mentransformasi paradigma tradisional wakaf dari aset fisik skala besar menjadi wakaf uang mikro yang fleksibel. Meskipun demikian, tantangan signifikan masih dihadapi, meliputi regulasi yang belum sepenuhnya akomodatif terhadap fintech wakaf, isu keamanan data, kesenjangan infrastruktur digital di pedesaan, serta rendahnya kompetensi teknologi sebagian nazhir. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi wakaf digital memerlukan sinergi kuat antara regulator, Badan Wakaf Indonesia, dan pengembang fintech untuk membangun ekosistem yang aman, patuh syariah, dan user-friendly.

The results of the linearity test of the data on the Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Students' Interest in Learning are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x being linear. The results of the correlation test obtained were 0.453 consulted with r with a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people obtained because (0.453 > 0.361) this indicates that there is a Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Students' Interest in Learning in Class VIII of SMP NEGERI 2 MERANTI Academic Year 2022/2023. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, it was carried out using the statistical test formula (test "t") obtained at 3.41.
