The study adopted a library research method focusing on integrative and comprehensive literature analysis to explore the interrelationship between psychodermatology and skincare. The results revealed that psychodermatology is crucial in detailing and addressing the dynamics of skin health and emotions. Involving the psychological dimension in skincare is a response to skin problems and a preventive measure that can positively impact an individual's skin and mental health. The findings highlight the influence of stress and emotions on skin health as a critical focus, as stress and emotional tension can trigger inflammatory responses that significantly affect skin conditions. Meanwhile, psychological interventions in skincare are emerging as innovative solutions that offer therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage stress, anxiety and self-image issues that may arise from skin conditions. Furthermore, the role of psychosocial factors in skin care confirms the importance of integrating self-image, appearance perception, and emotional support in designing treatment programs that focus on sustainability and overall well-being. Future studies should focus on identifying stressors that affect skin health and developing effective psychodermatology therapies for holistic skin care.

The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

skills. The four skills are listening (istima'), speaking (kalam), reading (qiroah), and writing (kitabah) are very important in the learning process. The research method used was my research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through written and oral Arabic tests conducted on students of class VIII. The test results were categorised into several score ranges, and the students' Arabic language skills were analysed based on the predicates obtained. The results showed that most of the students had deficient Arabic language skills, with 48% of the total students being at the predicate of "Deficient". A total of 21% of students got the predicate "Very Good," 19% of students got the predicate "Good," and 12% of students got the predicate "Fair." The study also noted factors that influence students' Arabic language proficiency, including learning methods, textbooks, materials, educational institutions and time. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta plays an important role in shaping students' Arabic language skills, but there are challenges in improving overall Arabic language skills. This study provides an understanding of the status of students' Arabic language skills at MTs Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta and shows the importance of developing Arabic language learning at the madrasah.

Everyday life is understood as reflections of complex actualizations of plural identities in the sense of the living world. Through explorative approach in qualitative research, this paper digs more understanding of everyday life as stories of experience and taste of the people. Putting focus on narrations of the people, the analysis accentuates more into knowledge of everyday life as a never-ending process. It is a continuous understanding being underlined through meanings of individual experience in everyday life. Furthermore, narrative structures include matters of other individuals as otherness. udy focuses on the application of the Lean Software Development method to design an E-SCM system in the Banana Chips industry, which faces challenges in managing inventory and production processes. The main problems faced include the inability to manage raw material inventory and non-computerized records, resulting in inefficient use of time and costs. By applying Lean principles, such as eliminating unnecessary features, fast delivery, and team collaboration, the E-SCM Website is designed to be responsive to market needs and easy to understand by users. Before the E-SCM system is applied by users, developers test the system by measuring how well the system is understood by users. Before being implemented, the system was tested using the Usability Scale System (SUS) and prototype testing. The results of the questionnaire filled out by 5 respondents showed an average SUS score of 78, which was categorized as "Acceptable" and "Good".

Abstrak: Dalam era bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, teknologi informasi menjadi kunci dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. E-SCM muncul sebagai solusi strategis untuk mengintegrasikan mitra kerja dan mengelola stok barang secara efisien. Penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan metode Lean Software Development untuk merancang sistem E-SCM di industri Banana Chips, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan proses produksi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi mencakup ketidakmampuan dalam mengatur persediaan bahan baku dan pencatatan yang belum terkomputerisasi, mengakibatkan inefisiensi penggunaan waktu dan biaya. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Lean, seperti menghilangkan fitur-fitur yang tidak perlu, pengiriman cepat, dan kolaborasi tim, Website E-SCM dirancang agar responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Sebelum sistem E-SCM diaplikasikan oleh pengguna, pengembang melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem tersebut dengan mengukur seberapa baik sistem dimengeri oleh pengguna. Sebelum diterapkan, sistem diuji menggunakan Sistem Usability Scale (SUS) dan pengujian prototype. Hasil dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 5 responden menunjukkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 78, yang dikategorikan sebagai “Acceptable” dan “Good”.

This study aims to implement the application of E-CRM in terms of increasing the efficiency of customer data management and strengthening relationships with customers. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, which is carried out through interview techniques and observations of the system being run. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of E-CRM allows faster and more accurate product information synchronization, facilitates online transactions, and increases customer interaction through review features and direct communication. Thus, this system contributes to increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the effectiveness of vinta manullang store operations.

Abstrak: Toko Vinta Manullang merupakan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian untuk pria, wanita, dan anak-anak. Di era digital saat ini, penerapan strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) memainkan peran krusial dalam membangun dan meningkatkan kesetiaan pelanggan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, implementasi Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) semakin diperlukan untuk mengelola interaksi pelanggan secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan E-CRM dalam hal meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pelanggan serta memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi terhadap sistem yang sedang dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan E-CRM memungkinkan penyampaian informasi produk lebih cepat dan akurat, mempermudah transaksi online, serta meningkatkan interaksi pelanggan melalui fitur ulasan dan komunikasi langsung. long-term impacts on students at SMAN 15 Batam. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey administered to 52 students across different age groups and grade levels. The findings indicate that a majority of students have experienced significant negative effects from cyberbullying, impacting their mental health, academic performance, and social relationships. Key contributing factors include emotional instability, peer pressure, stress from remote learning, and limited social activities during the pandemic. The study highlights that the most common forms of cyberbullying involve verbal harassment, physical appearance mockery, and identity impersonation. Given the extensive impact on students' well-being, stronger intervention programs involving schools, families, and communities are essential to mitigate the harmful effects of cyberbullying and foster a safer digital environment for adolescent

Abstrak: Cyberbullying telah menjadi isu yang semakin mendesak di kalangan remaja, yang menggeser banyak interaksi sosial ke platform digital. Penelitian ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap cyberbullying dan dampak jangka panjangnya terhadap siswa di SMAN 15 Batam. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang dilakukan terhadap 52 siswa dari berbagai kelompok umur dan tingkat kelas. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa telah mengalami dampak negatif yang signifikan dari cyberbullying, yang berdampak pada kesehatan mental, kinerja akademik, dan hubungan sosial mereka. Faktor-faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap hal ini adalah ketidakstabilan emosi, tekanan teman sebaya, stres akibat pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan terbatasnya aktivitas sosial selama pandemi. Studi ini menyoroti bahwa bentuk-bentuk cyberbullying yang paling umum melibatkan pelecehan verbal, ejekan terhadap penampilan fisik, dan peniruan identitas. Mengingat besarnya dampak terhadap kesejahteraan siswa, program intervensi yang lebih kuat yang melibatkan sekolah, keluarga, dan komunitas sangat penting untuk mengurangi dampak berbahaya dari cyberbullying dan menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih aman bagi remaja.

Irregular eating patterns, lack of fiber and mineral water intake, and consumption of high-calorie instant foods or drinks, without realizing it, make the kidneys work harder. Starting from the process of filtration, reabsorption, to augmentation of food substances below the kidneys through the blood. The aim of this research is to create an expert system for kidney disease using a web-based programming language that is capable of providing services to the public and conveying information related to kidney disease. Pre-research and research was carried out at the Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran Regional General Hospital starting from November to December 2023. In this research data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and literature study methods. The results of this research show that having an expert system for diagnosing kidney disease in humans can provide significant benefits, including the data processing and consultation process being carried out quickly and producing fairly accurate reports, thus making work more effective and efficient.

Abstrak: Pemilihan masalah menyangkut jenis penyakit Ginjal sebagai sampel penelitian ini, adalah kenyataan bahwa penyakitpenyakit Ginjal merupakan organ penting dalam sistem metabolisme tubuh kita, karena padatnya aktivitas, kita sering lupa untuk menjaganya. Pola makan yang tidak teratur, kurangnya asupan serat dan air mineral, serta konsumsi makanan atau minuman instan berkalori tinggi, tanpa sadar telah memperberat kerja ginjal. Mulai dari proses filtrasi, reabsorpasi, sampai augmentasi dari zat-zat makanan yang di bawah ke ginjal melalui darah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah Membuat suatu sistem pakar untuk penyakit Ginjal menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web yang mampu memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan penyampaian informasi yang berkaitan dengan penyakit Ginjal. Pra penelitian dan penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran yang dimulai pada bulan Bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2023. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ginjal pada manusia, dapat memberikan manfaat yang cukup berarti antara lain proses pengolahan datanya dan proses konsultasi dilakukan dengan cepat serta menghasilkan laporan yang cukup akurat, sehingga membuat pekerjaan akan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Budi Bookstore faces various challenges in promoting products, manual data management, and a lack of interactive platforms for customers. Therefore, this research aims to implement a web-based CRM strategy at Budi Bookstore. The method used in this research is the CRM method, which is a method for increasing customer loyalty towards company products by using integrated software applications based on e-commerce business strategies. This research is also supported by qualitative methods which aim to provide a broad and in-depth understanding of a problem that is being or will be studied. The research results show that the implementation of web-based CRM at Budi Bookstore has succeeded in making it easier to access product information, designing an online sales system, and improving relationships with customers. Thus, this project has the potential to increase sales, attract customers, and provide customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi memiliki dampak signifikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam dunia bisnis. Penggunaan internet dan teknologi informasi mendukung konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam memaksimalkan pelayanan pelanggan melalui situs web. Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, dan strategi CRM merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan ini. Toko Buku Budi menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mempromosikan produk, pengelolaan data manual, dan kurangnya wadah interaktif untuk pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi CRM berbasis web di Toko Buku Budi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode CRM yang merupakan metode untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk perusahaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak terintegrasi berdasarkan strategi bisnis e-commerce. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman secara luas dan mendalam terhadap suatu permasalahan yang sedang atau yang akan dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi CRM berbasis web di Toko Buku Budi berhasil mempermudah akses informasi produk, merancang sistem penjualan online, dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, proyek ini berpotensi meningkatkan penjualan, menarik pelanggan, dan memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan.
