Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi pemanfaatan lahan kosong (pekarangan rumah) menjadi lahan produktif di Kelurahan Umban Sari, Kecamatan Rumbai, Kota Pekanbaru berdasarkan perspektif Community Empowerment. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Informan A(54 tahun), warga yang aktif memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan rumah menjadi lahan produktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan telah memberikan manfaat berupa peningkatan ketahanan pangan keluarga, pengurangan pengeluaran rumah tangga, peningkatan kualitas lingkungan, dan penguatan hubungan sosial masyarakat. Namun demikian, masih terdapat berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan budidaya, minimnya akses terhadap sarana produksi, serta kurangnya pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan analisis lima dimensi Community Empowerment yang meliputi enabling, empowering, protecting, supporting, dan maintaining, optimalisasi pemanfaatan lahan kosong telah berjalan cukup baik meskipun masih memerlukan dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat agar dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan.

Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

This study aims to analyze the primary factors influencing consumer protection in live commerce settings by examining five core variables: product transparency, platform accountability, perceived risk, consumer trust, and digital literacy. Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, this research conducted a comprehensive literature review of 77 international journal articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings indicate that product transparency and platform accountability are fundamental to enhancing consumer trust and reducing perceived risks, whereas digital literacy acts as a moderating factor that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates behavioral and regulatory dimensions, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving consumer protection in fast paced, interactive digital marketplaces.

to analyze how Islamic law and positive law interact in regulating marriage and to what extent their convergence occurs in the practice of religious courts and within the Muslim community in Indonesia. The research employs a normative approach by analyzing sources of Islamic law, statutory regulations, and religious court rulings related to marriage. The findings indicate that although Indonesia’s marriage law is based on Sharia principles, several adjustments have been made to align with positive law to ensure justice and protection for all parties, particularly in aspects such as marriage registration, minimum marriage age, and women's rights. The convergence between Islamic law and positive law reflects efforts to harmonize religious values with national legal interests. However, challenges remain in its implementation, particularly concerning child marriage, polygamy, and divorce, which often spark debates in society. Therefore, further studies are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of Indonesia’s marriage regulations and how Islamic law can continue to adapt within the framework of a modern legal state.
