The results of the analysis show that the Fingermathic method can increase students' learning initiative and self-confidence, although more attention is still needed on the aspects of setting targets, overcoming difficulties, and evaluating learning outcomes. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for further development in designing learning strategies that support the formation of students' independent learning character at the elementary school level.

Meanwhile, the teacher can write scientific papers based on the implementation of the teacher's creativity and criticality in the daily activities that are observed and experienced in creating a better quality of education to achieve maximum learning results. This program aims to conduct training in the preparation of scientific papers in this matter scientific postings for teachers of SMA Kartikatama Metro. This program is carried out using a classical approach which is tried by giving lectures and delivering modules and individual approaches are tried when accompanying participants in writing scientific papers. Achievement of the target number of participants as well as the objectives of this training can be assessed as good. Within 2 weeks as many as 3 teachers have tried to write scientific posts. All the modules that have been planned can be informed to the participants, even though there are many time constraints there are some modules that are informed in an outline. The expertise of the participants can be seen from the ability to compose scientific papers that can be considered good.

Sementara itu guru bisa menulis karya ilmiah bersumber pada implementasi kreatifitas serta kekritisan guru terhadap kegiatan tiap hari yang diamati serta dialaminya dalam menciptakan mutu pendidikan yang lebih baik sehingga menggapai hasil belajar yang maksimal. Tujuan program ini merupakan melakukan pelatihan penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah dalam perihal ini postingan ilmiah untuk guru SMA Kartikatama Metro. Program ini dilaksanakan memakai pendekatan klasikal yang dicoba dengan membagikan ceramah serta penyampaian modul serta pendekatan individual dicoba pada saat mendampingi peserta dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Ketercapaian sasaran jumlah partisipan serta tujuan pelatihan ini bisa dinilai baik. Dalam kurun waktu 2 pekan sebanyak 3 orang guru sudah berupaya menulis postingan ilmiah. Seluruh modul yang sudah direncanakan bisa di informasikan kepada paserta, walaupun terdapat banyak keterbatasan waktu terdapat sebagian modul yang di informasikan secara garis besar. Keahlian paserta dilihat dari kemampuan menyusun karya ilmiah yang dapat dinilai baik.

f students’ ability to apply vocabularies (mufradat) in form of sentences (jumlah) based on the direct survey to students at the first preliminary research. Therefore, this training was focused to improve the speaking skill (maharah) of the students through Snowball Throwing model by utilizing the origami papers. The method of conducting the training was mix methods (intiqodiiyya) namely combination of speech delivery method or lecturing (ilqoiyyah) and direct method (mubasyarah). The program was carried out within one day and was followed by 27 female students. Some steps were done at implementing this program comprising opening, core agenda, evaluaton, giving reward and closing. The results showed that students’ ability increase very well where they could express simple sentence (jumlah) with related given materials and were actively practicing Arabic orally in front of the classroom by turn.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara (Maharah Kalam) siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hifzil Qur’an Islamic Centre Medan. Alasan dipilihnya Madrasah ini adalah karena kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan kosa kata (Mufrodat) dalam bentuk kalimat (Jumlah), hal tersebut diperoleh dari hasil survey berbicara langsung dengan siswa pada kunjungan awal, oleh sebab itu pelatihan ini difokuskan untuk peningkatan kemampuan maharah kalam siswa melalui melalui Model Snowball Throwing dengan pemamnfaatan media kertas origami. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode Campuran (Intiqoiyyah) yaitu gabungan antara metode Ceramah (Ilqoiyyah) dan metode Langsung (Mubasyarah). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan satu hari dan diikuti oleh 27 siswi. Beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu, pembukaan, kegiatan inti, evaluasi, pemberian reward dan penutup . Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan mereka dalam mengungkapkan kalimat (Jumlah) sederhana terkait materi yang disampaikan serta keaktifan mereka dalam praktek berbicara bahasa arab di depan kelas secara bergantian.

Obesity is associated with lipoprotein, decreased High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), and increased triglycerides and LDL, especially in central obesity. People who have a high percentage of body fat tend to have higher total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides compared to people who have normal weight. Nutrition counseling activities are carried out at the Johar Baru District Health Center which will be held on November 7, 2022. Respondents will be given a pre-test form containing 10 true and false statements for 10-15 minutes and then counseling will be carried out through poster media. After that, the respondent was given a post-test form. After 3 days of giving the material, monitoring, and evaluation were carried out on 5 respondents. This Monitoring and Evaluation will be carried out via telephone or the Whatsapp app. Based on the results of bivariate analysis, the results of knowledge obtained were p-value = 0.055 (p-value <0.05) so that it could be concluded that there was no difference in knowledge before and after nutritional education counseling using poster media in PTM patients at the Johar Baru District Health Center, Central Jakarta.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar Nasional pada tahun 2018 menurut proporsi kadar kolesterol total pada penduduk umur ≥45 tahun, 5 menyebutkan bahwa sebanyak ≥10,5% masyarakat memiliki kadar kolesterol tinggi. Adapun faktor penyebab hiperkolesterolemia adalah status gizi terutama obesitas. Terdapat keterkaitan antara obesitas dengan lipoprotein, peningkatan trigliserida dan LDL, penurunan High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), terutama pada obesitas sentral. Individu dengan persen lemak tubuh yang tinggi cenderung memiliki total kolesterol, LDL dan trigliserida yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan individu dengan berat badan normal. Kegiatan penyuluhan gizi dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan johar Baru yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 November 2022. Responden akan diberikan form pre test yang berisikan 10 pernyataan benar dan salah selama 10-15 menit dan selanjutnya akan dilakukan penyuluhan melalui media poster. Setelah itu responden diberikan form post test. Setelah 3 hari pemberian materi dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kepada 5 responden. Monitoring dan Evaluasi ini akan dilakukan melalui telepon ataupun app Whatsapp. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat, didapatkan hasil pengetahuan nilai p value = 0.055 (p-value < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan edukasi gizi menggunakan media poster pada pasien PTM di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat.

nt. The Non-Tax State Income (PNBP) has two different main functions, namely as budgetary and also as regulatory. Since the onset of Covid-19, the whole world has been in an uproar and all aspects have been affected. Likewise, the DJKN Bali Nusra Regional Office also felt the impact where the target of PNBP for State-Owned Goods (BMN) was not achieved in 2020 and causing the target given to decrease every year and many state assets to be unused. This service activity is carried out using a descriptive qualitative method in which this research focuses on the government's efforts to increase non-tax state revenues through the use of rental goods (BMN). The conclusion of this service activity is that the DJKN Bali Nusra Regional Office makes various efforts in order to increase PNBP on state property rentals by providing education through socialization or workshops to work units (stake) to better understand asset management, strengthening the role of the KPKNL, strengthen database and BMN, giving rewards to the stake if it reaches the target, and there needs to be good support and cooperation between the stakes with each other.

Abstrak: Penerimaan negara tidak hanya berasal dari pajak melainkan ada juga dari Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP). Yang dimana semua penerimaan tersebut akan digunkan oleh pemerintah dalam rangka penyelenggaraan pemerintah dan pelaksanaan pembangunan yang merata. Adapun Penghasilan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) memiliki dua fungsi utama yang berbeda yaitu sebagai budgetary dan juga sebagai regulatory. Semenjak adanya Covid-19 membuat seluruh dunia gempar dan semua aspek terkena dampaknya. Begitupun, Kanwil DJKN Bali Nusra yang turut merasakan dampaknya dimana tidak tercapainya target PNBP Barang Milik Negara (BMN) pada tahun 2020 dan menyebabkan target yang diberikan menurun setiap tahunya dan banyak aset negara yang tidak terpakai. Aktivitas pengabdian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang dimana penelitian ini memfokuskan pada upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan penerimaan negara bukan pajak melalui pemanfaatan sewa barang (BMN). Kesimpulan dari aktivitas pengabdian ini adalah Kanwil DJKN Bali Nusra melakukan berbagai upaya agar dapat meningkatkan PNBP pada sewa barang Milik negara dengan cara memberikan edukasi melalui sosialisasi atau workshop kepada satuan kerja (satker) agar lebih memahami tentang pengelolaan aset, memperkuat peran KPKNL, memperkuat database dan BMN, memberikan reward kepada satker jika mencapai target, dan perlu adanya dukungan dan kerjasama yang baik antara satker satu dengan lainya.

Aktifitas pengabdian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normative. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah larangan Pembuatan perjanjian nominee telah diatur dalam Pasal 33 ayat (1) Undang-undang Penanaman Modal, Sehingga, perjanjian nominee tersebut tidak memiliki kekuatan hukum yang mengikat dan dinyatakan batal demi hukum atau dianggap perjanjian tersebut tidak pernah terjadi. Tetapi pada kenyataanya masih banyak ditemui praktik pinjam nama saham oleh orang asing dalam penanaman modal di wilayah Negara Indonesia, hal ini dapat mengakibatkan kerugian dibidang pendapatan Negara. Negara seharusnya mendapatkan pendapatan yang lebih tinggi dari penanaman modal asing, akan tetapi berkurang dikarenakan kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh penanam modal asing.
