The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based supply and demand system for marine aquaculture products, which is expected to encourage the supply and demand process for marine aquaculture products. The method used to analyze needs / needs in this study is structured analysis to obtain design results based on user needs.

Abstrak: Informasi tentang ketersediaan bibit budidaya ikan laut sangat penting bagi pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut, karena ketersediaan mempengaruhi harga dan keberlangsungan operasi yang sedang berlangsung yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan laut. Selain itu, pemasok dituntut untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan penawaran dan menjaganya tetap seimbang dengan permintaan pasar agar harga pasar tetap stabil. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar adalah proses order atau request yang dilakukan oleh pembudidaya ikan laut masih melakukan order langsung ditempatkan di lokasi tersebut. Selain itu, pasokan ikan mungkin tidak mencukupi. Tentunya hal ini akan menyita banyak waktu saat proses pemesanan atau request antara pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut dan supplier. Masalah lain dengan pemasok adalah ketika mereka siap memanen industri ikan, mereka juga harus bisa menyediakannya kepada semua pihak yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut berbasis web, yang diharapkan dapat mendorong proses supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan / kebutuhan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis terstruktur untuk mendapatkan hasil perancangan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstrak:Mesin fotokopi merupakan mesin yang digunakan untuk menggandakan dokumen dalam bentuk kertas yang akan digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan, tingginya kebutuhan akan mesin fotokopi ini membuat pengoperasionalan mesin sangat tinggi dalam waktu yang lama. Keadaan ini membuat kondisi mesin menjadi turun dan mudah mengalami kerusakan. Mesin fotokopi merupakan salah satu mesin yang kompleks yang saling berhubungan satu sama lain, sehingga perlu penanganan ahli dalam memperbaikinya. Keterbatasan jumlah teknisi membuat mesin yang rusak lama untuk diperbaiki, sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat menggantikan posisi pakar dalam memperbaiki mesin fotokopi. Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang berbasis komputer yang mengadopsi cara kerja pakar dalam menganalisa suatu masalah dengan metode yang telah disesuaikan dengan masalah yang ada, berdasarkan masalah yang telah dijabarkan diatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menciptakan sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining untuk menganalisa kerusakan mesin dan memberikan solusi untuk memperbaiki mesin fotokopi tersebut.

However, in the process of managing the process of input, output and reporting of goods that are done manually (still using paper) are not monitored properly, often there are outgoing or incoming goods whose data is not recorded. This, in the long run, will cause large losses. The purpose of this study is to build applications that function to help provide information that makes it easy to control the process of entry and exit of goods. The system development methodology used is object-oriented system development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results obtained from this research are the design and construction of Inventory Information System POS (Point of Sales) in the form of Context Diagrams and UML Diagrams (Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams), with the results of black box testing conducted already in operation properly according to the needs of the retail owner.

Abstrak: Data Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Badan Pusat Statistik (Susenas, BPS) 2016 menunjukkan, jumlah rata-rata pengeluaran pulsa secara nasional per bulan pada 2016 mencapai Rp 22.182 per kapita [1]. Tentu saja hal ini menjadi peluang usaha untuk para pengusaha retail counter. Namun, dalam proses pengelolaannya proses input, output dan pelaporan barang yang dilakukan secara manual (masih menggunakan kertas) tidak termonitoring dengan baik, seringkali terjadi adanya barang keluar ataupun barang masuk yang tidak tercatat datanya. Hal ini dalam jangka panjang akan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi yang berfungsi dalam membantu memberikan informasi yang memudahkan dalam pengontrolan proses keluar masuknya barang. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem berorientasi objek menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Inventory P.O.S (Point of Sales) berupa Diagram Konteks dan UML Diagram (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram), dengan hasil pengujian black box yang dilakukan telah beroperasi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan owner retail.

For that we need a method to determine the priority of KPI where the company prioritized that can provide a balanced point of view of the overall system performance one of them is by implementing Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Based on the AHP method of 16 KPIs consisting of 6 KPIs for Corporate Level, 6 KPIs for Strategic Level and 4 KPIs for Functional Level. From the results of the assessment of respondents involved KPI is the most prioritized PLTA LubukGadang Power Plant, South Solok Regency is known that the most priority factor companies at corporate level that is the number of kWh produced with a weight of 0.420. For strategic level that is capacity factor with weight 0,478 while for functional level that is rework maintenance with weight equal to 0,540.

Abstrak :Saat ini PLTA merupakan pembangkit listrik yang memiliki potensi yang tinggi untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia karena memiliki sumber air yang memadai.Evaluasi kinerja pemeliharaan pembangkit menjadi salah satu faktor yang penting karena merupakan salah satu strategi perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya.Untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode untuk menentukan prioritas KPI mana yang diprioritaskan perusahaan yang dapat memberikan sudut pandang yang seimbang terhadap keseluruhan system kinerja salah satu diantaranya adalah dengan mengimplementasikan Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan metode AHP dari 16 KPI yang terdiri dari 6 KPI untuk Corporate Level, 6 KPI untuk Strategic Level dan 4 KPI untuk Functional Level. Dari hasil penilaian responden yang terlibat didapatkan KPI yang paling diprioritaskan PLTA Unit Pembangkit Listrik Lubuk Gadang, Kabupaten Solok Selatan diketahui bahwa faktor yang paling diprioritaskan perusahaan pada corporate level yaitu banyaknya kWh yang diproduksi dengan bobot 0,420. Untuk strategic level yaitu capacity factor dengan bobot 0,478 sedangkan untuk functional level yaitu maintenance rework dengan bobot sebesar 0,540.

This study investigates the legality and ethical implications of exoneration clauses within standard-form freight forwarding contracts used by companies such as JNE, TIKI, and SiCepat. Employing a doctrinal legal research methodology, the study integrates statutory, conceptual, and case-based approaches to analyze primary legislation, judicial decisions, and relevant legal doctrines. It critically evaluates the use of these clauses in light of consumer rights, contract theory, and the economic impact on service quality. Findings reveal that exoneration clauses not only contravene the UUPK but also create systemic contractual imbalances due to the lack of negotiation opportunities and transparency. The study proposes a normative legal framework for reform, including clause classification, interactive consent mechanisms, and regulatory enforcement to ensure contractual fairness. This research contributes to both legal scholarship and policy development by highlighting the urgent need for doctrinal clarity and regulatory oversight in Indonesia's logistics sector.

Employing a normative juridical method, the research examines the court’s application of doctrines such as strict liability and identification theory within the framework of Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management. The findings show that the court adopted a formalistic, text-based legal reasoning model, treating permit violations as inherently punishable acts regardless of actual environmental harm. While the decision reinforces regulatory compliance and affirms corporate culpability, it lacks engagement with broader organizational responsibility and foundational environmental law principles like the precautionary principle and sustainability. This study argues for a more integrated doctrinal approach one that balances rule-based logic with value-oriented reasoning to enhance legal consistency, advance environmental justice, and align Indonesia’s corporate accountability framework with international standards.

This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

What will be calculated here is from the line to the transformer furthest from the GI, namely from the three-phase 20 kV main line, single-phase branching. The results of power calculations from GI Kebasen Tegal show differences between R, S and T phases with three 20 kV phases in pre-balance and post-balance conditions. As written, the value for R wire is 82661.52 W, for S 52613 W, while for the T phase the value is 60127.06 W. Meanwhile, the calculation of power losses from GI Kebasen Tegal shows differences between the R, S and T phases with 1 phase voltage in the conditions before balance and after balanced. On the 3-phase line for the R wire, the power loss decreases from 34,198 W to 17,0425 W, for S it increases from 11,540 W to 19,077 W, while for the T phase the value remains 15,274 W.
