The results of the research are expected to assist in mitigation and adaptation to future flood disasters, as well as provide more accurate and comprehensive insights for local governments, disaster management agencies, and communities. With this approach, it is expected to reduce flood risk and increase community resilience to natural disasters.

s of Islamic education that is used as a reference is the hadith. In this article, researchers present the important role of hadith in the context of Islamic education. The research uses the literature study research method, which involves a series of activities that focus on collecting data from literature studies. The research uses books about hadith as the main data source, this process includes reading, recording and managing the necessary data. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. Even though the Qur'an is considered a global revelation that requires interpretation, hadith have an important role in providing explanations of the concepts contained in the Qur'an, including in the educational context. Hadith also serve as examples and guidelines for individuals in living their lives according to Islamic teachings.

The findings reveal that asset structure and sales growth significantly affect capital structure, with profitability playing a critical role in moderating these relationships. Firms with substantial tangible assets are better positioned to leverage debt financing, while those demonstrating strong sales growth are viewed favorably by investors and creditors. However, the extent to which sales growth influences capital structure is contingent upon profitability; high profitability enables firms to capitalize on growth opportunities, whereas low profitability may inhibit their capacity to leverage growth potential. Empirical research supports these conclusions, indicating that asset structure, sales growth, and profitability significantly shape capital structure decisions across various industries. Ultimately, this study provides valuable insights for financial managers, highlighting the importance of balancing growth aspirations with profitability to achieve effective capital structure management. This, in turn, can lead to sustained competitive advantage, a state where a firm outperforms its competitors over a prolonged period in a dynamic economic environment.

Results show PBJT significantly increases PAD (R²: 71.7%–76.0%; p < 0.001), with bureaucratic structure and resources as the most influential factors. However, challenges remain, including unclear communication, limited resources, and low taxpayer compliance. Strengthening institutional capacity, improving coordination, and enhancing taxpayer compliance are recommended to optimize PAD.

Employing a qualitative library research design, this study critically analyzes scholarly books and peer-reviewed journal articles related to Islamic education management, social entrepreneurship, and non-profit organizational governance. The findings reveal that financial independence is not solely determined by the availability of financial capital, but rather by the institution’s capacity to optimize non-financial assets, including social capital, intellectual capital, and symbolic capital. The zero capital approach emerges as a transitional strategy that encourages the effective utilization of internal resources, competency-based productive innovation, and operational efficiency through digitalization. The novelty of this article lies in repositioning financial independence as a structural, asset-based process aligned with Islamic values, rather than as an instant outcome driven by monetary capital. The surrounding environment of these traditional houses remains poorly organized, with vacant land left unmanaged and declining awareness of cultural preservation, resulting in suboptimal utilization of the area’s aesthetic value, cultural function, and tourism potential. This community service program aims to arrange a cultural garden around the traditional houses while empowering the local community to manage the cultural landscape in a sustainable manner, with a focus on preserving cultural identity, improving environmental quality, and strengthening the local economy through the development of cultural tourism and agrotourism. The implementation method adopts a community-based participatory approach, carried out through several stages: site observation and mapping, focus group discussions, planning and designing the cultural garden, training and knowledge transfer, collective implementation of garden arrangement, as well as evaluation and documentation. The garden design integrates the orientation of the Siwaluh Jabu house, the cosmological meaning of space, ecological landscape principles, and the selection of local vegetation with symbolic, aesthetic, and economic value, organized into aesthetic, educational, and productive zones. The results of the program indicate the establishment of a well-arranged cultural garden rich in Karo cultural symbols, increased community capacity and participation, and the creation of a sustainable cultural landscape management model that functions as a “living laboratory” combining aesthetic, educational, economic, and spiritual roles. This model positions the community as the main actor and holds potential to be replicated in other cultural villages with similar characteristics.
