Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kependudukan (SIMK) berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi kependudukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pengembangan aplikasi SIMK berbasis web, serta pelatihan bagi aparat kampung dalam mengoperasikan sistem tersebut. Keberhasilan program ini diukur berdasarkan perubahan cara kerja dari pencatatan manual menjadi digital, peningkatan keterampilan aparat kampung, serta kemudahan akses dan pengelolaan data kependudukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan SIMK berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan aparat kampung dalam mengelola data secara digital. Para peserta mampu menginput, memperbarui, dan mengakses data kependudukan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur internet dan masih perlunya pendampingan dalam penggunaan perangkat keras dan lunak. Oleh karena itu, dukungan berkelanjutan dalam bentuk peningkatan infrastruktur dan pelatihan lanjutan sangat diperlukan agar implementasi SIMK dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Dinas Pendapatan Daerah menerapkan sistem absensi digital dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-NTAGO. Penerapan sistem absensi berbasis digital dalam hal ini aplikasi E-NTAGO di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Bagian Sekretariatan Kabupaten Merauke terbukti meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai, khususnya dalam hal ketepatan waktu hadir dan pulang. Namun yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan aplikasi SRIKANDI adalah Infrastruktur dan sumber daya manusia, yakni iinternet tidak stabil (sering mengalami gangguan) dan sebagian pegawai yang belum terbiasa dengan teknologi digital. This article originates from the issue of the limited use of comprehensive evaluation as a basis for educational decision-making, which causes evaluation to be frequently perceived merely as the measurement of learning outcomes. The research problem focuses on how the concepts, functions, and models of educational program evaluation can be comprehensively and applicatively understood based on experts’ perspectives. This study elaborates the ideas of Ralph Tyler, Cronbach, and Stufflebeam, who emphasize evaluation as a provider of meaningful information, a means of identifying program strengths and weaknesses, and a foundation for continuous improvement. The research method employs a literature study by reviewing books, scientific articles, and relevant journals discussing educational evaluation. The findings indicate that evaluation serves a formative function for continuous quality improvement and a summative function as a form of public accountability, encompassing aspects of policy, curriculum, learning processes, learning outcomes, and educational resource management. Various evaluation models, such as CIPP, Provus, Stake, Kirkpatrick, and the Logical Model, are identified as systematic frameworks that are complementary and contextual for application according to program needs. The conclusion confirms that educational program evaluation plays a strategic role in improving learning quality through planned measurement processes, the provision of accurate feedback, and data-based program adjustments. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive synthesis of evaluation concepts, functions, and models, presented integratively as a conceptual–practical guide for policymakers and educational practitioners, positioning evaluation not merely as an administrative activity but as an instrument for sustainable educational quality development.

The problem addressed in this study is the effectiveness of the multisensory learning approach in improving the reading skills of children with dyslexia in inclusive elementary education settings. This research was conducted through a systematic literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach, drawing upon scholarly sources published in nationally and internationally accredited journals over the past decade. Thematic analysis was employed to identify consistent empirical findings related to multisensory interventions. The results show that the multisensory approach (which simultaneously engages visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile modalities) has been proven to enhance phonological decoding, word recognition accuracy, reading fluency, and learning affectivity in children with dyslexia. Its effectiveness is highly influenced by the duration and intensity of the intervention, educators' competence in designing multisensory activities, and the suitability of materials to individual sensory profiles. The conclusion of this review asserts that the multisensory approach is not merely a remedial strategy, but a neuroeducation-based pedagogical framework that is inclusive and transformative. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative emphasis on the multisensory approach and principles of educational neuropsychology as the foundation for developing learning models that are responsive to the needs of neurodivergent learners in the context of inclusive elementary education in Indonesia.

mission, where employee performance is greatly influenced by environmental factors and work discipline. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 46 organic employees, sampled through the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through observation and questionnaires, then analyzed using data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and multiple linear regression. The results show that both the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The work environment has a positive influence on performance by 35%, while work discipline contributes 44.2%. Simultaneously, these two variables affect employee performance by 45.7%, while the remaining 54.3% is influenced by other factors not examined. In conclusion, improving a conducive work environment and good work discipline can enhance employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Bekasi.

The qualitative method is the method that will be used in this research, based on descriptive studies. This type of research in a case study. The research location is centered on Marhalah Tsanawiyah TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan. The technique for determining informants uses the purposive method. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results show that the condition of learning boredom is characterized by 3 aspects, namely sleepiness, dizziness and chatting alone. The cause of learning boredom is due to busy activities and too much material. The time when learning boredom occurs during assignments and explanations of material. With learning boredom occurring, teachers use 4 strategies, namely the motivation method, educational punishment method, ice breaking method and integrative method.
