The analysis demonstrates that the ethics of light is not merely a moral exhortation but a participatory ethic that positions human beings as reflectors of God’s love rather than autonomous producers of moral virtue. Authentic good works direct glory to the Father, eliminating the pursuit of social recognition and rejecting religious self-presentation. The concept of hidden righteousness emerges as a theological critique of visual culture that prioritizes visible spiritual performance, affirming instead that genuine piety grows through inner integrity and spiritual perseverance. Its relevance to the digital age is expressed through a form of faith witness that promotes justice, solidarity, and consistent spiritual character within public spaces shaped by identity curation. Collective memory, as examined by Halbwachs, Assmann, and Volf, is not construed as a mere aggregation of historical facts but as a cultural construction that shapes theological identity through performative, ritualistic, and narrative social processes. The theology of woundedness, informed by the works of Rambo, Moltmann, Jones, and Brock, resists binary categorizations between suffering and salvation, positioning wounds instead as loci theologici—revelatory spaces wherein the Holy Spirit dwells amidst unhealed wounds as a manifestation of divine solidarity and the possibility of redemption. Employing a qualitative-descriptive methodological framework and contextual hermeneutics, this research investigates local narratives, healing rituals, customary symbols, and inculturated liturgies among Christian communities in Ambon, Poso, and East Nusa Tenggara. The findings suggest that local wisdom functions not merely as a cultural instrument but also as a sacramental medium through which the Spirit operates incarnationally. The integration of these three dimensions demonstrates that post-traumatic restoration cannot be reduced to psychological or therapeutic pastoral practices alone; rather, it demands a theologically transformative, contextually rooted, and dialogical articulation of the wounded social body. Within this construct, the Church is envisioned as an anamnetic community that employs collective memory as a praxis of salvation, regards local culture as a spiritual body, and embraces woundedness as a participatory locus within the salvific narrative. Accordingly, this study contributes a novel paradigm for contextual theology and pastoral praxis in multicultural societies marked by the legacy of historical suffering and the urgent need for reconciliation grounded in justice and memory.

The ability to build strong relationships with the congregation significantly influences their spiritual development. Additionally, empathy and compassion are qualities that pastors must possess to support their interpersonal skills. Diagnostic skills are also crucial for a pastoral counselor. With these skills, the counselor can identify the problems faced by the congregation and provide assistance or refer them for further treatment. Interpersonal skills help build open relationships, while diagnostic abilities are essential in identifying the root causes of the congregation's issues. In the diagnostic process, assessment and interpretation skills are vital to understanding the congregation's problems comprehensively—emotionally, mentally, socially, culturally, and spiritually—so that the solutions provided can be effective and accurate. This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The study population consisted of 87 employees, all of whom were selected as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The findings reveal that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.002 and a regression coefficient of 0.388. Work discipline also demonstrates a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.002 and a regression coefficient of 0.310. The work environment emerges as the most dominant variable, with a significance value of 0.000, a regression coefficient of 1.238, and a beta coefficient of 0.417. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment significantly influence employee performance, as indicated by an F-statistic of 40.438 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.594 indicates that 59.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence that the work environment constitutes the most dominant factor affecting employee performance within the Department of Education and Culture of Jayapura City, an institution characterized by distinctive organizational features and service-area conditions.

chatbots, virtual counselors, and digital mental health platforms presents various opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications that require comprehensive examination. This study aims to analyze the opportunities offered by AI, the challenges associated with its implementation, and the ethical implications of its use in online counseling services. The study employed a literature review method with a qualitative approach, examining 15 scientific articles published between 2016 and 2026. Data were analyzed using content analysis through the synthesis of findings from previous studies. The results indicate that AI has the potential to expand access to counseling services, improve service efficiency, support preliminary assessments, and facilitate the delivery of more personalized and data-driven interventions. However, the use of AI continues to face several challenges, including limitations in understanding human emotions and social contexts, the risk of inaccurate responses, algorithmic bias, and the potential for user dependency on technology. The most prominent ethical concerns involve privacy protection, data security, algorithmic transparency, system accountability, and professional responsibility. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a supportive tool or co-counselor for professional counselors rather than a replacement for human practitioners. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of the opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications of AI into a comprehensive analytical framework.

In acute exacerbation conditions, impaired oxygenation becomes a major problem that may be influenced by various factors, including hemoglobin levels as the primary component of oxygen transport in the blood. However, the relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD remains inconsistent, particularly in populations exposed to high environmental risk factors. This study aimed to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD hospitalized at RSUD dr. Suhatman MARS Dumai, Kota Dumai. This research employed an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach involving 73 patients selected through total sampling based on medical record data. Bivariate analysis using the Spearman correlation test showed no significant relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation (r = 0.098; p = 0.412), indicating a very weak and statistically insignificant correlation. The study concluded that hemoglobin levels do not directly influence the oxygenation status of patients with acute exacerbation COPD, where impaired oxygenation is more strongly affected by respiratory factors such as ventilation-perfusion imbalance and structural lung damage. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence demonstrating the limited role of hemoglobin as a predictor of oxygenation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD within a population with specific environmental characteristics, thereby providing a basis for developing more comprehensive clinical approaches in monitoring and managing COPD patients.

This study aims to analyze the effect of baby massage on sleep quality among infants aged 3-6 months at Babycare Bondowoso and to identify differences in sleep quality before and after the intervention. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design involving 40 infants selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that prior to the intervention, 87.5% of infants experienced poor sleep quality, whereas after the intervention, all infants (100%) demonstrated improvement to good sleep quality. Statistical analysis indicated a p-value of 0.00, which is lower than 0.05, confirming a significant effect of baby massage on infant sleep quality. These findings demonstrate that baby massage effectively improves sleep duration, comfort, and stability through physiological relaxation mechanisms. The novelty of this study lies in providing empirical evidence of the effectiveness of baby massage as a non-pharmacological intervention that is simple, safe, and can be independently applied by parents while offering holistic benefits for infants. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for developing health education and improving infant care practices.

This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of competition level, working hours duration, and fare policies on the income of GoRide partners in Denpasar City. A quantitative approach was used in this research, with the population consisting of all active GoRide driver-partners in the area. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% significance level, resulting in 67 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to examine the effect of each independent variable on income as the dependent variable. The results show that the competition variable has a significant negative effect on partner income, indicating that the higher the level of competition, the lower the income earned. Conversely, working hours have a positive and significant effect, indicating that increased working duration directly contributes to higher income. Meanwhile, fare policy shows a positive but insignificant effect, meaning that although there is a statistically positive relationship, the effect is not strong enough to significantly impact income. These findings highlight the importance of efficient management of working hours and strategic adaptation to competition levels as efforts to maintain the economic sustainability of driver-partners. In addition, platform providers are advised to periodically review fare policies to ensure they remain aligned with market dynamics and partner needs, in order to maintain a sustainable income balance.

lyze the potential application of predictive Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Wearable Health Technology in preventing child stunting, with an emphasis on the integration of technology into the health system, socio-cultural interrelations, and ethical dimensions that need to be anticipated. The research employed a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, analysis of national health policies, and examination of reports on the implementation of digital health technologies related to child health. The results indicate that wearable devices are effective in recording health indicators in real-time, while predictive AI algorithms enable early detection of stunting risks, allowing interventions to be carried out quickly, accurately, and in a personalized manner. However, the success of implementation is highly dependent on the support of the digital health ecosystem, including adaptive regulations, infrastructure readiness, digital literacy among communities, as well as multi-stakeholder collaboration involving the government, medical professionals, the technology industry, and families. This study affirms that the integration of Wearable Health Technology and predictive AI is not merely an additional tool in medical services, but rather a representation of a health system transformation towards a more preventive, predictive, precise, and participatory paradigm. Thus, the utilization of evidence-based digital innovations has the potential to strengthen the effectiveness of stunting prevention programs in Indonesia while accelerating the achievement of national health development targets within the context of technological disruption and global dynamics.

Employing a quantitative approach and path analysis method, the study involved all employees of Bakesbangpol Denpasar using a saturated sampling technique. The findings reveal that organizational culture does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance, whereas work discipline exerts a positive and significant influence. Work motivation emerges as a crucial factor affecting performance, with a path coefficient of β = 0.440 and a significance value of 0.000. Although organizational culture significantly influences work motivation, it does not directly impact performance. In contrast, work discipline does not significantly affect motivation. Notably, work motivation significantly mediates the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, but not the relationship between work discipline and performance. These findings underscore the pivotal role of work motivation as a mediating variable that enhances the impact of organizational culture on performance improvement. With an R value of 0.695 and an Adjusted R² of 0.683, the model explains 68.3% of the variance in employee performance, with the remaining 31.7% attributed to other factors outside the model. The novelty of this study lies in mapping the structural relationships among organizational culture, work discipline, and motivation as a mediating variable within the context of a local governmental institution an area that has been empirically understudied.
