the most affected by these changes. One phenomenon that has emerged alongside the increasing use of social media is Fear of Missing Out (FoMO)—a feeling of anxiety or worry about being left out of trends, information, or social activities experienced by others. This phenomenon not only affects individuals psychologically but also has implications for students’ consumer behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of FoMO on students’ consumptive behavior and to identify the mediating or reinforcing factors that shape this relationship. The research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques through literature review from various recent and relevant sources. The findings indicate that FoMO has a significant correlation with the rise of consumptive behavior among students, especially in the context of purchasing symbolic goods that enhance one’s self-image on social media. Key factors influencing the relationship between FoMO and consumptive behavior include the level of digitalization, social dynamics such as peer pressure, and low self-control. Furthermore, the study finds that financial literacy plays an important protective role. Students with higher levels of financial literacy tend to be more capable of managing the consumptive urges triggered by FoMO. This research contributes new insights into the psychological impact of social media on students’ economic behavior. The novelty of the study lies in its in-depth analysis of the link between FoMO and student consumer behavior in the digital era, as well as the identification of relevant mediating factors. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more adaptive digital and financial literacy education programs to meet the challenges of the technological era.

This study aims to analyze the impact of compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Syariah Gala Mitra Abadi. The population of this study consists of 198 employees, with a sample size of 133. The data analysis methods used include instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The study's findings indicate that: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 3.166, sig value 0.002). 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 8.877, sig value 0.000). 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 8.877, sig value 0.000). 4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 3.191, sig value 0.002). 5) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 2.085, sig value 0.032). 6) Collectively, these factors—compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment—have a positive and significant impact on employee performance (F value 67.787, sig value 0.000). This study highlights the importance of managing these factors to improve employee performance at PT. BPR Syariah Gala Mitra Abadi.

ste still faces various obstacles, including a lack of awareness among farmers regarding efficient and sustainable management practices. This research aims to analyze the application of a participatory approach in education on managing livestock products and waste by directly involving the livestock community. This approach allows farmers to actively participate in every process stage, from problem identification to implementing solutions based on local needs. The data in this research was obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and focus group discussions (FGD) involving local breeders and related stakeholders. The research results show increased quality of livestock products, especially regarding cleanliness, food safety, and selling value. Apart from that, there has been a waste reduction that was previously simply thrown away, with innovations in using waste as organic fertilizer and additional feed for livestock. The adoption of more sustainable livestock practices is also starting to be implemented by livestock farmers, improving their economic welfare. Furthermore, this program opens up opportunities for developing value-added processed products, such as pasteurized milk and processed meat, which can increase farmers’ income. Collaboration between farmers in managing joint businesses is also growing, creating a more solid livestock ecosystem. Apart from the economic impact, this participatory approach also increases farmers’ awareness of the importance of sustainability and better environmental management, which contributes to the sustainability of the livestock sector in Karang Tunggal Village.

The results showed that the government has made every effort to develop tourism in Malaumkarta village by providing facilities and infrastructure to support tourism such as relaxing places (gazebos), public toilets, selling stalls, padang towers, and the construction of other facilities. However, the problem is that until now these facilities have not been used according to their needs, what was planned at the beginning was not implemented, especially the concept of local culture-based development for the Papuan people. In addition, until now the collection of retribution has not been implemented because the government is still focused on implementing development and empowering the community. The government expects good cooperation between the community in managing tourism because the community is the organizer of the sustainability of tourism.

This makes using Android smartphones as teaching tools very helpful. Additionally, the portability and wide availability of Android tablets make it easy for students to access educational materials without being limited by time or space. The goal of making engaging learning materials about informatics for high school students in the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak City is to make learning fun and useful. SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka, including supportive and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of these strategies. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis. Data sources include the school principal, vice principal, PR team, committee, and the community. Data collection methods consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that public relations management strategies to increase student enrollment at SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka include: 1) Operational Strategies such as the PR team having specific efforts or mechanisms to manage PR programs involving the community and school committee; 2) Persuasive and Educational Strategies including distributing brochures containing the school's vision, mission, and advantages, as well as conducting socialization to emphasize the importance of education for children; 3) Social Responsibility Strategies like door-to-door visits to maintain relationships between the school and the community, and participating in community and institutional activities; 4) Collaboration Strategies involving partnerships with local health centers and participating in community work activities; 5) Supporting factors such as community support and maintaining harmonious relationships fostering good school credibility; 6) Inhibiting factors such as inadequate road infrastructure and the majority of parents being farmers, making it difficult to reach them. The triggering factor discouraging enrollment in this school is the presence of more competitive schools with larger student bodies and an Islamic environment.

Through the utilization of research and development (R&D), the primary focus of investigation can be directed towards the creation, advancement, and assessment of learning media in terms of design and viability. The end result is an Android game that serves as a learning tool for computer system topics. The assessment findings indicate that the storyboard design has achieved a validity score of 4.91 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from the evaluation of two design professionals. The initial design expert assigned a validity score of 4.88, while the second design expert assigned a validity score of 4.94 on a 5-point scale. These scores indicate that the research results fall into the “Very Good” category. According to the assessment conducted by linguists, the language employed in creating the tale has been given a validity score of 4.73 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from two linguists. The initial linguist assigned a validity score of 4.5, while the second linguist assigned a validity score of 4.7 on a 5-point scale. These scores placed the results of the study in the “Very Good” category. The study has reached its conclusion. The development step use the RPG Maker MV program. the role of the village government in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction in Sukamanah Village. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. There were 7 informants. Data collection techniques are literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques by processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the research. Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. Budget limitations mean that it has not been optimal in structuring the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction. Apart from that, the collaboration between Pokdarwis and LMDH has not been able to increase the development of the tourist attraction due to the lack of clear authority in managing the tourist attraction. Consequently, it is imperative for tourism managers to prioritize the safety of visitors arising from the activities involved. This involves the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effective mitigation procedures, optimal functioning of infrastructure, provision of adequate safety equipment, and continuous enhancement of staff competencies. Owners of tourist attractions bear the responsibility of ensuring both the safety and legal protection of visitors, acknowledging the mutual benefits derived from the presence of tourists. Thus, a comprehensive and proactive approach to safety measures is essential in fostering a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
