Analysis Of Family Economic Resilience Against Early Marriage Practices In Mayang Village

Abstract: This research aims to measure the economic resilience of families involved in early marriage in Mayang Village, Jember Regency. Using a mixed methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods, data was… collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and surveys of 50 respondents who met the criteria. Data analysis using multiple linear regression shows that family income, mother's education level, and access to social assistance programs significantly affect family economic resilience. The data processing in this research uses Descriptive Statistical Analysis to describe the economic characteristics of families, such as income, expenditure, and welfare indicators. The results of this study indicate that early marriage has a significant impact on the economic resilience of families in Mayang Village, as reflected in decreased income and increased health burdens. These findings also highlight the importance of women's economic empowerment programs and improved access to education as efforts to enhance the welfare of families involved in early marriage. Interventions targeting education, health, and changes in social norms are crucial for improving the economic resilience of families in Mayang Village.

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi dengan Studi yang dilakukan oleh MRI (Market Research Indonesia) pada akhir tahun 2021… 021 yang diumumkan dalam ajang 5th Infobank Satisfaction, Loyalty & Engagment (SLE) Award 2022, bank muamalat berada diposisi pertama pada Loyalty Index, Engagement Index, dan Marketing Engagment. Dalam perolehan ini tak terlepas dari usaha bank muamalat KC Banjarmasin yang menjadi salah satu pionir yang bergerak di dalam pencapaian tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Branch Manager dan Realitionship Manager di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin. Dengan objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi yang digunakan Bank Muamalat Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian Teknik analisis datanya dengan Induksi dan Grounded. Hasil dalam penelitian pada analisis strategi bank dalam mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah yaitu sebelumnya pihak bank akan melakukan pemilihan beberapa segmen pasar yang berpotensi menjadi nasabah loyal seperti nasabah muslim, tingkat religiusitas yang tinggi serta tingkat Pendidikan yang baik. Selanjutnya pihak bank akan selalu menjaga kepercayaan nasabah, memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik serta komunikasi yang intens.  Serta dilakukannya evaluasi monitoring sebagai penunjangnya dalam menjaga tingkat loyalitas nasabah dengan melihat seberapa banyak produk yang digunakan nasabah, survey kepuasan nasabah dan survey yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga independen.

Employee Perspectives on Professional Growth: A Qualitative Study of Human Resource Development Initiatives

Abstract: This research examines the perspectives and experiences of workers about Human Resource Development (HRD) programs in order to determine the aspects that influence engagement, satisfaction, and overall effectiveness. Employing… loying a qualitative methodology, the study included semi-structured interviews and focus groups with personnel from several departments. The results indicate that HRD programs are most efficient when they are congruent with individuals' specific career objectives and professional requirements, and when they have sufficient organizational resources and management support. The identification of challenges such as program rigidity and lack of relevance emphasizes the need for HRD methods that are more flexible and responsive. The research highlights the need of customizing HRD programs to cater to the varied requirements of employees and adjusting to rapid changes in the work environment. The findings provide practical and effective guidance for firms to improve their HRD processes and give stronger support for employee development. Further investigation is recommended to examine the incorporation of emerging technologies in HRD and evaluate their influence on employee engagement and development.

Qualitative Study: Compliance with the Implementation of Covid-19 Health Protocols at Jambi City Tourist Attractions

Abstract: The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic was first known to have appeared in Wuhan City, China in December 2019 and was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 12 2020. This virus… rus has spread very quickly to several countries in the world, including Indonesia where the Covid-19 pandemic has been designated as a type of disease that causes a Public Health Emergency on March 31 2020. With this determination, mitigation efforts must be carried out in accordance with statutory regulations in emergency response period for handling Covid-19. Tourist attractions have the potential to become a locus for the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, causing the need for health protocols in carrying out activities at that location. This research uses qualitative research which aims to gather information about the compliance of people at tourist attractions with the health protocols implemented in Jambi City. The results of this research show that the implementation of the health protocol, namely 5M (wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds and reducing mobility) is carried out well and is carried out directly by the government and tourist attraction owners through CHSE (Clean Health Safety and Environment). And the community has good knowledge, attitudes and behavior in complying with the health protocols implemented. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of health protocols at various tourist attractions in Jambi City has gone well with supervision carried out by the government and tourist owners.

Implementation of the FIFO System in the Management of Raw Material Inventory in the Kitchen at R-Gina Hotel Pemalang

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the implementation of the First In First Out (FIFO) system in managing raw material inventory in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang. The research method used is qualitative, focusing on direct… rect observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis related to the inventory management process. Although the FIFO system has been widely studied in the context of manufacturing and supply chains in general, this research provides new insights into its application in a hotel kitchen operational environment. The research results show that the implementation of the FIFO system in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang has helped improve the efficiency of raw material usage and reduce the risk of spoilage or expiration. However, several challenges were found in its implementation, such as limited storage space and the need for staff training. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of the FIFO system in raw material inventory management in the hospitality industry. The proposed recommendations include improving storage infrastructure, developing a digital recording system, and ongoing training programs for kitchen staff.

Impact Counseling On Integrated Management Of Childhood Illness Influences Attitude Of Parents Brought Child Under Five Years Old Access To Health Facility

Abstract: Handling diseases in children under five years is very important in public health because they are vulnerable to serious diseases such as pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria and malnutrition. Integrated Management of Childhood… Illness (IMCI) by WHO and UNICEF is a strategy that combines prevention, treatment and health promotion, including impact counseling to provide education to parents about the importance of disease management and access to health facilities. This research uses a systematic literature review to assess the influence of impact counseling in IMCI on parents' attitudes in bringing children to health facilities. Data was collected from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using relevant keywords. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to measure the effect of counseling on parental attitudes and behavior. The results of the analysis show that impact counseling significantly increases parents' understanding and involvement in children's health care. Counseling reduces anxiety and increases parents' confidence in caring for their child. The use of information technology in counseling makes it easier to access information and support. Counseling also improves access and utilization of health facilities by providing important information about available services. In conclusion, counseling in IMCI has a significant influence on parents' attitudes and behavior in bringing children to health facilities. Counseling helps increase understanding of a child's health, reduces anxiety, and promotes better health practices at home. Ongoing counseling programs are expected to improve child health outcomes and support the overall well-being of the family.

Penafsiran Muflih Dalam Al-Qur’an Surat Al-Mu’minũn

Abstract: Setiap orang mendambakan kesuksesan, namun mencapainya tidaklah mudah. Dalam Al-Qur’an, kesuksesan diartikan sebagai keberuntungan yang disebut dengan al-falah, dan orang yang beruntung disebut muflih. Penelitian ini bertujuan… ertujuan untuk mengkaji penafsiran indikator muflih dalam surat Al-Mu’minun ayat 1-11 dari tiga kitab tafsir utama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan enam kriteria indikator muflih dalam surat Al-Mu’minun ayat 1-11, yaitu: (1) khusyu’ dalam shalat; (2) menjauhkan diri dari perbuatan sia-sia; (3) membayarkan zakat; (4) menjaga kemaluan kecuali terhadap istri dan hamba sahaya; (5) memelihara amanah dan menepati janji; serta (6) memelihara shalat wajib lima waktu. Penafsiran dari ketiga kitab tafsir tersebut memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai pentingnya enam indikator ini dalam mencapai keberuntungan menurut perspektif Al-Qur’an. Setiap indikator dijelaskan dengan rinci dan didukung oleh pandangan dari berbagai ulama, yang menegaskan bahwa keberuntungan atau al-falah tidak hanya mencakup aspek spiritual, tetapi juga mencakup aspek sosial dan moral. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pemahaman komprehensif tentang konsep muflih dalam Al-Qur’an dan relevansinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Connectivism Practice in English Language Teaching (ELT): Teachers' Perception on Benefits and Challenges

Abstract: Connectivism provides abundant enchanting experiences in ELT context due to the benefits that it offers. However, as the practice requires technology integration, physical, and psychological readiness, teachers discover… challenges upon the implementation. This study aims at investigating the benefits and challenges of the practice in ELT context. Through content analysis qualitative study, the study attains the targeted exploration. 5 experienced English teachers are selected to conduct semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed and reviewed by the researchers and experts for affording the valid results. The results provide valuable insights towards the issues that are raised. This study sheds a light on the essence of digital environment in ELT which assists the feasible various sources of learning to be attained. Findings revealed that Connectivism can definitely foster learners’ language skills, such as speaking, listening, and pronunciation through the various digital platforms that are provided. Interestingly, connectivism is advantageous for strengthening learners' 21st century skills, namely critical thinking, collaboration, communication skills, and creativity in learning English. On the other hand, the challenges encountered by teachers in integrating connectivism are 1) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of training and development in educator resources, and 3) low internet network access or the bandwidth.

Effectiveness Of Using The Self-Registration Platform Machines (Apm) At Wava Husada Kepanjen Hospital

Abstract: The self-registration machine helps patients register them selves. The use of APM machines at Wava Husada Hospital has not been carried out properly for several reasons, such as Man, Method and Machine. The aim of this research… esearch is to evaluate the performance of APM users to identify the components and effects to increase the effectiveness of APM. Qualitative research methodologies were used in this study. Data was obtained from APM officers and medical records officers. The results of the research show that the presence of APM officers has helped the patient registration process, but there are several things that make the use of APM less effective at Wava Husada Hospital, namely in terms of staff, the lack of APM officers, in terms of the method of using APM is not carried out in accordance with the SOP, in terms of Machine errors or loading often occur. Consequently, there are too many patients, the registration process is thrown off, services are provided non-procedurally, and registration is completed by hand. Efforts made by officers to ensure that the use of APM runs well are adding APM officers, training APM officers on APM use, and improving internet quality so it doesn't load frequently.

Fatwa On The Opinion Of Contemporary Scholars On Stock Buying And Selling Activities In The Sharia Capital Market

Abstract: According to contemporary scholars, buying and selling shares is of the opinion that buying and selling shares is legally permissible and some are prohibited. Meanwhile, according to the DSN Fatwa, ensuring share buying… and selling transactions are halal. Buying and selling shares from an Islamic legal perspective is an important topic in integrating modern economic practices with sharia principles. The analysis includes the definition of shares as ownership of company assets, the importance of ensuring that the company's business is halal, as well as the prohibition against usury and gharar. Differences of opinion among scholars in determining the law itself. This research aims to compare the opinions of the DSN Fatwa with Contemporary Fuqaha in determining the law on the sale and purchase of shares. The approach used in this writing is a normative juridical approach with literature studies. The results that the author can conclude are that the law on buying and selling shares is permissible and some is prohibited.
