Nias Regency. This study aims to determine the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The technology application system in Sisobahili Village has been running since 2018, but in 2022-2023, the Village information system, based semi-online, due to a lack of support, and for 2024 the plan will be carried out online through the website.

This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to collect and evaluate 20 relevant articles regarding strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women. A literature search was conducted through various databases and articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for analysis. The main finding of this literature review is that several effective strategies have been identified for the reduction and prevention of anemia in pregnant women, including iron and folic acid supplementation, dietary changes, regular check-ups, health education, and community-based awareness campaigns. Factors such as public awareness, supportive health policies, and easy access to health services play an important role in supporting the successful implementation of these strategies. However, there are also obstacles such as limited access and resources, non-compliance, and cultural challenges that can hinder efforts to prevent anemia. The conclusion of this research is that strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women require a holistic approach involving various aspects, including strengthening health services, targeted health education, and cross-sector collaboration. By implementing appropriate recommendations, it is hoped that a significant reduction in the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women can be achieved and improve the overall health of mothers and fetuses.

ak buruk pada perkembangan anak usia dini termasuk perkembangan bahasa. Perkembangan bahasa merupakan salah satu bagian perkembangan yang krusial bagi kehidupan anak, mengingat bahasa merupakan media komunikasi penyampaian pesan seseorang terhadap orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh screen time terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah A Literature Review untuk mengidentifikasi artikel secara sistematis. Melalui pencarian seperti: Social Science Research, Mendeley Cite, Google Scholar dan Garuda Jurnal dari tahun 2017 hingga 2023, ditemukan 8 artikel sesuai dengan karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah 5 dari 8 penelitian didapatkan tidak ada korelasi antara screen time dan perkembangan berbahasa anak namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak terutama pada anak yang menggunakan waktu berlayar >2 jam. Dalam penelitian lain menemukan bahwa media sosial YouTube memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada pemerolehan bahasa anak khususnya bagi anak speech delay. Banyak juga para orang tua yang memiliki sedikit pemahaman tentang dampak negatif dari pemberian screen time berlebihan pada anak dan pentingnya pendampingan orang tua pada anak ketika memberikan waktu screen time.

The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.

cing maternal and child mortality rates using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This research uses the SLR method by collecting and analyzing literature from various academic databases. Inclusion criteria included studies evaluating the impact of Family Planning programs on maternal and child mortality rates, published between 2019 and 2024. The literature selection process was carried out in two stages: initial screening and quality assessment using PRISMA guidelines. A total of 15 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in this study. The findings show that the Family Planning Program is effective in reducing maternal mortality through increasing access to reproductive health services, health education, and use of contraception. Apart from that, the Family Planning program is also effective in reducing child mortality by improving maternal health and preventing unwanted pregnancies. Challenges identified include limited access to health services in remote areas, cultural barriers, and lack of policy support. Family Planning programs have proven effective in reducing maternal and child mortality rates. To increase its effectiveness, it is necessary to increase accessibility, service quality, and adequate policy support. It is hoped that these recommendations will help in improving the implementation of Family Planning programs and maternal and child health policies in the future.

This research sample involved the Language UPT of Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University as the research subject, with a focus on the implementation of the TOEFL test and related programs. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The collected data was analyzed using the data analysis model from Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing stages. The research results show that the implementation of the TOEFL test at the UPT Bahasa Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University has several weaknesses, especially related to inadequate physical facilities, lack of training for instructors, and lack of flexibility in the test implementation schedule. Despite this, the program was successful in improving participants' English language skills, although there is still a need to focus more on developing broader practical and communication skills. This evaluation provides recommendations for improvement and further development in the implementation of the TOEFL test program, with the hope that these steps will improve the quality of test implementation and provide a greater contribution to students' academic and professional progress.

Sumber data diperoleh dari literatur yang relevan dengan tema penelitian melalui identifikasi dan seleksi ketat. Data yang terkandung dalam literatur terpilih kemudian diolah melalui proses komparasi dan analisis kritis, melibatkan ekstraksi informasi signifikan untuk mendukung jawaban terhadap pertanyaan penelitian dan mendorong pemahaman mendalam terhadap aspek-aspek kritis yang terkait dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Analisis SWOT dalam manajemen kinerja organisasi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis. Dengan memetakan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, organisasi dapat mengidentifikasi prioritas strategis yang jelas dan merancang rencana tindakan yang lebih terarah. Selain itu, penggunaan Analisis SWOT membantu organisasi untuk lebih responsif terhadap perubahan lingkungan dan mampu mengembangkan strategi yang lebih adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Implementasi yang sukses dari Analisis SWOT memerlukan komitmen dari seluruh tingkatan organisasi dan harus disertai dengan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk memastikan relevansi dan efektivitas strategi yang diterapkan.
