ee performance is work discipline. A common strategy used by companies to improve employee performance is by providing rewards and punishments. This research aims to analyze the influence of rewards and punishments on employee performance through work discipline at PT BPRS Niaga Madani. The sample for this study consisted of 47 respondents. This research adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis process in this study employs path analysis. The results of this research show that rewards do not have a significant effect on work discipline, and they also do not significantly influence employee performance. On the other hand, punishments significantly affect work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline, in turn, significantly affects employee performance. Rewards, directly and indirectly, affect employee performance through work discipline, while punishments have both direct and indirect effects

eading worksheet, sourced from 20 ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan. Techniques for collecting data included distributing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and documentation. Instruments used were interview sheets, printed documents, and questionnaires. This study involved six key stages of Borg and Gall method, which included: gathering data and information, analyzing the data, designing the product, expert validation, revising and finalizing the product. The result of gathering and analyzing data showed that students had low interest in descriptive reading text due to monotonous and unvaried worksheets. This data identified students’ necessity (85%), lacks (55%) and wants (65%) for an interactive worksheet, engaging worksheet to develop reading understanding. The material designing and revising stage resulted in the Topworksheet Web, which consists of interactive descriptive reading practices, utilizing Canva-based visualization and educational games, including a glossary and word search. The expert validation involved a lecturer and a teacher, was 87.2%, and 98.4%, achieving an "Excellent" category. Based on the high validation scores from the experts, it can be concluded that the final product, the Topworksheet Web, is a highly appropriate and effective students' descriptive reading worksheet tailored to the specific needs of students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan.

This research aims to explore the challenges faced by Mechanical Engineering Education (PTM) students in maintaining Islamic discipline amid high academic demands. The method used is a Literature Review with a critical approach, which collects and analyzes various literature to identify gaps in knowledge. The main findings reveal that the primary challenges include the decline of ethical values such as honesty due to the impact of social changes and technological advancements, the risk of weakened character caused by the influence of global secular culture, and the heavy curriculum burden that leads to mental and physical exhaustion as well as conflicts between academic schedules and religious obligations. Furthermore, students' excessive focus on achieving high GPA and technical skills often neglects moral development, compounded by the lack of integration of the ta’dib concept and insufficient support from social environments that can enforce discipline. Therefore, a holistic and integrated solution is necessary to make Islamic ethics the foundation of academic and professional behavior,balancing technical expertise and spiritual aspects so that PTM students can become competent individuals with strong Islamic character.

oups in Seri Village, Ambon City, by enhancing their basic financial literacy and management skills using a practical accounting education approach. Weak financial management skills, especially in managing the fluctuating catch yields and income, are often the main obstacle to achieving economic stability and growth in the fisheries sector.
The implementation method utilized was participatory and application-based training and mentoring, tailored to the income and expenditure patterns of the fishing community. The program involved a series of workshops that simplified basic accounting concepts, such as transaction recording. The effectiveness of the program was measured by comparing the results of a pre-test and post-test to gauge the increase in knowledge, as well as through observation and questionnaires to assess changes in financial management behavior.
The results showed a significant increase in the understanding of financial management concepts among the Seri Village fishermen, evidenced by the improvement in the average post-test scores. Post-training mentoring also demonstrated positive changes in financial management practices, including the ability to set aside savings for boat/gear maintenance and the ability to control daily debt.
In conclusion, practical accounting education is an effective and crucial instrument in community empowerment programs, particularly for the fishing sector. This PkM successfully equipped the fishermen with practical tools to make better and more planned financial decisions, directly contributing to the improvement of economic independence and the well-being of the fishing families.

However, business performance and innovation are not always effective in mediating the relationship between business strategy and competitive advantage or customer value. The findings indicate that while business performance and innovation are important, they should be viewed as part of a more holistic approach to business strategy.This research concludes that companies should focus on strategies that integrate competitive advantage through various elements, such as innovation, product quality, and marketing. Good strategic planning and effective implementation are key to achieving and maintaining competitive advantage and increasing customer value. This study examines the effectiveness of innovative pentahelix-based collaboration as a strategy for accelerating sustainable village development in Serang Regency within the framework of the Village SDGs and the 2025-2045 RPJPD vision. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the forms and mechanisms of pentahelix collaboration, (2) to evaluate its impact on improving the Village Development Index and achieving Village SDGs, and (3) to formulate concrete policy recommendations for the Serang Regency Government. The benefits of this study include operational guidelines for regional policy makers, replication of the model in similar areas in Banten, and contribution to the national target of independent villages towards Indonesia Emas 2045. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a systematic literature review and secondary document analysis. The results show that pentahelix collaboration has succeeded in increasing the average IDM by 18.71%, reducing village poverty by 4.08%, and strengthening the circular economy. Recommendations include allocating 15% of Village Funds for digital platforms and forming a district pentahelix task force.
