What truly determines entrepreneurial greatness and success are soft skills. The top 10 soft skills referred to are: Honesty (Being honest with all people) ranked first, followed by Strong Discipline (Being well-disciplined); Sociability (Getting along with people); Support from a Partner (Having a supportive spouse); Hard Work (Working harder than most people); Passion for the Work (Loving my career/business); Leadership (Having strong leadership qualities); Competitive Personality (Having a very competitive spirit/personality); Well-Organized Life (Being very well-organized); and finally, Ability to Sell Ideas (Having an ability to sell my ideas/products). These ten soft skills will become even more meaningful when accompanied by a good heart, positive thinking, wise words, good deeds, good habits, positive culture, and strong character—all of which shape good fortune. , salinity, and pH, were monitored, along with the growth performance of sea cucumbers in terms of body weight and length during the cultivation period. The results showed water temperatures ranging from 28–31°C, pH values between 8.3–8.7, and an average salinity of 20.5 ppt. Although the salinity was slightly below the optimal range (28–32 ppt), the sea cucumbers demonstrated positive growth. Final measurements indicated an increase in body weight from 10–20 grams to an average of 0.29 kg, and in body length up to 16.7 cm over approximately three months of cultivation. These findings suggest that the coastal waters of Sungai Bakau have potential for sea cucumber aquaculture development, with some adjustments needed to optimize salinity conditions.

Based on a pre-survey at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih, it was found that more than half of the elderly experienced hypertension due to a lack of elderly knowledge about hypertension. This community service activity aims to educate the elderly about hypertension and invite the elderly to have a good lifestyle. This activity was carried out at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih attended by 27 participants. The PKM method is carried out by checking the blood pressure of the elderly using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Screening of PKM participants is elderly people with a minimum age of 60 years who can hear and see. The provision of education is carried out by lecture method using power points containing the definition of hypertension and elderly causative factors and ways to prevent hypertension, then a question and answer session is held. Data collection on the level of knowledge was carried out using pre-education and post-education questionnaires. The results of this activity show an increase in knowledge in the elderly after providing education for 3 meetings.

The data collection method used consisted of interview and documentation methods. Primary data used in the form of interviews. While the secondary data used are the financial statements of CV. XYZ in 2017 and a list of fixed assets of CV. XYZ in 2017. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the preparation of the final project show that the accounting treatment of fixed assets at CV. XYZ is in accordance with PSAK No. 16. CV. XYZ continues to be guided by PSAK No. 16 regarding fixed assets and continues to follow developments so that the financial statements produced remain reliable with accounting guidelines generally accepted.

Anthropological analysis reveals that Mangrara Banua is not merely a physical celebration of a new structure, but a cultural institution rich in symbolic meaning. First, the ritual serves as a collective expression of gratitude to God the Creator. Second, it functions to articulate and legitimize the family's social status (tana') within the community hierarchy. Third, this momentum acts as a unifying medium for the extended family (tongkonan) to reinforce kinship ties. Finally, the ritual embodies sacred reverence for the ancestors. Through an anthropological lens, the continuity of this tradition proves that the Tongkonan remains the cosmic, social, and spiritual center for the people of Akung Village amid modernization.

ve Council (DPR) from the regional to the central government levels. However, it is often found that the hopes of the people are not fully articulated, resulting in certain issues never reaching a final resolution. This study aims to analyze the role of the DPR in voicing the people's interests based on the fourth principle of Pancasila. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study approach, where data is collected from various scientific sources. The results of the analysis show that the main functions of the DPR, namely in legislation, oversight, and budgeting, have not been fully optimized due to weak accountability and transparency. This crisis of representation impacts the decline in public trust, low political participation, and increased polarization in society. To address these issues, systemic reforms are needed, including enhancing transparency, strengthening accountability mechanisms, and involving the public actively in the decision-making process. Thus, the goal of the DPR’s existence, which can be achieved, is to voice the will of the people, realize deliberation for consensus, and ensure justice and welfare in line with the substance of Pancasila’s ideology, particularly its fourth principle. This study recommends the need to restore the essence of deliberation for consensus in accordance with the fourth principle of Pancasila, accompanied by better political education and electoral system reforms to ensure that elected representatives are truly competent and focused on the interests of the people.

The subjects of this study were students of class VIIIع with a total of 23 students and selected using purposive sampling as many as 9 students based on visual, auditory and kinetic learning styles. The data collection technique in this study used a learning style questionnaire test which was tested with 23 students of class VIIIع, a story problem test on the system of linear equations of two variables which was tested with 9 students who were selected based on learning style groups and interviews. Based on the results of the study there were 10 students with visual learning styles, 9 students with auditory learning styles and 4 students with kinaesthetic learning styles. Obtained from the research data are: a) Students with visual learning styles made errors based on Newman’s procedure in understanding the problem and writing the final answer; b) Students with auditory learning styles made errors based on Newman’s procedure on understanding the problem, transformation, process skills and writing the final answer, c) Students with kinaesthetic learning styles made errors based on Newman’s procedure on understanding the problem, transformation, process skills and writing the final answer.

This study aims to describe the use of PhET simulation as a learning medium in traveling and stationary wave theory. This article uses the literature study methodology. The stages in using the literature method include observing, analyzing, then identifying, then providing interpretation, and finally in the form of some evaluation of the research that has been done. There are 25 publication articles obtained from various domestic sources analyzed in this article. The articles used were reported from 2018 to 2024. By using PhET simulation, it feels easier to practice compared to real practicum, because visible media allows users to be more active in presenting subjects that are mastered, especially in traveling and stationary wave material. And by using this PhET virtual media makes students tend to be active and very enthusiastic in the learning process because the appearance of the PhET media is very different from other media. Based on this research, it can be concluded that learning stationary wave and traveling wave material can improve learning outcomes and improve critical thinking skills.
