n companies included in the LQ45 index and observes market reaction within an eleven-day event window from five trading days before to five trading days after the announcement. Market reaction is measured using abnormal return, trading volume activity, and stock volatility. The data consist of daily stock prices, trading volume, outstanding shares, and market index data obtained from capital market data sources. Because the normality test indicates that the data are not normally distributed, the hypotheses are tested using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The findings show significant differences in abnormal return, trading volume activity, and stock volatility before and after the announcement. These results indicate that the appointment of the Minister of Finance contains information value for investors and is associated with changes in price reaction, trading intensity, and perceived market risk among LQ45 stocks. The study contributes to event study literature by documenting market responses to a strategic fiscal leadership event in an emerging capital market

stems from the rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, which has significantly changed consumer shopping behavior, particularly among students who are highly adaptive to digital technology. In online shopping situations, where consumers cannot physically assess the product, brand image becomes one of the main factors influencing consumer trust, perceived quality, and confidence in making purchasing decisions. The type of research employed is quantitative research with a survey approach. The study population consisted of 1,959 active students of the Faculty of Economics, Nias University, with a sample of 95 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire covering brand image indicators (strength, favorability, and uniqueness of brand association) as well as purchasing decision indicators (problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision, and post-purchase behavior). The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and determination test with the aid of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on students' purchasing decisions in online shopping. This finding implies that the stronger the brand image, the higher the tendency of students to make online purchases. Therefore, companies or online businesses need to develop and strengthen their brand image through consistent marketing communication strategies, clear product information, and credible brand reputation to increase consumer loyalty and purchase intention.

unication skills, and work attitudes, are important factors in determining the success of implementing government duties, especially in the digital era and the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that most employees have adequate technical skills in operating information technology devices, and demonstrate discipline and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The Communication and Information Agency has also exceeded several strategic performance targets, including improving digital services, public participation, and increasing the SPBE index value. This study recommends the importance of increasing regular training, updating digital infrastructure, and strengthening the competency-based performance evaluation system. Overall findings indicate that the development of HR competencies has a significant contribution to achieving effective, efficient, and adaptive institutional performance to the demands of the digital era.

eh melalui angket skala Likert sebanyak 20 butir pernyataan untuk mengukur motivasi guru sebagai variabel X, serta dokumentasi nilai asesmen sumatif siswa sebagai indikator hasil belajar sebagai variabel Y. Sampel berjumlah 16 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil uji normalitas dan linearitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan memiliki hubungan linear, sehingga uji korelasi Pearson digunakan karena sesuai untuk menganalisis hubungan dua variabel berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai r sebesar 0,602 dengan signifikansi 0,014 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi guru dan hasil belajar siswa. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,24% menunjukkan bahwa motivasi guru berkontribusi terhadap lebih dari sepertiga variasi dalam hasil belajar. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran guru sebagai penggerak utama dalam menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang produktif dan inspiratif, sehingga peningkatan motivasi guru direkomendasikan sebagai strategi kunci dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dasar.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat identitas hukum dan memulihkan hak sipil Orang Mapur di Dusun Aik Abik melalui tindakan advokasi, sosialisasi, dan pendampingan partisipatif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan aset sosiokultural lokal berupa Gebong Memarong sebagai episentrum pergerakan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi multipihak yang melibatkan Disdukcapil, pemerintah kecamatan, pemerintah desa, sektor swasta, dan lembaga adat berhasil mengikis keraguan sosiologis (pseudo-identity) dan membangun kesadaran hukum warga. Melalui strategi pendampingan langsung (door-to-door) dan posko pelayanan kolektif, tim berhasil melakukan inventarisasi, verifikasi, dan validasi berkas administrasi kependudukan yang sah bersama Lembaga Adat Mapur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi lingkungan, kerja bakti penanaman, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap pentingnya penghijauan serta terbentuknya komitmen bersama untuk menjaga dan merawat tanaman yang telah ditanam. Penanaman pohon tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap perbaikan kualitas lingkungan dan ekosistem lokal, tetapi juga menjadi simbol harapan dalam membentuk masa depan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Melalui metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa bank sampah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana pengelolaan limbah, tetapi juga sebagai ruang edukasi lingkungan yang mendorong perubahan perilaku masyarakat menuju pola hidup berkelanjutan. Program Green Dakwah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran ekologis melalui integrasi nilai-nilai Islam, seperti amanah, kebersihan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara tokoh agama, pemerintah desa, dan kelompok masyarakat mampu memperkuat keberlanjutan bank sampah dan menjadikannya model pemberdayaan berbasis aset lokal. ice program aimed to improve knowledge, skills, and preparedness in managing minor sports injuries through a digital-based educational intervention entitled Smart Recovery. The program was implemented among junior high school (SMP) teachers and students in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia, using a participatory and technology-integrated approach. Activities consisted of program socialization, theoretical and practical training on minor injury management based on the RICE principle (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), and the pilot implementation of the Smart Recovery digital application. Program effectiveness was evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments, practical skill observations, and user feedback questionnaires. The results demonstrated a substantial improvement in participants’ knowledge, with average scores increasing from 62.4 to 88.6, and 95% of participants successfully performing the RICE procedures correctly after training. Furthermore, 92% of users reported that the digital application facilitated their understanding of injury management, while 87% perceived the platform as user-friendly and applicable for physical education learning. The integration of hands-on training and digital learning media proved effective in enhancing sports injury literacy, digital competence, and safety awareness in school settings. These findings indicate that the Smart Recovery program has strong potential as a sustainable and scalable model for promoting sports safety education within junior high schools.

Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan observasi lapangan, kegiatan KKN ini berfokus pada penggalian sejarah desa, termasuk asalusul nama Karondang, perkembangan sosial masyarakat, serta warisan budaya yang masih dilestarikan hingga kini.
