Problems such as delays, recording errors and data inaccuracies often arise as a result of using traditional methods. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a focus on observation and interviews . The main goal of digitalization is to overcome these challenges by utilizing technology that can increase the effectiveness of employee performance and optimize various business processes, so that companies can operate more efficiently and accurately. The results of this research are that the effect of the effectiveness of digitalization implementation on employee performance has a very positive influence on employee performance, where the implementation of digitalization is obtained through training carried out by management. Likewise, with the role of administrative digitization in warehouse reception management, managers create barcodes on each product to make it easier to record incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse.

Digitalisasi telah menjadi elemen penting dalam era modern ini, terutama bagi perusahaan yang ingin tetap kompetitif di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat di berbagai sektor industri. Namun, banyak perusahaan masih menghadapi tantangan besar karena ketergantungan pada metode manual dalam mengelola berbagai aspek operasional, termasuk administrasi gudang. Masalah-masalah seperti keterlambatan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan ketidakakuratan data sering kali muncul akibat dari penggunaan metode tradisional tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada observasi dan wawancara. Tujuan utama dari digitalisasi adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan serta mengoptimalkan berbagai proses bisnis, sehingga perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh efektifitas implementasi digitalisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sangat berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang mana implementasi digitalisasi ini didapat melalui pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh pihak management. reduce losses. This lack of knowledge makes the community unprepared and slow to respond to emergencies, ultimately increasing their safety and well-being risk. The training includes counselling sessions, workshops, and disaster simulations. Each session is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the types of disasters, mitigation techniques, evacuation, and first aid steps. The results of this training showed a significant increase in the preparedness and response of the Rembitan Village community to emergencies. The post-disaster simulation evaluation also showed an increase in the participants' practical abilities in dealing with disasters. This program strengthens social structures and solidarity between residents and creates a model that can be applied in other villages with similar disaster risks. With ongoing support, Rembitan Village is expected to become a successful example of building community resilience to disasters, ultimately improving its residents' welfare and security.

Abstrak: Masalah utama yang terjadi ditempat mitra yaitu kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menyikapi bencana, selain itu warga belum memahami risiko dan dampak dari bencana alam, dan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat diambil untuk mengurangi kerugian. Kurangnya pengetahuan ini membuat masyarakat tidak siap dan lambat dalam merespons situasi darurat, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan risiko terhadap keselamatan dan kesejahteraan mereka. Pelatihan mencakup sesi penyuluhan, workshop, dan simulasi bencana. Setiap sesi dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai jenis-jenis bencana, teknik mitigasi, serta langkah-langkah evakuasi dan pertolongan pertama. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dan respons masyarakat Desa Rembitan terhadap situasi darurat. Kegiatan pelatihan di Desa Rembitan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana. Masyarakat kini lebih memahami risiko bencana dan langkah mitigasi yang perlu diambil, Selain itu, mereka telah mempraktikkan simulasi bencana yang meningkatkan kemampuan mereka merespons situasi darurat.

The expected result in this service is the creation of effective madrasah self-evaluation management in the process of implementing madrasah self-evaluation which is carried out annually so that it can provide relevant information to madrasah residents and policymakers about the achievement of madrasah quality according to national education standards. The results of Google Trends training are generally able to make a real contribution to business owners in achieving consumer loyalty. Apart from that, this training increases partners' knowledge in utilizing the Google Trends application to determine product focus and product marketing locations. In particular, it can foster strong self-confidence in partners in using digital business.

Fokus utama pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada pemilik usaha kuliner agar dapat mengikuti tren selera konsumen yang dinamis. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dengan menciptakan inovasi dan mengetahui minat konsumen terkini. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah diskusi dan pemetaan permasalahan mitra, kemudian diberikan pendampingan dan pembekalan pengetahuan. Hasil dari pelatihan Google Trends secara umum mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pemilik usaha dalam meraih loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif atau metode penelitian yang lebih menekankan analisis atau deskriptif. The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

The partner's problem is that the partner's knowledge is low in processing organic waste; poultry feed and fertilizers commonly used by partners are very expensive. The method used in overcoming the problem is socialization with lectures and discussions to increase understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste, can be used as animal feed and kasgot as a planting medium and organic fertilizer; as well as direct practice of maggot cultivation and making organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials. The conclusion from the results of these activities is that the PKM activity partner participants have seen an increase in partner understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste and other benefits it produces after socialization (with lectures and question and answer discussions) and partners understand how to cultivate maggot and make organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan mitra dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga dengan budidaya maggot sebagai pakan alternatif serta aplikasi kasgot yang dapat dijadikan media tanam dan pupuk organik. Permasalahan mitra adalah pengetahuan mitra rendah dalam pengolahan sampah organik; pakan ternak unggas dan pupuk yang biasa digunakan mitra harganya sangat mahal. Metode yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah yaitu dengan sosialisasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga, dapat dijadikan pakan ternak serta kasgot sebagai media tanam dan pupuk organik; serta praktek langsung budidaya maggot dan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan tersebut bahwa peserta mitra kegiatan PKM terlihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga serta manfaat lain yang dihasilkannya setelah dilakukan sosialisasi (dengan ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab) dan mitra memahami cara budidaya maggot serta pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot.
