Abstract: Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the major health problems in Indonesia, with high rates of spread and social stigma that worsens the condition of survivors. The LAPOR TB platform is present as a digital innovation to support… TB elimination through increased access to justice and the fulfillment of health rights. This study analyzes the implementation of the LAPOR TB platform from a juridical perspective, using normative research methods that involve legislative and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that this platform has great potential to improve access to health services for TB survivors, but still faces various legal challenges, including personal data protection, limited access to technology, ineffective complaint mechanisms, and weak law enforcement. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen legal policies, improve technological infrastructure, and eliminate social stigma to ensure that this platform can run effectively. With these steps, LAPOR TB is expected to be able to support TB elimination efforts and fulfill the right to health for all Indonesian people.

Siregar, Muhammad Sapril, Rafi Zidane Shevchenko, Albert Wiweko
Abstract: A cooling machine or commonly called an Air Conditioner (AC) is a system of auxiliary machines that can create cool temperatures in certain rooms so that workers on ships feel comfortable. Cooling machines are used to regulate… gulate and manage air quality which are includes air circulation, air conditioning, air hygiene standards and air purification. There are several main components in the cooling machine, namely the Compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve, Evaporator. Each of these important components has different functions and ways of operating, but are connected to each other so that the cooling machine can function. The purpose of the author making this final project is to determine the performance of the cooling system, factors that reduce the performance of the cooling machine, as well as repair and maintenance efforts so that the cooling machine can return to normal operation. This research was conducted on the MV. Vancouver by using a qualitative approach. The author conducted direct observations as well as in-depth interviews and documentation studies when conducting research. The results of the author's research found that the main factor causing the decline in the performance of the cooling machine was the appearance of sparks on the evaporator and coil pipe caused by interference with the filter dryer so that it inhibits heat absorption and the evaporator cannot evaporate the refrigerant optimally. The impact caused by the less than optimal operation of the cooling machine in the Engine Room Workshop MV. Vancouver was an unstable room temperature making the crew feel uncomfortable while working or resting.

This study was conducted to examine the impact of implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on students’ mathematics learning outcomes in the topic of ratios at AlWashliyah Private Elementary School 80 Kisaran. The research method used was an experiment with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique selected was cluster sampling, involving students from classes VI B and VI C as research subjects. The data analysis techniques used included the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the t-test for hypothesis testing. The results of the normality test indicated that the data from both classes were normally distributed, with significance values of 0.052 for the experimental class and 0.693 for the control class; both values exceeded 0.05. The results of the hypothesis testing showed a Sig. (two-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05; therefore, H₀ was rejected and H₁ was accepted. This proves that there is a significant difference in mathematics achievement between students who used the PBL model and those who learned conventionally. Therefore, the Problem-Based Learning model has been proven effective in improving students’ mathematics achievement.
