shift has presented significant challenges for labor laws, which are often designed for traditional work environments. This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

One way to classify animal meat is by using image processing. In this research, an image processing system is created to classify meat, specifically pork, beef, goat, and lamb. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a development of Machine Learning that can be used in classifying images into specific classes. SVM method as a classifier is performed using a confusion matrix. The test results show the highest accuracy value obtained in the class of Goat Meat 91.4%, the highest precision in the class of goat meat 80%, the highest recall in the class of beef 81.3%, and the highest F1-score in the class of beef 0.76.

The effectiveness of local taxes is a study of the collection performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Service during one fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of local taxes realized with the set target. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that currently has high Regional Original Revenue and one of the sources of revenue is restaurant tax. Sleman as one of the strategic areas provides many opportunities to increase Regional Original Revenue through taxes, including restaurant tax. The results of calculations and observations of data on the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Sleman Regency for the last 4 years starting from 2019 to 2022 have fluctuated. The average effectiveness rate that reaches 112% indicates a very effective achievement. In terms of restaurant tax contribution to Regional Original Revenue, 2022 is the year with the largest restaurant tax contribution over the past 4 years because in that year Indonesia has begun to recover from covid-19, but the contribution of restaurant tax to Sleman Regency's Original Revenue is still in the category of less with an average restaurant tax contribution of 10.66%.

Faktor internal atau kerap kali disebut dengan faktor fundamental ialah faktor yang menyangkut kapasitas entitas usaha dalam mengelola sumber daya yang tersedia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh return on asset, debt to equity ratio, current ratio terhadap harga saham melalui ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari masing-masing laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dijadikan bahan analisis statistic guna mengetahui hubungan variabel secara terstruktur mengenai return on asset, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, ukuran perusahaan dan harga saham. Populasi penelitian ini sebesar 30 perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di BEI 2020-2024 dengan menggunakan pemilihan sampel purposive sampling sehingga didapati 18 perusahaan selama 5 tahun dengan total 90 observasi. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS atau structured equation model partial linear square yang dijalankan menggunakan software statistika SMART-PLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa return on asset, debt to equity ratio, current ratio dan ukuran perusahaan terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Pengujian moderasi menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan mampu memperkuat pengaruh yang diberikan return on asset, debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan pengaruh current ratio terhadap harga saham tidak mampu dimoderasi oleh ukuran perusahaan.
