The Effect of Marketing Mix on Sales Volume of Suzuki Ertiga Cars at PT. Megahputra Sejahtera Pettarani Makassar Branch

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on sales volume at PT. Megahputra Prosperous Pettarani Makassar Branch. The population in this study are consumers at PT. Megahputra Sejahtera Pettarani Makassar Branch&#8230; ranch who purchased Suzuki Ertiga car products in 2018-2022. Data collection was carried out using documentation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression equations produce equations Y ̂= 0.308+ 0.248X_1+ 0.009X_2+ 0.027X_( 3)+ 0.094X_4 + ( -0.151 ) X_5+ 0.403X_6 + 0.137X_7. This the results of this study found that simultaneously the Marketing Mix variable (X1, X2, X3, X4, X6, and X7) has a positive effect on Sales Volume while X5 has a negative effect on Sales Volume. The results of the determination correlation analysis (R Square) were 0.343 which indicated that 34.3% of the independent variables namely X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, and X7 had an effect or were able to explain the characteristics of the dependent variable (Y). While the remaining 65.7% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. The results of the F test explain that the seven Marketing Mix variables have a significant effect on the Sales Volume variable with a calculated F value (6.157) > F table (2.16) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and the t test results explain that the Product variable (X1) with value 0.017 <0.05 and Process (X6) with a value of 0.001 <0.05 has a significant effect on Sales Volume variable

Use of the Single Index Model in Determining Investment Decisions During the Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract: This study aims to determine stock investment decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic using a single index model. The population in this study is all the shares of companies that are included in the IDX30 market index on&#8230; the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2021 period, namely 40 stocks, while the sample is 39 stocks selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using a single index model, starting with collecting the closing stock prices of each to get the optimal portfolio. The results of this study indicate that there are 29 stocks included in the optimal portfolio during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely (ADRO), (ANTM), (ASII), (BBCA), (BBNI), (BBRI), (BBTN), ( BMRI), (BRPT), (BTPS), (CPIN), (ERAA), (EXCL), (INCO), (INKP), (JPFA), (KLBF), (MIKA), (PGAS), (PTPP) , (PWON), (TBIG), (TINS), (TKIM), (TLKM), (TOWR), (UNTR), and (WSKT).

The Effect of e-Service Quality And e-Satisfaction on e-Loyality at Mandar Coklat Shop Macoa

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction at Mandar Coklat Shop Macoa. The population in this study were customers at Mandar Coklat Shop Macoa the sample used was&#8230; 60 customers. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method which was distributed via Google from. The data analysis technique used is partial least squares (PLS) using measurement model analysis (outer model) and structural model analysis (inner model) where the research results show a direct effect of E-Service (X) on E-Loyalty (Y), where from the results of the statistical test the result is a p-value (0.011) <0.05, which means that the p-value is less than the significance level of 0.05 so that there is a direct effect of E-Service on E -Loyalty.

Value Chain Model in Zakat Management at Makassar City National Amil Zakat Agency

Abstract: This research aims to determine the application of value chain model in zakat management at the Makassar City National Amil Zakat Agency. Population in this research is financial statements BAZNAS Makassar City in 2016 to&#8230; o 2018. Sample this research is data zakat conducted by BAZNAS Makassar City in 2016-2018. Data collection in research is by documentation, observation and interviews. The analysis technique used is descriptive method of value chain model analysis. The results showed that value chain model application can describe the activities carried out and increase the BAZNAS Makassar City value added. Primary activities consisting of zakat receipts, management functions application, zakat distribution, distribution and services. Furthermore secondary activities consist of administration, technology development, human resources management, and institutional facilities.

Analisis Potensi Dan Dampak Ekowisata Pantai Bohay Kabupaten Probolinggo

Abstract: Pantai Bohay merupakan salah satu destinasi ekowisata yang berada di Desa Binor, Kecamatan Paiton, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Kawasan ini memiliki berbagai potensi ekowisata yang didukung oleh keindahan panorama pantai, keberadaan&#8230; radaan terumbu karang, ekosistem mangrove, wisata kuliner berbasis hasil laut, serta keterlibatan masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaannya. Di sisi lain, aktivitas ekowisata juga menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang perlu dikaji sebagai dasar pengembangan kawasan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan dampak ekowisata Pantai Bohay, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangannya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola ekowisata Pantai Bohay, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Bohay memiliki potensi ekowisata yang meliputi ekowisata bahari berbasis terumbu karang, panorama pantai dan sunset, ekosistem mangrove, serta wisata kuliner hasil laut. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan meliputi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, terbukanya lapangan kerja, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan konservasi, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas tertentu, pengelolaan mangrove yang belum optimal, dan ancaman terhadap ekosistem pesisir. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan diarahkan pada penguatan potensi sumber daya alam dan kelembagaan lokal, peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pengembangan atraksi ekowisata, serta penguatan upaya konservasi lingkungan. Bohay Beach is an ecotourism destination located in Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The area boasts various ecotourism potentials supported by scenic coastal views, coral reefs, mangrove ecosystems, seafood-based culinary tourism, and local community involvement in its management. However, ecotourism activities also generate impacts that require assessment to inform sustainable area development. This study aims to identify the ecotourism potential and impacts of Bohay Beach and to analyze development strategies using SWOT analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Research subjects include Bohay Beach ecotourism managers, local community members, and tourists, selected via purposive sampling. Data collection involved observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model—comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing—while development strategies were analyzed using SWOT. The results indicate that Bohay Beach possesses ecotourism potential including coral reef-based marine ecotourism, coastal scenery and sunsets, mangrove ecosystems, and seafood culinary tourism. Positive impacts include increased community income, job creation, heightened community participation in conservation activities, and growing environmental awareness. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as limited facilities, suboptimal mangrove management, and threats to the coastal ecosystem. Based on the SWOT analysis, development strategies focus on strengthening natural resource potential and local institutions, upgrading supporting facilities, developing ecotourism attractions, and reinforcing environmental conservation efforts.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Surat Masuk Dan Surat Keluar Berbasis Web Menggunakan Framework Laravel Pada Bagian Tata Usaha Dan Kepegawaian Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Jambi

Abstract: Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Jambi masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar sehingga proses pencatatan, pencarian, dan penyusunan laporan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang&#8230; ang Sistem Informasi Manajemen Surat Berbasis Web menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), sedangkan implementasi sistem menggunakan Framework Laravel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu mendukung pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar, pengarsipan dokumen, pencarian data, serta penyajian laporan secara lebih cepat, efektif, dan akurat. The Secretariat of DPRD Jambi Province still uses a manual system for managing incoming and outgoing mail, resulting in inefficient recording, retrieval, and reporting processes. This study aims to design a web-based mail management information system using the Waterfall software development method. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Laravel Framework. System design employed Unified Modeling Language (UML), while implementation was carried out using the Laravel Framework. The results show that the proposed system supports mail management, document archiving, data retrieval, and report generation more quickly, effectively, and accurately.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Absensi Kepegawaian Berbasis Website Pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jambi Menggunakan Metode Prototype

Abstract: Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jambi saat ini menggunakan aplikasi absensi berbasis mobile yang diterapkan secara terpusat di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi. Namun, sistem tersebut masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan&#8230; gelolaan data absensi dan laporan internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Absensi Kepegawaian berbasis website menggunakan metode Prototype. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendukung absensi masuk dan pulang, pengelolaan data pegawai, rekapitulasi kehadiran, serta penyajian laporan secara lebih efektif dan terintegrasi. The Jambi Provincial Transportation Agency currently uses a centralized mobile-based attendance application. However, the system still has limitations in managing attendance data and internal reports. This study aims to design a web-based Employee Attendance Information System using the Prototype method. The system was modeled using Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. The results show that the system supports employee check-in and check-out processes, employee data management, attendance recapitulation, and reporting more effectively and in an integrated manner. 

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Surat-Menyurat Berbasis Website Pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jambi Menggunakan Metode Prototype

Abstract: Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jambi masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan surat masuk, surat keluar, dan disposisi yang dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga kurang efisien dan berisiko menimbulkan penumpukan dokumen.&#8230; Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Persuratan berbasis website untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan administrasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Prototype dengan pemodelan Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah pengelolaan surat, disposisi digital, pengarsipan dokumen, serta penyampaian informasi secara lebih cepat dan terintegrasi. The Jambi Provincial Transportation Agency still faces challenges in managing incoming mail, outgoing mail, and dispositions through conventional processes, resulting in inefficiency and document accumulation risks. This study aims to design a web-based Correspondence Information System to improve administrative management effectiveness. The system was developed using the Prototype method and modeled with Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. The results show that the system facilitates correspondence management, digital disposition, document archiving, and information delivery in a faster and more integrated manner.

Perancangan Sistem Pendaftaran Sengketa Informasi Berbasis Website Pada Komisi Informasi Di Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Provinsi Jambi

Abstract: Komisi Informasi Provinsi Jambi masih menggunakan proses pendaftaran sengketa informasi publik secara manual sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan pelayanan, risiko kehilangan berkas, dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data. Penelitian&#8230; enelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Sengketa Informasi Berbasis Website untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengajukan permohonan sengketa secara daring. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dirancang menggunakan PHP, MySQL, dan pemodelan UML. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah proses pendaftaran, pengelolaan data, serta pemantauan status permohonan secara lebih efektif dan efisien. The Information Commission of Jambi Province still uses a manual public information dispute registration process, resulting in service delays, risk of document loss, and difficulties in data management. This study aims to design a web-based information dispute registration system to facilitate online application submissions. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The application was designed using PHP, MySQL, and UML modeling. The results show that the system simplifies the registration process, data management, and application status monitoring more effectively and efficiently.

Peningkatan Akurasi Klasifikasi Sentimen Pengguna Dompet Digital Menggunakan Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning

Abstract: Penggunaan dompet digital yang terus meningkat menghasilkan banyak ulasan pengguna yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sentimen pengguna&#8230; dompet digital menggunakan metode Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning yang mengombinasikan Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), dan AdaBoost dengan Logistic Regression sebagai meta-learner. Data ulasan diproses melalui tahapan text preprocessing meliputi case folding, cleaning, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, dan pembobotan fitur menggunakan TF-IDF. Penyeimbangan data dilakukan dengan SMOTE, sedangkan evaluasi model menggunakan 5-Fold Cross-Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Stacking Ensemble memperoleh akurasi rata-rata 80,55%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan algoritma dasar. Evaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, dan ROC Curve juga menunjukkan peningkatan nilai precision, recall, F1-score, dan kemampuan diskriminasi model. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning efektif untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sentimen pengguna dompet digital serta mendukung evaluasi kualitas layanan berbasis opini pengguna. The rapid growth of digital wallet usage has generated a large volume of user reviews that can be utilized to evaluate service quality. This study aims to improve the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification using a Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach that combines Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), and AdaBoost with Logistic Regression as the meta-learner. User reviews were processed through text preprocessing stages, including case folding, text cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and TF-IDF feature weighting. Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was employed to address class imbalance, while model performance was evaluated using 5-Fold Cross-Validation. The experimental results show that the proposed Stacking Ensemble model achieved an average accuracy of 80.55%, outperforming the individual base learners. Furthermore, evaluations based on the Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve demonstrated improvements in precision, recall, F1-score, and the model's discriminative capability. These findings indicate that the proposed Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach is effective in improving the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification and can serve as a reliable tool for supporting service quality evaluation based on user opinions.
