vities to enhancing students’ listening skill at SMPN 14 Kota Serang. The population was seventh-grade students with 2 classes as a sample. In this study, 37 students in the experiment class and 37 students in the control class made up the sample. The data were collected using listening pre-test and listening post-test as instruments. SPSS 22.0 were used to analysed the data. The result of the research was there was significant difference between experimental class and control class where experimental class score increased to 84.41, while the control class only increased to 74.05. The analysis showed that the mean score of post-test in the experimental class was higher than control class. The result of Independent Sample Test table in this study was 0.000 < 0.05. This value means that the alternative was accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected. It can conclude that there is significant effect of Simon Says activities in enhancing students’ listening skill at SMPN 14 Kota Serang.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of preparing financial and tax reports in accounting services offices. This includes analysis of existing processes, use of technology in preparing reports, and understanding taxes. In this way, it is hoped that areas where improvements are needed to improve service quality and compliance with applicable regulations can be identified. This data was collected through literature reviews and interviews with accounting practitioners and analysis of related documents. Apart from that, direct observation of the report preparation process was also carried out to gain a more in-depth understanding. The research results show that although many accounting firms have implemented best practices in preparing financial and tax reports, there are still several areas where improvements can be made. This includes increased use of technology to increase efficiency and increased collaboration between accounting teams and clients to ensure better compliance. The results showed that Extensive Reading Practice received positive responses from students and teachers. Students reported improved reading skills, increased vocabulary, better text comprehension, and increased interest in reading. Meanwhile, teachers reported that extensive reading practice increased students' motivation to learn and active participation in language learning. The role of the school in providing adequate resources for extensive reading practice is also very important. This includes a well-stocked library and a variety of reading materials to support different reading activities. Overall, this study shows that extensive reading practice has significant benefits for students and teachers in improving language proficiency and motivation to learn.

The development of the availability of investment in an area can be measured from the Capital Output Ratio (COR) which is the ratio between realized investment and the income of a region or GRDP. Meanwhile, the amount of investment capacity of a region in increasing any increase in regional income can be measured from the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR). If you look at the development of ICOR in Pekanbaru City, it has fluctuated, in 2016 it rose to 15.62 then in 2017 it decreased to 14.27, then in 2018 it became 15.57 and in 2019 it increased to 13.27 and in 2020 it decreased to -17.33 this is influenced by the Covid 19 Pandemic factor which causes all business sectors to slow down, in 2021 with a value of 15.87. ners/managers and employees towards customers, which have different consequences for workplace performance parameters such as a decline in sales, low patronage, and by extension, weak gross domestic product contribution. Using the social exchange theory, this cross-sectional study examined the influence of workplace incivility on productivity among 365 owners/managers, supervisors, and employees of SMEs in the liquefied petroleum gas sub-sector in Lagos State. Stratified proportionate sampling was utilized to select the respondents. The outcomes revealed that workplace incivility in the form of rudeness, discourteous disposition, and derogatory remarks predicted productivity in terms of an interaction between customers and employees and the capacity of the service process. Also, our findings accentuated the essence of avoiding direct and indirect costs that are linked with workplace incivility. The study recommended the communal and positive interpersonal relationships between owners/managers, employees, and customers and suggested training on emotional intelligence as a panacea for behavioral responses.

The research population is all managers of Denpasar City waste bank which are still active, totaling 94 managers. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample technique. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability were given to 94 respondents. Methods of data collection through: observation, interviews, documentation, and literature, questionnaires. The method of analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study show that direct motivation significant positive effect on the commitment and performance of managers, and commitment plays a partial role in mediating the influence of motivation on the performance of managers. The research implication is the need for motivation to produce work according to standards. The research suggestion is that motivation needs to be increased again by giving awards to managers to form awareness to be more enthusiastic and motivated and committed to work so that they can improve performance at the Denpasar City Waste Bank.

This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research instruments used were teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and student writing skill assessment sheets. The percentage of teacher activity obtained in Cycle I was 80% and increased in Cycle II with a percentage of 92.5%. The average observation of student activities in Cycle I was 72.5% and increased in Cycle II with an average of 85%. The completion of student writing skill learning outcomes in Cycle I was 44% with an average learning outcome of 62, increasing to 84% in Cycle II with an average learning outcome of 78. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students' descriptive text writing skills

Reksodiwiryo Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 341 orang dengan jumlah sampel 77 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik proposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan kecemasan dengan Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HARS) dan untuk tekanan darah menggunakan Sphygmomanometer dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square p-value ≤ 0,05. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan data lebih dari separoh 50 (64.9%) responden mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah, dan 35 (45.5%) responden memiliki tingkat kecemasan sedang pada pasien pre operasi. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan peningkatan tekanan darah (p-value = 0,000). Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan Ada Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan Dengan Peningkatan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Pre Operasi Terjadwal Diruangan Imam Bonjol Rumah Sakit Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang.
Increased blood pressure in patients before surgery is caused by psychological disorders, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety in preoperative patients can increase blood pressure. Elevated blood pressure if left untreated can lead to complications during and after surgery. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between anxiety level and increased blood pressure in scheduled pre-surgery patients in the room of Imam Bonjol Hospital Tk. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. This study is aquantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population in this study is 341 people with a sample of 77 people. The sampling technique is the proposive sampling technique. The instrument used anxiety with the Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HARS) and for blood pressure using a Sphygmomanometer using an observation sheet, then analyzed univariate and bivariate with the Chi-Square p-value test ≤ 0.05. The results of the univariate analysis obtained data from more than half of 50 (64.9%) respondents experienced an increase in blood pressure, and 35 (45.5%) respondents had moderate levels of anxiety in preoperative patients. The results of the Chi-Square test showed a significant association between anxiety levels and increased blood pressure (p-value = 0.000). The results of this study can be concluded that there is a relationship between anxiety level and increased blood pressure in scheduled pre-surgery patients in the Imam Bonjol room, Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital Padang.

est-posttest design. The sample of this study was all students of class III of UPTD SD Negeri 124392 Pematangsiantar in the 2025/2026 academic year, totaling 25 people. The research instrument used in this study was a learning outcome test instrument, the data obtained were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. Data from the initial conditions before the treatment was carried out until after the treatment was carried out showed an increase in student learning outcomes. Before the treatment, the average score was 68 and after the treatment, the average score was 84. It can be concluded that the student learning outcomes before the treatment were given were still not reaching the KKTP, namely 25 students (100%) and after the treatment, student learning outcomes increased, namely 26 students (100%) had scores above the KKTP. Based on the results of the hypothesis test with a significance level of 0.05 and a t table of 2.060, the calculated t is 11.238. Thus, t count > t table 11.238 > 2.060, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Quiziz-based interactive media on Civics learning outcomes in grade III at the UPTD of SD Negeri 124392 Pematangsiantar
