n of several areas and submerging hundreds of residents' houses in 22 villages or sub-districts and 7 sub-districts in Manado. In studying this event, this research investigates the factors that influence extreme weather in Manado, observing sea surface temperature data, streamlines, air observations, the Southern Oscillation Index (SOI), and the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). The analysis shows that the positive SOI and negative IOD phenomena significantly impact extreme weather in the region. Cumulonimbus (Cb) clouds drove the atmospheric conditions formed on January 27 and 28 2023 and air flows from the Indian Ocean which brought wet air masses into Indonesian territory. High sea surface temperatures, reaching 28-29°C, also play a role in the intensive growth of rain clouds. Based on atmospheric conditions seen from radiosonde observation data, the stability index value shows that unstable conditions trigger heavy rain which causes flooding

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran tanda dan gejala pasien ansietas setelah penerapan terapi autogenik di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kotabumi I Lampung Utara. Metode penelitian dalam bentuk studi kasus berupa penerapan terapi autogenik terhadap 1 orang pasien skizofrenia dengan masalah keperawatan ansietas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kotabumi I Lampung Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan berupa penerapan terapi autogenik terjadi penurunan tanda dan gejala ansietas sebesar 42%. Perawat diharapkan dapat memberikan tindakan keperawatan terapi autogenik kepada pasien ansietas.

Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication at An-Nisa Hospital Tangerang. Methods: This study used descriptive analytic quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, where this technique selected subjects in a population that matched the criteria as a sample, namely pulmonary TB patients who were undergoing initial and advanced treatment at An-Nisa Hospital, Tangerang, totaling 102 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. Results: The results of the respondent's data processing showed that the level of knowledge with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication showed a significant relationship with value (p-value 0.021), and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication showed a significant relationship with value (p-value 0.027 ). Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication in patients with pulmonary TB. Therefore, to reduce the occurrence of drug-resistant TB, efforts should be made to increase adherence to treatment in TB patients, either through the method of providing direct motivation or through counseling about pulmonary TB disease.

Control produk darah salah satunya produk Fresh Frozen Plasma. Produk FFP dinyatakan lulus QC jika memenuhi 5 parameter pemeriksaan yaitu, volume, faktor VIII, residual cells, kebocoran dan perubahan visual. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode random sampling sebanyak 1% dari total produk FFP di UDD PMI Kota Semarang Tahun 2022. Hasil kelulusan QC FFP tahun 2022 yang diperoleh dari 48 sampel yaitu 48 sampel (100%) untuk volume, 41 sampel (85%) untuk faktor VIII, 48 sampel (100%) untuk residual cells, 48 sampel (100%) untuk kebocoran dan 48 sampel (100%) untuk perubahan visual. Hasil QC FFP secara keseluruhan yang lulus selama satu tahun sebanyak 41 sampel (85%). Produk FFP di UDD PMI Kota Semarang pada tahun 2022 memiliki kualitas yang baik sesuai dengan standar 5 parameter pemeriksaan, yaitu volume, faktor VIII, residual cells, kebocoran kantong dan perubahan visual.
