Thus, it can be concluded that this decision cancels the explanation of Article 55 paragraph (2) of the Sharia Banking Law, eliminates forum selection to the District Court; however, it still allows non-litigation settlement, such as Sharia arbitration. The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. However, the question arises: what is the legal certainty for creditors following the Constitutional Court's decision that encourages debtors to pursue legal action? This study uses a descriptive normative research method to analyze the legal issues related to such actions. The findings indicate that the legal recourse available to debtors in specific circumstances significantly impacts creditors. This leads to uncertainties regarding payment, especially if the debtor decides to file for legal action. Additionally, these uncertainties can affect the creditor's business operations. The Constitutional Court's decision, subsequently reinforced by a Circular Letter from the Supreme Court, does not adequately address the gaps in legal certainty faced by creditors. This situation complicates creditors' efforts to secure their rights, which are the obligations of the debtor.

A qualitative research method employing in-depth interviews was used to explore students' and teachers' perceptions regarding these issues.
The findings reveal that many students feel insecure and embarrassed when using English, mainly due to their different accents and negative perceptions of their surroundings. However, teacher support and an inclusive classroom atmosphere can alleviate these barriers and enhance students' motivation to learn English. These findings underscore the importance of teaching approaches that accommodate student diversity and build their confidence in using a foreign language.

The problem of asset ownership status and the status of Pakan Rabaa Nagari Padang Tarok is still unresolved and still triggers disputes .
