1) describe the tourism potential of Baburai Waterfall in Padang Pariaman Regency and (2) formulate strategies for the development of the tourism potential of Baburai Waterfall in Padang Pariaman Regency. This research uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach to detail and interpret the data. The results of the research conducted through field observation, interviews, and questionnaires found that there is a lack of good coordination among managers, local government, and tourism departments, leading to limited accessibility to the waterfall, a lack of human resource development, and insufficient promotion regarding the Baburai Waterfall tourist attraction. The analytical technique used is the SWOT method to determine the sustainable development strategy for Kulukubuk waterfall tourism. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it is concluded that the development strategy for the Baburai waterfall tourism potential includes building cooperation with the government and the tourism office, improving accessibility, and enhancing the human resources of the Baburai waterfall tourism managers.

12 responden dari 14 pegawai negeri sipil yang telah mengikuti program pendidikan dan pelatihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (t=2,830; p=0,018), pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (t=2,888; p=0,016), dan secara simultan keduanya berpengaruh signifikan (F=9,823; p=0,004). Koefisien determinasi (R²=0,612) menunjukkan 61,2% variasi kompetensi dijelaskan oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi pentingnya investasi dalam program pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai dalam pelayanan publik.

s several challenges, such as limited human resources, inadequate infrastructure, low community awareness, and insufficient promotion strategies. This study aims to analyze the role of the Tourism Office in optimizing destination management, identify influencing factors, and formulate strategic efforts towards sustainable tourism management. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with stakeholders (government, private sector, community, academia, and media), and document studies. The results show that the Tourism Office of Solok City plays a key role in four main functions: planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation. Programs conducted between 2021 and 2024 include destination development, tourism promotion, human resource capacity building, and cross-sector partnerships. Internal and external factors such as budget constraints, infrastructure limitations, community participation, and destination competitiveness influence management effectiveness. The implementation of Good Governance principles participation, transparency, accountability, and efficiency along with Destination Management approaches, has guided policy and program implementation. However, some aspects, particularly cross-sectoral integration and innovation in tourism promotion, still need improvement. The results of this research are that in the Identification component the percentage of completeness is 100% complete, in the Important Report component the percentage of completeness is 99%, in the Authentication component the percentage of completeness is 100%, and in the Correct Documentation component the percentage of completeness is 90%. Public Prosecutor had committed an unlawful act. The purpose of the research is to analyze the judge's consideration of the lawsuit for unlawful acts, and the extent of Decision Number 27/PDT. G/2019/PN. Tbk influences the legal interpretation of unlawful acts, as well as the ownership status of MT YOSOA ships that have been decided to be confiscated by the state. This research is a normative juridical research. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research show that the judge's decision has weaknesses in legal considerations which results in legal uncertainty and injustice for the parties. In addition, there are inconsistencies in assessing the evidence of ship ownership and elements of unlawful acts, this decision also shows weaknesses in determining liability, due to the lack of parties involved in the lawsuit. It is recommended that the judge be more careful in considering all aspects of the law and exploring the material truth thoroughly. All interested parties must be involved in the lawsuit so that accountability can be clearly established.

The usefulness of this research is to enrich the scientific paradigm in the field of Islamic Education Management, specifically in the study of Human Resource Management.This research is qualitative, employing interviews and observations as its methods. The research informants consist of madrasah principals and stakeholders, particularly educators and education staff at Madrasah Aliyah in Riau Province. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations, using data collection instruments as interview guidelines. The collected data is then analyzed.The findings of the study are as follows:(1) The planning conducted by the madrasah principal involves policy formulation through deliberations, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders, including vice principals, educators, education staff, and even parents, during the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Policies to enhance the competency and commitment of principals and educators are implemented through workshops, training sessions, and seminars.(2) The organization of work procedures by the madrasah principal includes direct coordination with teachers, delegation of duties to vice principals, clear job specifications, and structured task distribution based on the organizational hierarchy.(3) The management of stakeholder performance, particularly educators and education staff, focuses on self-competence, commitment, self-motivation, perseverance, humanity, economic factors, salaries, certifications, and effective leadership by the madrasah principal, including teacher development programs.(4) The supervision of stakeholder performance by the madrasah principal follows an open system monitoring model, which includes input, process, output, and outcome. The input refers to educators with at least a bachelor's or master's degree specializing in the required field of education. The process involves training, education, and supervision by the principal. The output is reflected in the quality of services provided to both internal and external stakeholders of the madrasah. The outcome is the achievement of organizational goals and the improvement of madrasah quality.Based on the research findings, it is concluded that the managerial competencies of madrasah principals enhance the commitment of Madrasah Aliyah stakeholders in Riau Province. Recommendations are proposed to the Provincial and District Education Offices to develop training programs for madrasah principals and stakeholders.

s and economic losses. Fire disasters are one of the serious threats in various environments, including Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Prisons have a high potential risk of fire due to various factors, such as the use of unsafe electrical equipment, overcrowding, lack of adequate fire fighting facilities and riots that lead to fires. The purpose of the study was to determine the picture of the attitude of preparedness related to fire disaster management among correctional officers at Pohuwato Prison. The type of quantitative descriptive research , the population of all Correctional Officers at Pohuwato Prison recorded in 2024 was 71 people. Sampling used the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling technique . The technique was chosen based on certain considerations according to the research criteria. A sample of 59 respondents was obtained. The single variable analyzed was related to the attitude of preparedness. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using reliability and normality tests . The results of the study showed a picture of the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers with a sufficient category of 56 respondents (94.9%). It was concluded that the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers was still sufficient and there was a need for counseling or training related to fire disaster management at Pohuwato Prison.

such as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), advocates, and the press in Padang City in the aspect of social geography studies. The methods used in this research are observation and literature study. Observations were conducted to identify the location of government offices, law firms, and press offices, while literature studies used secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report and thematic maps. The results show that the civil servant profession is concentrated in the centre of government to support the efficiency of public services, particularly in West Padang and East Padang. Advocate firms are located around economic centres and courts, which facilitate access for people who need legal services. Meanwhile, the press profession is concentrated in the city centre to support fast and efficient information distribution. The distribution of these professions is influenced by accessibility, population concentration, and the socio-economic needs of the community. The findings provide an overview of how geographical factors play an important role in the distribution of professions in Padang City. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for more strategic development planning and human resource management in the future.
