AN IOT PROTOTYPE FOR TEMPERATURE MONITORING AND AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF ELECTRIC MOTOR

Abstract: Abstract: The continuous use of an electric motor in some industries causes the electric motor to malfunction early. Such damage is generally caused by overheating. Therefore, to overcome the problem of overheating, most… industries use two motors that work alternately. Both electric motors function as running and standby which are generally controlled manually by the operator or using a time delay relay (TDR). However, the control of both motors by the operator is not effective because it allows human error to occur. The use of TDR is also ineffective because it does not make the temperature of the electric motor a reference in controlling the work of the two electric motors. This research aims to produce a prototype that can monitor the temperature of the electric motor in real-time and control the electric motor based on the temperature of the electric motor. The Wemos D1R2 is used as a processor to control both electric motors and transmit the temperature of the electric motor to a smartphone via the internet. The MLX90614 sensor is used as an infrared-based temperature sensor. Based on the results of testing the overall performance of the prototype, it is known that the temperature readings of the electric motor are quite accurate with mean error and standard deviation of 0.13oC and 0.15oC, respectively. The prototype is also capable of controlling both electric motors automatically and controlling a cooler via a smartphone.             Keywords: Electric Motor; MLX90614; Overheating; Wemos D1R2.     Abstrak: Penggunaan sebuah motor listrik secara terus menerus pada sebagian industri menyebabkan motor listrik tersebut mengalami kerusakan lebih awal. Kerusakan tersebut umumnya disebabkan oleh panas berlebih. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi masalah panas berlebih tersebut maka sebagian besar industri menggunakan dua buah motor yang bekerja secara bergantian. Kedua motor listrik tersebut difungsikan sebagai running dan standby yang mana umumnya dikendalikan secara manual oleh operator atau menggunakan time delay relay (TDR). Namun, pengendalian kedua motor oleh operator tidaklah efektif karena memungkinkan terjadinya human error. Penggunaan TDR juga tidak efektif karena tidak menjadikan suhu motor listrik sebagai acuan dalam mengendalikan kerja kedua motor listrik tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah prototipe yang mampu mengawasi suhu motor listrik secara real-time dan mengendalikan motor listrik berdasarkan suhu motor listrik. Wemos D1R2 digunakan sebagai prosesor untuk mengendalikan kedua motor listrik dan mengirimkan suhu motor listrik ke smartphone melalui internet. Sensor MLX90614 digunakan sebagai sensor suhu berbasis infra merah. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kinerja prototipe secara keseluruhan diketahui bahwa hasil pembacaan suhu motor listrik cukup akurat dengan mean error dan standar deviasi masing-masing 0,13oC dan 0,15oC. Prototipe juga mampu mengontrol kedua motor listrik secara otomatis dan mengontrol sebuah pendingin melalui smartphone.   Kata kunci: Motor Listrik; MLX90614; Panas Berlebih; Wemos D1R2.

ODP infrastructure development using the network method is CPM method. CPM method has no execution time tolerance. In financing ODP development can be done by two method is normal method and fast method. Normal method means all operation performed normally while the fast financing method means that the cost is more expensive because it requires more labor.   Kata Kunci : CPM; fast cost; normal cost; ODP     Abstrak : ODP dapat menjadi alat pendistribusi pembangunan dalam infrastuktur IT. Agar ODP dapat sampai ke pelanggan harus terdapat operator telekomunikasi yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menghubungkan alat produksi ke daerah tersebut. Pembangunan infrastuktur ODP menggunakan metode jaringan kerja yaitu metode CPM. Metode CPM tidak memiliki toleransi waktu pelaksanaan. Dalam pembiayaan pembangunan ODP dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu pembiayaan metode normal dan pembiayaan metode dipercepat, pembiayaan metode normal artinya semua operasi yang dilakukan secara normal sedangkan metode pembiayaan dipercepat artinya biaya lebih mahal karena membutuhkan tenaga kerja lebih banyak.   Kata Kunci : biaya normal; biaya dipercepat; CPM; ODP

One of the research that is currently being developed is about Smart Home. Smart Home has several benefits such as providing better comfort, more guaranteed safety and security, and sav-ing electricity use. By implementing Smart Home devices in homes or offices, electrical devices will be able to work automatically according to user needs. Users can also monitor and control electrical devices in the house remotely through a communication channel such as through the internet network, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The special properties of a microcontroller, which are small in size, save electrical power and flexibility, make the microcontroller very suitable for use as a data recorder/recorder in applications that do not require the presence of an operator.             Keywords: Arduino-Uno; ESP8266; IOT; Relay; Wifi    Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat juga turut berkontribusi pada perkembangan teknologi komputer. Saat ini banyak perangkat listrik yang bekerja terintegrasi dengan sistem komputer. Hal ini tentunya akan sangat membantu pekerjaan manusia dalam mengoperasikan perangkat listrik tersebut. Salah satu penelitian yang sedang dikembangkan adalah tentang Smart Home. Smart Home memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti memberikan kenyamanan yang lebih baik, keamanan dan keselamatan yang lebih terjamin, serta penghematan penggunaan listrik. Dengan mengimplementasikan perangkat Smart Home di rumah atau kantor, perangkat listrik akan dapat bekerja secara otomatis sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Pengguna juga dapat memantau dan mengontrol perangkat listrik di rumah dari jarak jauh melalui saluran komunikasi seperti melalui jaringan internet, Wi-Fi atau bluetooth. SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSA KERUSAKAN PADA ALAT BERAT MENGGUNAKAN METODE FORWARD CHAINING

The basic concept of an expert system where the user submits information or facts to the expert system then the user receives a solution or answer from the expert system. Expert System Application to Detect Heavy Equipment Damage at PT.Tamako Raya Perdana was made so that it can help Heavy Equipment Operators (Excavators) or Companies, and may be able to help Mechanics if they forget the mechanism of action on Heavy Equipment (Excavators). So they no longer need to bother to get the information they need in handling problems in the Excavator.   Keyword: expert system, forward chaining, heavy equipment   Abstrak: Kemampuan Komputer untuk mengingat dan menyimpan informasi dengan baik dapat dimanfaatkan tanpa harus bergantung kepada kekurangan-kekurangan yang dimiliki manusia, seperti lapar, haus dan emosi yang sewaktu-waktu bisa dirasakan seperti pada manusia. Kecuali karena energy listrik, semua kelemahan manusia dalam mengingat sesuatu bisa dilakukan oleh komputer tanpa kendala. Pelacakan kedepan atau runut maju ini adalah pendekatan yang dimotori data (data-driven). Dalam pendekatan ini pelacakan dimulai dari informasi masukan, dan selanjutnya mencoba menggambarkan kesimpulan. Konsep dasar sistem pakar dimana pengguna menyampaikan informasi atau fakta untuk sistem pakar kemudian pengguna menerima solusi atau jawaban dari sistem pakar. Aplikasi Sistem Pakar Untuk Mendeteksi Kerusakan Alat Berat  Pada PT.Tamako Raya Perdana ini dibuat agar dapat membantu para Operator Alat Berat (Excavator) atau Perusahaan, dan mungkin dapat membantu Mekanik bila lupa akan mekanisme kerja pada Alat Berat (Excavator). Analysis of the Performance of Village Office Employees in Utilization Technology for Improving Administrative Services in Namohalu Esiwa, North Nias

Abstract: In this study, the main problem is how is the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services in Sisobahili Village, Namohalu Esiwa District, North… Nias Regency. This study aims to determine the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The technology application system in Sisobahili Village has been running since 2018, but in 2022-2023, the Village information system, based semi-online, due to a lack of support, and for 2024 the plan will be carried out online through the website.

Strengthening MSME Financial Reports: The Influence of Accounting Knowledge and Education, Moderated by SAK EMKM Socialization

Abstract: This study investigates the influence of Accounting Knowledge and Education on the quality of MSME financial reports, focusing on the moderating role of SAK EMKM Socialization (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards for… or Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). Using survey data collected from MSME operators, the research reveals that accounting knowledge has a strong positive relationship with financial reporting quality. Education also plays a positive but weaker role, suggesting significant potential for improvement. The study finds that the socialization of SAK EMKM significantly improves the quality of MSME financial reports but does not moderate the relationship between either accounting knowledge or education and financial report quality. These findings suggest that education and accounting knowledge are fundamental in improving MSME financial reporting practices, while SAK EMKM socialization is more effective for MSMEs with limited financial literacy. This research highlights the need for tailored training programs and socialization efforts to address the specific needs of MSMEs, ensuring that all operators, regardless of educational background, can produce high-quality financial reports in line with established standards.

Abstract: The limitations of conventional distillation technology hinder micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from producing herbal products with consistent quality. This study aims to develop an Arduino-based distillation… system equipped with automatic temperature control to improve the production capacity and quality of herbal liquid smoke at CV Moga Permata Perkasa. The research methods include system design and fabrication, functional testing, operator training, and performance evaluation. The results demonstrate a 35% increase in production capacity and stable temperature control within a ±2°C range during the distillation process. These findings indicate that the developed system effectively enhances production efficiency and product consistency. Furthermore, the proposed technology is affordable, easy to operate, and has strong potential for implementation and replication among similar MSMEs.

Determinan Kelelahan Kerja Pada Operator SPBU Di Kecamatan Padang Utara Tahun 2025

Abstract: Kelelahan kerja merupakan suatu kondisi di mana efisiensi dan kinerja menurun, sementara ketahanan ketahanan fisik tubuh berkurang. Menurut informasi yang diperoleh dari program Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan… gakerjaan tahun 2022, terdapat rata-rata 414 kecelakaan kerja 2 setiap harinya. Dari jumlah tersebut, sekitar 27,8% disebabkan oleh tingkat kelelahan kerja yang cukup tinggi .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan kelelahan kerja pada operator spbu di kecamatan padang utara tahun 2025. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di SPBU di Kecamatan Padang Utara pada bulan Maret- Agustus 2025 . Waktu pengumpulan data 22-26 Agustus 2025. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah operator SPBU di Kecamatan Padang Utara sebanyak 67 sedangkan sampel sebanyak 57 operator SPBU. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara angket. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 71,9% responden memiliki kelelahan kerja berat , 68,4% responden memiliki masa kerja lama dan 49,1% responden memiliki status gizi tidak normal dan, 52,6% responden memiliki beban kerja berat. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diketahui bahwa adanya hubungan masa kerja (pvalue=0,000) dan beban kerja (pvalue=0,000) dengan kelelahan kerja pada operator SPBU di Kecamatan Padang Utara. Tidak ada hubungan antara status gizi (p-value = 0,832) dengan kelelahan kerja pada operator SPBU di Kecamatan Padang Utara. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan masa kerja dan beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada operator SPBU di kecamatan padang utara. Diharapkan Mengelola waktu istirahat dengan baik( peregangan, relaksasi, bernapas dalam, atau mendengarkan musik Santai) agar dapat mengurangi kelelahan kerja dan meningkatkan produktivitas.
