database, this study evaluates scientific publications based on the number of documents, country contributions, institutional affiliations, keywords, and collaborative networks between authors. The analysis shows that the number of publications fluctuates, with a significant spike in 2024. China is the country with the highest contribution to publications, while contributions from Indonesia remain very minimal. In terms of affiliations, Chinese universities dominate scientific production in this field. Network visualization shows that collaboration between researchers remains low and fragmented. The most dominant keywords are decentralization, blockchain, and performance evaluation, which form several research clusters that show links to financial management and public policy topics. These findings indicate the need to increase the involvement of Indonesian researchers and strengthen global collaborative networks on the topic of decentralization and performance evaluation.

unication skills, and work attitudes, are important factors in determining the success of implementing government duties, especially in the digital era and the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that most employees have adequate technical skills in operating information technology devices, and demonstrate discipline and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The Communication and Information Agency has also exceeded several strategic performance targets, including improving digital services, public participation, and increasing the SPBE index value. This study recommends the importance of increasing regular training, updating digital infrastructure, and strengthening the competency-based performance evaluation system. Overall findings indicate that the development of HR competencies has a significant contribution to achieving effective, efficient, and adaptive institutional performance to the demands of the digital era.

However, market responses suggest that such premiums may not consistently result in value creation for acquiring firms' shareholders. Empirical findings reveal mixed outcomes: Sun Pharma’s acquisition of Ranbaxy led to a 9.8% share price increase within five days, while Tata Steel’s high-premium acquisition of Bhushan Steel saw only a 1.7% gain. In contrast, deals like Reliance–Future Retail and Tata Power–Welspun Power showed minimal or negative returns, despite sizable premiums. These patterns indicate that premium size alone is not a reliable predictor of post-deal shareholder wealth creation. The study concludes that M&A success depends more on strategic fit, market timing, and sectoral dynamics than on the premium offered. The annual economic value of this urinary tract in Rangomali village is IDR 20,699,538.5. Penyeimbangan data dilakukan dengan SMOTE, sedangkan evaluasi model menggunakan 5-Fold Cross-Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Stacking Ensemble memperoleh akurasi rata-rata 80,55%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan algoritma dasar. Evaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, dan ROC Curve juga menunjukkan peningkatan nilai precision, recall, F1-score, dan kemampuan diskriminasi model. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning efektif untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sentimen pengguna dompet digital serta mendukung evaluasi kualitas layanan berbasis opini pengguna.
The rapid growth of digital wallet usage has generated a large volume of user reviews that can be utilized to evaluate service quality. This study aims to improve the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification using a Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach that combines Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), and AdaBoost with Logistic Regression as the meta-learner. User reviews were processed through text preprocessing stages, including case folding, text cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and TF-IDF feature weighting. Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was employed to address class imbalance, while model performance was evaluated using 5-Fold Cross-Validation. The experimental results show that the proposed Stacking Ensemble model achieved an average accuracy of 80.55%, outperforming the individual base learners. Furthermore, evaluations based on the Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve demonstrated improvements in precision, recall, F1-score, and the model's discriminative capability. These findings indicate that the proposed Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach is effective in improving the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification and can serve as a reliable tool for supporting service quality evaluation based on user opinions.

Namun, penelitian ini hanya dilaksanakan hingga tahap development. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif melalui perhitungan persentase kelayakan berdasarkan hasil penilaian para validator. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media memperoleh skor kelayakan sebesar 100% dari ahli media, 96% dari ahli materi, dan 82% dari ahli bahasa. Rata-rata keseluruhan hasil validasi mencapai 93% yang termasuk dalam kategori "Sangat Valid". Temuan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif Educaplay layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Selain memenuhi aspek kelayakan, media ini juga berpotensi meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik, menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, serta membantu guru menyampaikan materi secara lebih efektif dan menarik.

This study aims to analyze and describe the integration of the Quizizz platform in evaluating Islamic value-based learning at SDN Palumbonsari I, East Karawang District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the integration of Islamic values was carried out systematically through three stages: evaluation planning by incorporating value indicators into learning tools, implementation of values in question design and digital feedback, and post-evaluation reflection in class. Digital features were utilized not only to display scores but also to convey moral messages that support Islamic character formation. In practice, digital evaluation functions as a cognitive measurement instrument as well as a means of habituating values. The implications of this research confirm that the use of digital platforms in evaluation can be directed as a medium for internalizing values if it is designed in a structured manner and supported by the teacher's pedagogical commitment.

The data collection techniques used in the study were questionnaires and documentation, based on the results of expert validator research from the three fields, namely media, material, and language where the validator in In this development, there are 2 validators covering the three fields, so the validator percentage results from the two experts are 3.80 which are categorized as "valid". Then the teacher's response practicality test obtained a percentage result of 87.49%, categorized as "very practical", then the one to one trial obtained a percentage value of 87.49% categorized as very practical, then the small group trial obtained a percentage value of 79.27 %. And the last test of the potential effect test obtained a percentage value of 90.00% which was categorized as very effective.
