Through a planned and structured management… ment approach, this school has effectively implemented religious activities, covering planning, implementation, and supervision aspects. The religious management at MTs Terpadu Berkah is based on Islamic principles and implemented through harmonious coordination among the implementers. Careful supervision is conducted by the headmaster and educators to ensure the smoothness and compliance with the work plans and the school's vision and mission. Thus, religious activities at MTs Terpadu Berkah are not only school routines but also crucial means in shaping the character and morals of students, as well as strengthening their bonds with religious values. The implementation of religious activities at MTs Terpadu Berkah is supported by effective coordination among all team members, guided by the headmaster and educators. Through meticulous supervision, every step in the implementation of activities is evaluated and improved to ensure compliance with the established plans. Supervision not only focuses on material aspects but also considers the spiritual dimension to maintain consistency with religious values. With strict supervision, every team member is motivated to achieve the established goals, so that religious activities can proceed as expected and have a positive impact on students and the school environment as a whole. Therefore, good religious management at MTs Terpadu Berkah not only creates a conducive learning atmosphere but also shapes students into morally upright and spiritually aware individuals.

Fenomena Thrifting di Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara

Abstract: The phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara demonstrates the continuity and evolution of frugal shopping practices involving the purchase of second-hand items. This research delineates the long history… tory of thrifting, from the medieval period to the emergence of organizations such as Salvation Army and Goodwill that popularized it in the 19th century. The COVID-19 pandemic has reignited interest in thrifting due to economic pressures prompting people to save on expenses. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. The conclusion of this research is that the phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara reflects the evolving and relevant dynamics of consumer culture, adapting to social and economic changes. With the evolution of this practice, the second-hand market becomes a favorite place for people to find affordable items, while traders and consumers continue to adapt to technological advancements and changes in the economic landscape. This study provides valuable insights into how thrifting is not just an economic phenomenon but also reflects the identity and preferences of consumers in a constantly changing shopping culture.

Abstract: This article is about a literature review regarding good leadership models in Islam as seen from the experience of the merger of 3 (three) Sharia Banks in Indonesia to become Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), which is currently… tly approximately three years old and the Indonesian Sharia banking market until compete and occupy the position as a sharia bank with the most significant asset position compared to 6 (six) other conventional banks which have dominated the Indonesian market for decades. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data, with the data source coming from secondary sources and the data collection technique used being a documentation technique through literature review using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) data analysis technique by utilizing the Published or Perish (POP) metadata tool and VOS Viewer. The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

Abstract: Over time, engaging in tourism has evolved into a necessity for acquiring delightful experiences. However, such tourism activities also carry inherent risks that can potentially harm visitors. This research, adopting a qualitative… ualitative approach through a literature study, employs data collection methods by referencing legal documents, pertinent articles, and books relevant to the study. The research findings underscore that legal frameworks guarantee the rights of tourists to protection, safety, and security. Consequently, it is imperative for tourism managers to prioritize the safety of visitors arising from the activities involved. This involves the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effective mitigation procedures, optimal functioning of infrastructure, provision of adequate safety equipment, and continuous enhancement of staff competencies. Owners of tourist attractions bear the responsibility of ensuring both the safety and legal protection of visitors, acknowledging the mutual benefits derived from the presence of tourists. Thus, a comprehensive and proactive approach to safety measures is essential in fostering a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Analisis Big Data Hukum Pariwisata Internasional Periode 2017-2023

Abstract: This study, conducted from 2017 to 2023, analyzes the relationship between international tourism and law using bibliometric methods on a dataset of 237 selected documents. The findings reveal a declining trend in annual… dataset growth, with an average document age of approximately 2.93 years. The study delves into author collaboration, document types, and keyword usage. There was an average of 4,042 citations per document, reflecting the scholarly impact in the field. The dataset included 714 plus keywords and 738 author keywords, contributing to content analysis. Among the 570 unique authors, 87 were sole authors, while 99 documents were single-authored, and the average co-authorship was 2.47. Notably, there was no international co-authorship in the dataset. Document types encompassed articles, books, book chapters, conference papers, and more, with peak scientific production observed in 2020. Treemap and thematic map analysis visualize term distribution and research trends.

One of the cultural and tourism diversity is the Uma Lengge Maria Cultural Reserve which is located in Maria Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. Uma Lengge is a traditional house of the Bima people which has existed for a long time and must be maintained in its existence and beauty so that it remains intact and its beauty can be enjoyed for the future. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. A descriptive approach is an approach that aims to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in a particular field factually and carefully. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The existence of uma lengge must be maintained so that its existence remains well into the future. there are sanctions and criminal liability for tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Wawo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

The study aims to provide insights into how the Hajj policy impacts the Indonesian government's fiscal allocation and overall budgeting, shedding light on potential areas for improvement and optimization of resources in the future. The findings of this research contribute to better policy formulation and decision-making processes, ultimately aiming to enhance the overall management of Hajj and optimize government expenditure.

Analisis Kemampuan Berbahasa Arab Siswa Kelas VIII MTs Jamilurahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023

Abstract: The aims of this study is to determine the ability of class VIII students at MTs Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Yogyakarta in Arabic. Arabic is one of the main subjects in this madrasah, and the mastery of four Arabic language… skills. The four skills are listening (istima'), speaking (kalam), reading (qiroah), and writing (kitabah) are very important in the learning process. The research method used was my research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through written and oral Arabic tests conducted on students of class VIII. The test results were categorised into several score ranges, and the students' Arabic language skills were analysed based on the predicates obtained. The results showed that most of the students had deficient Arabic language skills, with 48% of the total students being at the predicate of "Deficient". A total of 21% of students got the predicate "Very Good," 19% of students got the predicate "Good," and 12% of students got the predicate "Fair." The study also noted factors that influence students' Arabic language proficiency, including learning methods, textbooks, materials, educational institutions and time. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta plays an important role in shaping students' Arabic language skills, but there are challenges in improving overall Arabic language skills. This study provides an understanding of the status of students' Arabic language skills at MTs Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta and shows the importance of developing Arabic language learning at the madrasah.

Abstract: This research aims to explore the meaning of the word "holy" in a Christian context based on the Letter 1 Peter 1:15-16. The concept of holiness has deep theological significance in Christianity, and this text provides an… n important basis for understanding the concept. This research uses a qualitative approach method, by collecting data through analysis of Bible texts, books, scientific journals and analysis of related documents. Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify patterns and themes in understanding the concept of "holy." The results of this research reveal the complexity of the meaning of the word "holy" in the context of 1 Peter 1:15-16. There are various understandings of this concept, including an understanding of holiness as a call to a different life and an understanding of holiness as a reflection of God's holy nature. The conclusions of this research provide deep insight into how the concept of "holy" can be translated and applied in contemporary Christian life. The implications of this research have strong relevance in the development of Christian spirituality and a deeper understanding of the call to be "holy," as stated in Scripture.   Keywords: Bible, Christian, God, Holy, 1 Peter 1:15-16
