SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka, including supportive and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of these strategies. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis. Data sources include the school principal, vice principal, PR team, committee, and the community. Data collection methods consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that public relations management strategies to increase student enrollment at SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka include: 1) Operational Strategies such as the PR team having specific efforts or mechanisms to manage PR programs involving the community and school committee; 2) Persuasive and Educational Strategies including distributing brochures containing the school's vision, mission, and advantages, as well as conducting socialization to emphasize the importance of education for children; 3) Social Responsibility Strategies like door-to-door visits to maintain relationships between the school and the community, and participating in community and institutional activities; 4) Collaboration Strategies involving partnerships with local health centers and participating in community work activities; 5) Supporting factors such as community support and maintaining harmonious relationships fostering good school credibility; 6) Inhibiting factors such as inadequate road infrastructure and the majority of parents being farmers, making it difficult to reach them. The triggering factor discouraging enrollment in this school is the presence of more competitive schools with larger student bodies and an Islamic environment.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing students’ cognitive abilities in learning Physics through a meta-analysis. The PBL model emphasizes student-centered learning, where students are invited to solve real and relevant problems, thus increasing engagement and deeper conceptual understanding. Data were collected from 20 research articles published between 2017 and 2024, which discuss students’ cognitive abilities and the PBL approach. The meta-analysis results show that PBL has a significant effect on improving students’ cognitive abilities in Physics, with 13 articles showing high effect sizes, 3 articles moderate effect sizes, and 4 articles low effect sizes. PBL has proven effective in developing students’ critical, creative, and analytical thinking skills. Additionally, PBL enhances students’ active participation in the learning process and facilitates the understanding and application of Physics concepts in various practical situations. This study asserts that PBL is an effective method for improving students’ cognitive abilities in learning Physics at the high school level, by fostering critical thinking, communication, and practical knowledge application skills. These findings underscore the importance of using innovative learning models such as PBL to advance Physics education and improve student learning outcomes.

The population involved in this study consists of all employees working at 9 coffee shops in Semarang City. The sample used comprises 98 individuals who have been working for more than 1 year. Data analysis in this study was conducted using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Testing hypotheses using the PLS method. The findings indicated that the job satisfaction of coffee shop workers in Semarang City was impacted by factors such as motivation, salary, work environment, and career growth. Enhanced work drive and remuneration will lead to heightened job contentment. Similarly, an improved work environment and opportunities for professional growth would enhance employee job satisfaction. One thing that affects loyalty is job satisfaction. This suggests that when job satisfaction grows, employee loyalty also increases. Job satisfaction acts as a mediator between salary and loyalty, work environment and loyalty, and career development and loyalty. However, it does not act as an intermediary between work motivation and loyalty.

harvest season, causing difficulties for farmers in processing ripe fruit. Therefore, technology is needed to enhance shelf life and create innovative products using Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) as the base ingredient, with the addition of antioxidants from red dragon fruit peel. The aim of this research is to assess the physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics and identify the best combination of adding dextrin and red dragon fruit peel to Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) powder. This study employed a randomized block design with two main factors: the addition of red dragon fruit peel extract (M) with 2 levels (15 grams and 20 grams) and the addition of dextrin (D) with 3 levels (15 grams, 20 grams, and 25 grams). The study was repeated three times, resulting in a total of 18 treatments. Analysis encompassed antioxidant activity, water content, solubility, as well as organoleptic evaluations of color, aroma, taste, and texture. The best results were observed in the M1D3 treatment (15 grams of red dragon fruit peel and 25 grams of dextrin), with an antioxidant activity of 58.96 mg/ml, water content of 9.15%, solubility of 79.31%, color rating of 3.56 (liked), taste rating of 3.8 (liked), aroma rating of 3.04 (somewhat liked), and texture rating of 3.76 (liked).

To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. Abstrak: Pendidikan lingkungan menjadi salah satu pilar penting dalam membentuk kesadaran masyarakat akan isu keberlanjutan. Konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) telah lama menjadi strategi utama dalam mengelola sampah dan mendukung gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Namun, penyampaian informasi mengenai 3R masih sering bersifat tekstual dan kurang menarik bagi masyarakat umum. Dalam studi ini, dikembangkan pendekatan visual interaktif melalui teknologi projection mapping menggunakan perangkat lunak Resolume Arena untuk menciptakan pertunjukan panggung edukatif yang imersif. Visual animasi dirancang secara naratif untuk menstimulasi pemahaman audiens terhadap konsep 3R. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi informasi pada audiens dari berbagai usia.
