The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. Through qualitative research methods with the type of library research, this research focuses on how to implement social studies learning using a constructivist approach because the challenges and teaching of social studies are often associated with still using traditional learning which tends to be monotonous and does not encourage student involvement. The research results show that the constructivist approach can actually provide social studies teachers with access to choose appropriate learning rules, provide opportunities to make their own assessments and of course can reduce the teacher's burden because the teacher only acts as a facilitator.

This research aims to examine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and work motivation to teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau. This research is research with an associative quantitative approach with a survey design taking the location of SMPN Kepulauan Riau. The population in this study was 801 teachers with civil servant status and the sample was 80 teachers. The results of the analysis show that there is a simultaneous direct influence between organizational culture, principal leadership and work motivation to teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau with a multiple correlation coefficient of (0.460) with a contribution of (73.96%). The conclusion is that organizational culture, principal leadership and teacher work motivation partially or simultaneously influence teacher commitment. The implication is that the better the organizational culture, principal leadership and work motivation, the higher the teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau.

This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. The subjects for interviews included the ship's captain and crew. The research results indicate that: 1) Factors contributing to negligence are carelessness and psychological factors; 2) Consequences include errors during loading, difficulty in closing hatches and hatch covers, and cross-deck becoming dirty; and 3) Strategies for addressing negligence during duty involve maintaining communication, shifting cargo, and cleaning the ship's deck.
