The population of this research is all students of Class X SMA Asuhan Daya Medan. The sample is class X-IPA, totaling 25 students, who are taught using the inquiry learning model based on the concept of freedom of learning. This type of research is carried out using two cycles to achieve good learning outcomes. The instrument in this question consists of 14 multiple-choice questions with options (a, b, c, d and e) which are tested for validity, reliability and level of test difficulty. This phenomenon manifests itself in the form of digital "work culture," such as the ritual of collectively streaming music and mobilizing votes to increase the symbolic capital of the idol group SEVENTEEN on the global stage. This practice confirms a shift in social interaction patterns, where group loyalty is bound by a commitment to the idol's aesthetics and achievements. Anthropologically, this activity creates a new value system that blurs the boundaries between the private space of fans and the digital public space, while simultaneously strengthening the position of social media platform X as a primary locus in the formation of contemporary popular culture.

The research results show that the tax potential in Bukittinggi City is very large, especially from the hotel and restaurant sector, but has not been fully explored optimally. Tax target setting is still fluctuating and does not fully reflect the real potential available. Factors that influence the success or achievement of targets include the level of taxpayer compliance, the quality of data collection, the tax administration system, as well as the influence of fiscal policy and local economic conditions. The optimization strategy implemented includes carrying out intensive outreach, developing a digital tax reporting system, updating and registering new data, as well as approaches that provide taxpayer education and awareness. This research recommends strengthening data, taking approaches with various agencies and maximizing tourism management to support a sustainable increase in Regional Original Income (PAD).

Model STAD merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang menekankan kerja sama dalam kelompok kecil yang heterogen, di mana setiap anggota kelompok memiliki tanggung jawab dalam memahami dan menyampaikan materi kepada teman sekelompoknya. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif, menyenangkan, dan efektif bagi siswa.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa pada setiap siklus serta meningkatnya keaktifan dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.
Dengan demikian penelitian model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat menjadi alternatif metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Hindu di tingkat sekolah dasar. Dengan adanya kerja sama dalam kelompok, siswa lebih termotivasi untuk belajar dan memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk menerapkan model ini dalam pembelajaran guna menciptakan suasana kelas yang lebih dinamis dan mendukung pencapaian hasil belajar yang optimal.

Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 27 Sungai Durian pada semester II tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui dua siklus, setiap siklus masing-masing dua pertemuan. Penelitian dengan model STAD berhasil memperbaiki proses dan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik. Hasil penilaian aktivitas guru siklus I pertemuan 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 70,37% dan pertemuan 2 73,33%. Pada siklus II pertemuan 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 88,89% dan pertemuan 2 93,33%. Pada aktivitas peserta didik siklus I pertemuan 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 66,67% dan pertemuan 2 70%. Pada siklus II pertemuan 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 85,18% dan pertemuan 2 93,33%. Pada hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik, kondisi hasil belajar pra siklus hanya memperoleh persentase 28,57% meningkat pada siklus I yaitu 64,29% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85,71%. Berdasarkan data tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa model cooperative tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 27 Sungai Durian.
