Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub District Tasikmalaya District

Abstract: Based on an observation result in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District it was found that some issues such as Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village was not right in choosing type of… business and did not achieve the objectives of establishing Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village. Furthermore, the writers formulated a problem “How is the Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District?” The objectitive of this research was to determine and to describe the the Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District. Theory applied in this research was effectiveness theory analyzed based on effectiveness measures, they are program understanding, right on target, timeliness, goal achievement and real change (Sutrisno, 2010:125-126). This research applied descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection used were interview, observation and documentation study. Based on research results and discussion, the writers may conclude that the Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District has not been effective yet. From five of effectiveness scope dimensions, three dimensions have not been applied well, they are right on target, goal achievement and real change while two effectiveness measures applied well were effectiveness measures in program understanding and timeliness ones.

Government Collaboration in Combating Schistosomiasis in Bada

Abstract: Schistosomiasis is an endemic disease in Indonesia which is only found in the province of Central Sulawesi, namely in Poso and Sigi Regencies. The area where the distribution of sichistosomes was found was in Kab. Poso in… n three places namely Bada, Lore and Napu. Although the policy for handling schistosomiasis snails and the impact of the disease has been handled since the colonial era, the Indonesian government has only taken serious action since 1982, which has not been completed until now. The absence of a common view on the problem of schistosomiasis has resulted in an asynchronous implementation of programs and activities related to the alleviation of schistosomiasis. This primary data collection technique also uses secondary data that comes from the Poso health office, the Bada schistosomiasis laboratory and the implementation of triangulation of actors, methods and data through focus group discussions which are expected to be able to map out the issues of involvement and the similarity of viewing problems in the management of schistosomiasis control in the context of the study This takes the area of Bada which is relatively successful although not yet complete. The collaboration model by collaborating with various internal institutional elements of the local government in each related regional apparatus organization, involving the community as an important part by becoming stool collectors, the presence of teachers and priests who provide strengthening information regarding the urgency of participation and collaboration to solve schistosomiasis has a broad impact on program achievements this.

Poltekad sets a long-term goal to create defense technology innovations that can benefit the TNI, which is realized through the short-term goal of making Airless Tires. In this article, the author hopes that this research can continue to the commercialization stage, so that Airless Tires can be used in tactical vehicles for the Indonesian National Army Army, Indonesian Navy, and Indonesian Air Force.

Basic Training Management Of Civil Servants In Improving The Work Achievement Of PNS In West Java Province BPSDM

Abstract: This research is motivated by the performance problems of Civil Servants, namely performance targets that are not achieved, dishonest behavior, and other events that are not as expected resulting in the low quality of performance… rformance of Civil Servants (PNS). This research approach is a qualitative research with case study method. The results of this study indicate that basic training planning is made with reference to the RPJMD and the Strategic Plan. The organization is regulated by the mechanism of division of tasks, regulated based on the Decree of the Head relating to the Organizational Structure of the training management program which is generally understood and implemented by BKPSDM. The implementation of education and training at BKPSDM was carried out well, in addition to providing quality training for trainees, the committee also paid great attention to the health of participants. Supervision of basic training is carried out daily by class observers during distance learning, while classical supervision is carried out by the tutor. Barriers in general are due to the large number of participants while the time for CPNS is only one year so that there is extraordinary activity on the part of the organizers and facilitators. In overcoming the obstacles to the shortage of learning media, namely socialization before the implementation of careful preparation from the organizers and assessors of work performance. Submission of information through socialization and letters as well as utilizing the head of the class.

Implementation Of Internal Quality Assurance System In Order To Improve The Quality Of Polytechnical Research

Abstract: This research is motivated by the weak competence of lecturers in obtaining research grants, institutional support in providing budgets that are still inadequate, and the fulfillment of research criteria is still weak in… supporting the accreditation of Polytechnics. This research approach is a qualitative research with case study method. The results of this study indicate that the determination in order to improve the quality of polytechnic research has been carried out but there is no specific policy on the research. The implementation of the internal quality assurance system in research has been carried out by monitoring the grants received by lecturers by looking at the outputs or publications. Evaluation of the internal quality assurance system in the study was carried out by means of an internal quality audit (AMI) which was held once a year to see the publications of each department. Control of the internal quality assurance system in the study was carried out by administrative control including the collection of SKP, BKD and AMI audits. The achievement of research Quality Standards that have been established through the application of SPMI is based on two main principles: continuous process improvement/improvement and continuous improvement of quality standards.

Management of Teacher Performance Improvement in Realizing Professional Teachers

Abstract: This study examined the management of teacher performance improvement in manifesting professional teachers in schools (Madrasah). The researcher conducted this study because of being motivated by the implementation of teacher… acher performance management that has not been running optimally, especially in MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. The sample in this study was the staff management of the schools, especially the principal, and teacher or educator staff in both schools studied, and the students, both at MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. Then, the research method used in this study was descriptive-holistic aiming at finding out descriptive and holistic explanations as well as examining the assumptions used in more depth based on the findings and interpretations of the data in the research field. The data were collected through documentation techniques, interviews, and direct observation by the researcher. The results showed that the management of teacher performance improvement was able to make teachers professional, when the management of improving teacher performance was carried out based on the principles of scientific management and adjusted to the needs and characteristics of the school. Both schools (Madrasah) have been quite successful in implementing teacher performance management optimally. It could be seen in the efforts of both schools in several aspects examined. The planning aspects of both schools (Madrasah) involved a contextual analysis of all school resources and the school’s goals. The implementation of the aspects, in both schools (Madrasah), involved various performance indicators such as; (1) providing the guidance and distributing teacher self-evaluation tools; (2) carrying out academic supervision; (3) studying and concluding the results of academic supervision; (4) communicating the results of academic supervision to the teachers individually; (5) discussed the follow-up including; (a) conducting a non-formal program covering of handling cases that were individual and casuistic in nature (curative); (b) conducting a formal program, namely handling cases that were general in nature, and carried out by all teachers through training in the form of developing and deepening performance points such as composing a lesson plan. Both schools (Madrasah) showed their uniqueness, especially in the indicators of problem solving and following up. The evaluation aspects of both schools (Madrasah) were quite good at measuring existing education services, as well as measuring the extent to which the school elements have achieved predetermined qualifications. In general, this study concluded that both schools (Madrasah) were quite optimal in implementing teacher performance management by referring to the functional aspects of management; planning, implementation, and evaluation.
