Abstrak: Peranan teknologi informasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sangatlah penting karena perkembangan teknologi sudah semakin pesat. Penggunaan teknologi informasi di perusahaan dan dunia bisnis sangat membatuh manusia dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan secara cepat dan tepat. Dunia Institusi pendidikanpun saat ini sedang menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana untuk mendukung proses pekerjaan tenaga administrasi untuk menyelesaian aktivitas dengan cepat dan terkomputerisasi. Based on the current employee recruitment system HR has difficulty in selecting and evaluating the competent employees. To overcome this made a decision support system of new employee acceptance especially part of laboratory assistant. For determine employees who will be accepted, then built a computerized decision-making system that is able to facilitate the process of receiving new employees. the determination and identification of labor by using SAW method (Simple additive weighting) is a method that can find a best alternative from various alternatives based on predetermined criteria. The point is that the method determines the weight value for each criterion. The best alternatives are those who are eligible to be employees based on predetermined criteria. Assessment is done by finding the value of weight for each criterion, then conducted the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative that is the employee who will be considered by the decision maker to become employees at the company. This decision support system will be able to assist the human resources in determining the recruitment of new employees, especially the assistant laboratory at STMIK ROYAL.

Abstrak: Penerimaan Karyawan baru pada kampus STMIK ROYAL. Dalam penyeleksian biasanya pihak kampus akan memberikan beberapa rangkaian tes untuk mengetahui kemampuan serta pribadi dari calon pegawai tersebut. Data hasil tes tersebut nantinya akan disimpan dalam suatu arsip ataupun komputer yang berupa tabel yang membuat data dan nilai masing-masing peserta tes. Berdasarkan system penerimaan pegawai yang berjalan saat ini SDM mengalami kesulitan dalam menyeleksi dan mengevaluasi pegawai yang berkompeten. Untuk mengatasinya dibuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan pegawai baru khususnya bagian asisten laboraturium.Untuk menentukan pegawai yang akan diterima, maka dibangun sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan terkomputerisasi yang mampu memudahkan proses penerimaan pegawai baru. penentuan dan identifikasi tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple additive weighting) adalah metode yang dapat mencari suatu alternatif terbaik dari berbagai alternatif berdasarkan kriteria – kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Intinya bahwa metode tersebut menentukan nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria. Alternatif terbaik yang dimaksud adalah yang berhak menjadi pegawai berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penilaian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan alternatif optimal yaitu para pegawai yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk menjadi pegawai pada perusahaan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini nantinya dapat mambantu pihak SDM dalam menentukan perekrutan karyawan baru khususnya asisten laboraturium di STMIK ROYAL.

Keyboard, mouse, dan joystick merupakan salah satu perangkat keras yang sering digunakan untuk interaksi antara manusia dan komputer yang bersifat mekanis. Meskipun peralatan-peralatan tersebut akurat dan handal (reliable), tetapi model interaksi yang dilakukan tidak bersifat alami sebagaimana manusia berinteraksi dengan sesamanya, penggunaan peralatan-peralatan tersebut untuk mengoperasikannya membutuhkan adanya kontak langsung antara user dengan komputer. Data mining is a process of data analysis to find a dataset of data set. Data mining is able to analyze large amounts of data into information that has meaning for decision supporters. One process of data mining is clustring. Attributes used in the grouping of student achievement are Name, Extracurricular, Value which include Task Value, Uts Value, Value of Uses, total absenteeism, and Attitude value. The case study of 20 students with distance calculation using manhattan distance, chbychep distance and euclidian distance yielded 67% accuracy.

Selain sumber daya sarana, prasarana dan manusia, sistem informasi merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan barsaing. Data mining merupakan proses analisa data untuk menemukan suatu pola dara kumpulan data. Data mining mampu menganalisa jumlah data yang besar menjadi informasi yang mempunyai arti bagi pendukung keputusan. Salah satu proses data mining adalah clustring. Atribut yang digunakan dalam pengelompokan prestasi siswa adalah Nama, Ekstrakulikuler, Nilai yang meliputi Nilai Tugas, Nilai Uts, Nilai Uas, jumlah ketidak hadiran siswa (absensi), dan Nilai sikap. Studi kasus pada 20 siswa dengan perhitungan jarak menggunakan manhattan distance, chbychep distance dan euclidian distance menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 67%.

Abstrak: Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung selama ini hanya melihat fisik bahan baku yang cenderung subjektif sehingga dalam proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung harus membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, terkadang keputusan yang diambil tidak tepat sehingga hal ini perlu dibenahi lagi untuk proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung. Dari uraian diatas perlu dibuat suatu program bantu untuk sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy SAW (Simple Additeve Weighting) dalam menentukan bahan baku jagung yang layak diterima pada PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program yang akan dibuat lebih bersifat untuk membantu manager atau staff dalam pengambilan keputusan dan bukan menggantikannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manager atau staff dalam mengambil keputusan untuk proses penilaian kelayakan bahan baku jagung pada PT. ceptual findings published between 2017 and 2026 concerning the determinants, measurement, and consequences of regional financial independence, particularly the role of local own-source revenue (PAD), intergovernmental transfers, and capital expenditure. Using a systematic search of Scopus, Google Scholar, and Garuda databases, 30 relevant articles were screened, selected, and analyzed following defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review finds that fiscal decentralization consistently strengthens local revenue mobilization and administrative accountability when accompanied by adequate institutional capacity, transparent governance, and effective management of natural and economic resources. However, the effectiveness of decentralization varies considerably across regions due to disparities in economic potential, human resources, and political commitment. The synthesis further shows that financial independence positively affects the quality of public services and regional economic growth, although the relationship is moderated by expenditure efficiency and governance quality. The novelty of this review lies in its integrative framework linking revenue-side determinants, expenditure behavior, and governance mechanisms within a single analytical narrative, an integration rarely addressed jointly in prior single-country studies. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers designing fiscal transfer formulas and for future researchers seeking to test moderating variables such as digitalization and institutional quality in the fiscal decentralization–financial independence nexus.

and long-term sustainability challenges. This article presents a systematic literature review examining tourism as an alternative sector for regional economic transformation in Kutai Kartanegara. Drawing on 15 peer-reviewed studies from 2016–2024, the review synthesizes evidence on: (1) the role of tourism-led growth and its multiplier effects on local economies; (2) community-based tourism (CBT) as an inclusive development model; (3) structural transformation theory as a framework for economic diversification; and (4) the specific potentials and constraints facing tourism development in resource-dependent regions. The review finds that tourism exhibits significant forward and backward economic linkages, stimulates SME growth and creative economy, and can meaningfully reduce reliance on extractive industries. Key barriers include infrastructure gaps, limited human resource capacity, and suboptimal governance coordination. The findings provide a theoretical and empirical foundation for the ongoing field research into tourism's transformative role in Kutai Kartanegara's regional economy.

ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.
